  1. Who was the first single girl voted off, and does she have Instagram? She was gorgeous...
  2. I watch (primarily) for the pretty women, so this elimination stung a little... No sympathy for the judges decrying this shocking outcome- use the full range of scores available! Might not get spicey out, but scoring him so closely to clearly better dancers- you get what you get. Assuming it isn't just scripted theater that is
  3. ***Minor tweak*** Back when Euron smashed Yara's fleet, I 'imagined' he had some magic item or spell where he could conjure a storm-one that he could see thru and navigate. This season I would have had Dany arrive at Dragonstone in a storm. And her dragons are either forced to fly lower or as they sit on the battlements Euron's fleet emerges from the low clouds and gets the scorpion hits. They then wheel about and smash the Unsullied fleet. As much as I can, I try to respect the story as told- I just need it to make some kind of sense...
  4. I was sick to death of her dead eyed monotone kinda duck lipped presentation. When Sandor reached her as she let her face relax to the 'pre faceless god' look I really hoped that would be the end of it. But no, back o the same affect as she talked shit at the council meeting. guh
  5. Oh totally agree. Anyone within a day's march of any northernish coast is in for a long few decades
  6. excellent post! I really think Jon and Tyrion would have been killed. AFAIK it would have made for a better story.
  7. But no one will read it because she closed the book on wet ink!
  8. Totally agree! I love Maisie Williams but grew to dislike Arya. You've worded it better than I could- Arya was just OP. Needed a nerf from the assassin/frontline fighter/survivalist parkour champion she was shown as
  9. Quoting this whole post in case somebody missed it as it is brilliant! Gets the (one of them anyway) hot girl...
  10. Right? Unsullied, Dothraki and Iron Born against the Northerners who were part of sacking the city? Sansa better get smarter quick- she's going to have her hands full with the fickle north and the Iron Born Daario for starters. I can see him at least launching a punitive raid once he hears what happened
  11. I was imagining that a stand up fight between them would be a draw- Yara is tough enough to deliver a lethal blow before she goes down. Arya is a better assassin than stand up fighter
  12. Totally agree. Sansa will pay the Iron Price as the reaving and raping resumes on the north
  13. Sansa has the tiger by the tail. Shifting feckless Northern lords, Robyn raiding for Moon Door candidates, Iron Born raping and reaving- I wish her the best.
  14. A couple times in the final I actually laughed out loud at Bran. The broken, constipated looking king. I wish things had been done better
  15. Glad Davos survived. One of my favorite characters
  16. On wet ink! Nobody is going to know what she wrote
  17. If this were one of the first few seasons with a few more to come, there would be a lot of Yara extracting the Iron Price from the north and Bran's new fleet, and Dorne not having any of it either. Would make good television
  18. I'll admit I didn't love this episode. Some of it defied logic, and I don't understand the motivations- I think Jon should have died- either by Drogon or Grey Worm/Dothraki. Or he should have just fucked off and left without seemingly turning himself in. Tyrion should have died. Why is he being kept? I didn't need dead eye duck lipped assassin Arya back. Sansa just about got her countrymen slaughtered- I don't like their odds against the Unsullied and Dothraki. Bronn on the council. Master of Coin. Ok...
  19. Last minute (hour) speculation: Jaime and Cersei are found- they survived the collapse! But not the sword wounds (Jaime) or Ellaria's choking grip- the collapse freed her and having been kept well fed she had the strength to choke out the former queen. At the big assembly (seen in the preview) Arya fingers her dagger, stops, looks pensive and mutters "no, Sandor was right" and slips away. As the dignitaries are all assembled, Tyrion says "I must speak, my Queen..." Daenerys stops him- "I will speak first" SHE declares John the rightful heir, Aegon x of his name etc. She boards Drogon with a flourish and flies off as the Unsullied and Dothrak armies board Yara's ships and sail home to Essos. John tells everyone who will listen "but I don't want it".
  20. and in darkness bind them
  21. As a lifelong Dungeons and Dragons player (40 years now-yeesh. I predate the fancy dice {chits in a cup}) the inconsistency and seeming lack of rules has really bothered me- this episode as well as The Battle of Winterfell especially
  22. His fire DID seem even more powerful- sundering ships and demolishing buildings and the castle.
  23. I really hope Arya is done killing. I was growing weary of her dead eyes duck lipped super assassin persona, but the interaction with Sandor made it all worthwhile. Do you suppose Bran worged that horse to her?
  24. Dude can take a shot! Two likely lethal hits and he's running all over KL. Euron must have been in bad shape coming out of the water- he should have crushed left handed Jaime
