  2. Thanks for posting that. I've never been much of a Peyton fan (I'm from Baltimore, and The Colts...you know...), but that was really sweet and heartfelt.
  3. And how adorable was Harry, wishing he was anywhere but there.
  4. I don't know what I was expecting, but as usual, Dave far exceeded it. That was spectacular.
  5. Love the billboards. One of the few times i laugh when I see Leno's face.
  6. She's gone Chief. Ha! I watch this show live most of the time and I'm convinced the extra 15 minutes tonight is all commercials. Oy...
  7. That's quite the high wattage lineup. Nicely done.
  8. Thank you thank you thank you for this. Although I'm going to cry at my desk, I feel better.
  9. Honestly, I'm beginning to get physically ill thinking about this...
  10. Bob Dylan was endearingly awkward out there tonight. Loved the song.
  11. Don't be scared. They seem like nice people...
  12. I'm also in the East and Comcast listed it at midnight. Just don't want anyone to miss it!
  13. Going to try b) , never having watched Jimmy K. I feel like giving him a try because he loves Dave so much. But even if I like him, I'll only watch him until c). Jinx alynch!! :-)
  14. Sorry if I missed this, but is your ticket to The Wild Party part of a subscription? Maybe you can exchange it. Maybe you can exchange it anyway...can't hurt to ask. Too bad about On the Town. I hope you try again. It's wonderful.
  15. But he did win an Emmy for Best Game Show Host for Celebrity Name Game. That's...good.
  16. A night of tears for me. I was crying by the end of the tribute to Dorothy. And I was sobbing by the time Ray started crying. This is gonna be tough.
  17. Not a big donut fan because they usually give me a sugar headache. However, there was a diner-type place in downtown DC called Reeves and I loved their blueberry donuts! Unfortunately (or fortunately for me), they closed a while ago. So what opens right next door to the old Reeves location? Astro Donuts and Fried Chicken. The creme brulee donuts are fabulous. I've yet to try the chicken, but I hear it's great.
  18. Huh. I guess I should watch the first season then...
  19. That article about the music was wonderful. Thanks so much for posting it.
  20. Thanks for pointing out that sidebar HelenBaby. Great read, and I learned that Biff's real name is James Jackson Henderson Jr. I love learning new things!!
  21. I guess this goes in this thread... Watching the local news (yeah, I"m old) and they showed a preview of the President on the show tonight. Then they showed what happened during a commercial break when the White House press photographers went up on stage to take pictures. It was like a herd of vultures descending on the scene. Oy...
  22. They did pack in the clips, and for that, I'm grateful. However, there are soooooo many clips, they could do this every night this week and not repeat one! Thoroughly enjoyed the show. I just want more.
  23. So much fabulous music! I thought I'd be posting more during the show, but I just want to watch.
  24. In case anyone is interested, there is a theatre thread here on PTV http://forums.previously.tv/topic/9659-theatre-talk-in-our-own-little-corner/ Any and all questions and discussions welcome!!
