It's been said that it was the inspiration for the "Rosebud" dying line (and sled name) of Kane in Citizen Kane as the husband in the movie says that his wife marked this favorite poem in her book with a rosebud. Funny, Mr Schnickelfritz dug out The Manchurian Candidate yesterday. That's about as far from Jessica Fletcher as you can get. Sometimes you (or is it just I?) forget what a wonderful actress she with so many diverse roles. She just makes it look so easy. It's silly but I love her in Blue Hawaii. Bangkok - Norwood and his psychic friend. I looked her up (Debbie Creagh) and they are quite the pair. They do "spiritual readings" together on the Book of Face. I must say they seem to enjoy life. Is it just me or was Doh-rinda a hot mess when she walked into the event? She didn't seem as put together as she usually is. Her pain meds were definitely reacting with her self-medication of choice (at the very least alcohol) and everything was super super fun - UNTIL it wasn't.

Spectrum is showing that the new season starts Sept 14th. Let's see if that is right... Still not sure if I care.
