Was the actress who plays Nancy always this bad of an actress? She's even a bigger fool if she takes Craig back. CM and MA have zero chemistry. When Jack was hugging her yesterday he gave her no warmth. He was so stiff. It's like they are both uncomfortable with each other. I remember loving Dixie but I pretty much hate CM as Jennifer Marlena is all made up in her hospital bed. How many times has Ron done this with Marlena and John yet I'm supposed to be sad this time? Nah. Kayla is usually the one taken care of Steve so I think this is a good switch for them. I love Jada and Stephanie already. I wish the show would write them as friends. After all their fathers were best friends. Give us a break from their love lives and let them hang out

I thought the Stayla scenes and Kayla with Chad were the best scenes of the week And the first Stephanie was the worst one. SH was fabulous and this new actress seems very similar to her. Likable

Clearly there was a scene or line cut. It went from Steve introducing them to Kayla saying how sorry she was Marcus had passed. It played oddly because you can tell it was edited. Also its not MBE fault that they wrote Kayla sitting at the table instead of Kayla and Jada hugging each other like Steve and Jada did.

I thought the rudeness went both ways. It was disappointed. Kayla and Marcus were the best of friends. This should have been such a warm reunion. Shame the writers can't even remember its own history

I never really bought into Marcus and Jack. It just felt they were trying to use Jack as a substitute for Steve.

if you're introducing a new character I probably wouldn't stick his first scenes on the show with Bonnie and this version of Maggie. Stupid Ron kills Adrienne so we're cheated of scenes with Steve, Jack and Adrienne. Now we're cheated of Adrienne and Alex. Ron also killed Angelica so we're cheated of the drama of Adrienne and Angelica. Throw in Jack too. The family drama we're missing out on. This stupid show. If you're not a Black/Brady or DiMera you don't matter much to Ron

The actress who plays Jada seems like she'll be a stronger actress thatn Sal. Today was a good example of how Ron writes plot over character. They introduced Jada and she has scenes with Clyde, Rafe, Marlena but not Steve or Kayla or anyone her father knew in Salem. Her father was Steve and Kayla's best friend. He was tied to them in the 80s so instead of showing us Steve and Kayla meeting Marcus's daughter for the first time we find out Steve recommended her for the job. So we are cheated of Steve meeting the daughter of his best childhood friend. Plot over character.

They shared enough scenes over the years so I don't think barely know each other is correct. I think Kayla was really trying to protect Shawn. She knew what Sami was doing. I was glad to see Kayla and Steve be there for Shawn. I hate that Ron forgets that Kayla is a Brady. She rarely sees Shawn and never got to say goodbye to Ciara. Instead we got nauseating Marlena saying goodbye to Ben. I just played catch up on this weeks episode. One thing that was very clear. This show is way too lopsided towards one family. Ron's favoritism is turning me off watching certain episodes because I've gotten tired of it

his death was beautifully done though. Also I thought PR wanted to get killed off because he didn't plan to return and KA was staying

Overall I enjoyed this. Yeah there were lots of issues but it still was closer to classic 80s soap than what's airing on the regular show. I give credit to the show because it feels like they do reward fans by continuing to give us those supercouples.. They are all still there. It's amazing

Goshs, I remember that time. What fun it was! lol. CC antics online really turned me off her. Respect to KA for staying out of it. Of course, I don't know what happened onset that caused CCs dislike of KA

I like what they've done with Joey. It's subtle but he appears interesting but also immature. Tripp left Salem because he was a loser in love and here he goes and interrupts a dance between Joey and Wendy. Can't blame a guy for never giving up. Not sure I want Tripp back in Salem but I really enjoyed the competition with him and Joey. I really like the new Joey. He's got a little bit of an edge which you'd expect from Steve Johnson kid. That and he also was just out of jail. Hope he comes to Salem! I don't know why they aren't showing Stephanie other than they didn't have plan for her because she is already returning to the main show

The pointless Gabi and Li Shin window sex that opened the 3rd episode pretty much defines Ron's writing to me. Instead of character based stories we get that kind of stuff

So they have Bo isolated and he'll never interact with his wife, kid, sister, best friend? That's where this seems to be heading and its dumb as hell. Also why introduce Stephanie here and not show her. Where's that Johnson family focus I thought we were getting. Instead its Kristen and gimmicks getting more airtime. I do like the young actors they hired. That's a positive

The current writers really need to get over their obsession with Kristen. She was the big surprise in chapter 1 and here we are again. It's tedious

I wonder what audience days and peacock tv are trying to attract. Obviously those who watch the show but those folks will already be watching. A new audience isn't going to get all the 80 references and inside jokes. I dunno. I would think they'd try and attract a wider audience and not be so campy and ott. Stick will family moments. Do a This is Us. It's a popular nbc show. Try to be more like that maybe. I mean I appreciate the callbacks but do others? I don't even pick up on all of them. I don't remember the character Kristen was playing and I've been watching since the 80s

Yeah Wendy is better than her brother. The young actress is stronger and had more of a personality in this 1 episode than the actor playing Li Shin.

On the fence with Andrew. We'll see. I hated the hot tub stuff. Felt too forced. Feels like because the show is on Peacock they have to throw in these PSAs. Nothing is subtle

I'm enjoying it. Its better than whats happening on the show. I'm surprised people are surprised at the cheese. Ron has been writing the how for a few years now. I liked ep 1 more than ep 2 minus the John dancing scene and the pride PSA. I like Joey. Well, I like the actor since he seems like a strong actor. Hope he returns for the main show.

Really enjoyed seeing Steve and Kayla with their kids again. Even Tripp lol. I like the nu Stephanie and Joey. The new Joey has life now and looks a whole lot tougher. Stephanie reminded me of the old Stephanie when she said "Papa" John stuff was terrible dancing around like he was. Why does the show have to go overboard with this. Way too much. Way too preachy. I dont want to see ghost Bo for 5 episodes but I'm afraid that's where we're heading. Overall I liked it though. I think the storyline is intriguing

They were and sadly now they are the only supercouple who are no longer together ☹️ Hopefully, BS2 changes that Back to this week. Ron's love for Marlena knows no bounds. Is she still taking care of Abby's kids while JnJ do what? Ben and Marlena are sickening. Where was Kayla since her niece was leaving town? Sick of it

I can't stand MM as Belle. She's a cold character. She takes after mama Marlena

I'm really glad Ben and Ciara are leaving. Ron really thought he had a Super Couple from the 80s. The actors thought so too since you could see it in their performances particularly from VK. She turned Ciara into an arrogant unlikable young woman. I didn't start out not liking them. I thought they had potential when they had those first scenes in the cabin. But writing and the performances really ruined them.

I don't think the show needs a funeral. We all know the show don't do these type of things anymore. If they had hit the beats leading up to the offscreen funeral people wouldn't be too upset. It's the story that is lacking
