I don't think Sara ever had a problem killing someone who was threatening her or her family. The LOA was sending her to kill people she didn't know and maybe didnt even know why she was killing. Oliver's no-kill rule seems to think self defense killing is wrong, (as killing Slade would have been IMO) and that's just dumb.

The only other thing I have ever seen Kaity Cassidy in, was Gossip Girl. Her character was pretty boring and forgettable, as I had to look her up to even remember who she was. Laurel is a crappy character, and KC is just too bland an actress to do anything with her. Except the bitchy scenes. She's a natural at those!

Twitter post of the Arrow cast having dinner did not include Caity Lotz. Another bad sign. Maybe she is the one not in the first few episodes and that's why, but hopes fading.

I hate that one character ruins the whole show for me, but Laurel does. In the background I can ignore or FF, but If they shove her to the front and in my face I may not be able to watch S3, and that will suck because I love so much else about the show.

I read a on a lot of fan forums how Laurel would make a good Manhunter, but has anyone from the show ever been asked about it or mentioned it? They can't be blind to the idea.

This is a show that is replacing Sara with Laurel as the Black Canary. So with that evidence, poor Diggle is probably toast.

I think the fact that Caity Lotz will not be at SD comicon is a bad sign for Sara.

That is a good point. Her LOA name is Canary... So even without the jackets it's still her name. Shows how dumb the whole jacket passing thing was. I guess she could become White Canary... But why would an assassin wear white.

It was easier for me to block out Laurel before I liked Sara so much. Now the thought of her becoming Black Canary over Sara makes me ill.

I didn't find the no touching between Oliver and Sara strange, because I don't think they had that kind of relationship. They were not the couple who was going to be all schmoopy and romantic. They were friends who could understand what each other had been through and I think the sex was just sex, not romantic love, and that's why there was never any jealousy vibe. I really think if Oliver had told her he loved Felicity she would have punched his arm and said go for it.

Chuck and Blair were toxic, but Blair was a snarky and entertaining character. Laurel is just so bland and boring... Her finest moments are when she is being a bitch, and the show just doesn't seem willing to own that. On another note, she didn't lose her leading lady status to CL or the Black Canary. She lost it to EBR and Felicity. That's what KC needs to worry about.

It could also be possible that they finally realized Laurel will never work as BC and are going to drop the whole thing, but with the jacket and KC comments, I don't see that either.

If that tweet means Caity Lotz will be back in season 3, I wonder what that means for the character of Black Canary and the jacket. Maybe Sara will have a new costume and name.

The have Sara as a perfect Black Canary, and Felicity as the girl the majority of fans see as the main love interest. There really is no purpose for Laurel and the writers need to just let her character go. Sara and Felicity are friends with no rivalry over Oliver dispite the Sara/Oliver history. It's refreshing to see, while Laurel is just the typical jealous rival to both. I just don't get the writers attachment to her.

I saw Oliver and Sara together as two people who just really understood what each other had gone through and were using each other for comfort. I like that they were together briefly, because now it's done and in my perfect world they are friends and partners. I adore Sara, but I don't want her with Oliver. I would like him to eventually be with Felicity, but not till later. Once he is with her I want it to be for good, not a back and forth thing. Laurel should just go away.

Ugh! I want to smack that smile off her face. Your sister is going off with a group of assassins and you are happy??
