I would have said something like "We had a choice between beans or a tarp. We figured we might need the tarp if weather gets bad, but we'd need food no matter what, so we took the beans." I liked him not talking at all.There was one moment where Maggie and Michonne were arguing with Rick and I thought he was going to chime in too. As if anybody cared what his opinion was. But he stayed quiet all week! That probably means we're in for at least half an hour of him next time.

Aaron said there was a place where nobody outside the walls would be able to hear Judith. That place, presumably, is closer to the center of town, as opposed to right next to the wall. They weren't hearing every single person in there. Only those who were very close.

Rick could have tied Aaron up the minute he entered the room. Instead he stood there like an angry confused caveman for a few minutes before suddenly going into "Hulk Smash!" mode, because "Tiny picture make Rick ANGRY!" There's a big difference between being defensive and just flailing around like a batshit silly thug. How do I know Aaron isn't a supervillain? Because if he was Rick would have shown a hell of a lot more trust.
