  1. Wait, "Slabtown" wasn't supposed to be funny?
  2. Character-wise, obviously. I also don't think the other poster was mistaking her for Michelle Trachtenberg.
  3. Or he'll finally kiss Enid and get salmonella. Can she come back this week?
  4. They're actually off to a good start. Ron can run faster than a car, and Sam knows Carol.
  5. I predict that there will soon be an episode called "Who's on First?"
  6. She shot around the armor, but she threw some strangely effective punches right into the middle of it. Incidentally, I've seen a lot of people comment on other episode threads that Two tends to act like a man in a hot woman's body. In the past, I have not really agreed. But in this one, she does act so much like a male action hero that every time she and Five interacted during their big action segment, half of my brain kept expecting them to kiss. And not in a "Wow, they're really getting chemistry together" way, like with Gabrielle and Xena. More of a "Blah blah blah.. yeah, I know the punchline already. I've seen action movies before," kind of way. Which would be kind of hilarious if I thought the writers or director were deliberately averting the trope, but honestly I don't think they were even aware of the dynamic that they were setting up.
  7. It'll help if they have to pass for Reavers.
  8. Not quite. She's Eve, the not-Lilah from Season 5 "Angel." And also: I think zombie shows can stop adding religious guys named Gabriel to the mix. At least this one died quickly. One down, one to go.
  9. I loved it. A lot of eps this season have been kind of whiplashy, with different scenes not really seeming like they belonged on the same show. This one, although the mood varied appropriately, still felt like it fit together as one piece.
  10. A Wolf with intentions most dire heard a tale that was meant to inspire But his evil held steady So kill him already This arc makes me rapidly tire
  11. Crazy Morgan, distracted by rage was K.O.'d by a pacifist sage Now that sage guy is through and his little goat too Morgan tries to make friends in a cage
  12. First of all, as much as I love Jackie Chan, the movie you speak of is NOT "The Karate Kid!" Pat Morita is the one true Mr. Miyagi. Unless you count Benjamin Chang. Steven Seagal? Egads, no! If you just want to have some fun annoying people with him, at least set your sights bigger and make him the next Batman or something. I thought Twisty was a good fit for this role. I mean, sure, i am a tad baffled why a vegetarian farmer who's always digging graves, practicing martial arts, and dragging dead bodies around is still so.. voluptuous... but that's obviously what they wanted for the character. So, actually, we were talking at work today about who else could play what part on the show, and the only actor who we agreed would maybe be as good a fit for CheeseWhiz was Penn Jillette.
  13. There is no Santa Claus. Brillip killed hiim.
  14. I agree, but I'm not sure it was meant to look healed. Even TWD isn't as gory as actual real-life wounds.
  15. Got it. I think I over-assumed a bit from that joke in the pilot about the ex-cop living in the nearby prison. And also, the route they've taken now looks slightly less nonsensical. Emphasis, of course, on the word "slightly."
  16. I do think it helps the narrative to give a sound in-story reason for him to have a human-sized cage. But there are other ways they could have gone about it. For example, he could have been a Sunnydale librarian.
  17. Morgan's a kung fu monk! Peacefully twirling and shit? Michonne? Not impressed.
  18. This may be the best nickname proposed. I've been trying to tell myself with half my brain that "Cheeseman" sounds like "Eastman." But it really doesn't. I've also tried to imagine everyone pronouncing it "Checheemin," like Dr. Spaceman on 30Rock, but that's probably not gonna happen either.
  19. I second this motion. As long as they share their fruit cobblers with Tabitha and Lord Fluffington, who are both running for mayor while Deanna continues to hide in the truck, completely forgotten by everyone.
  20. So is Morgan a vegetarian now? And how much did Dr. Cheeseman teach him about cooking? Because making a good acorn soup could actually be a useful skill in the ASZ. Might be getting a little too much into Carol's area, though. Tread carefully, Morgan.
  21. I really want to like Eastman. He's a big fat bald Peter Boyle-looking guy with a pet goat who kicked ass and lived exactly the way he chose to. But his philosophy was largely bullshit, and instead of helping Morgan deal with something realistically ("So they were charging you, in the middle of apocalypse country, without even saying hi first, and you killed them in self-defense, but feel uncomfortable, and wish it had gone differently? That's normal. Let's talk about it...") he is instead just passing on his own bullshit. Really, doc? You interviewed all of these convicts who did terrible, horrible things, and you've concluded that, just by a funny little coincidence, the one who attacked you and killed your family was the only truly evil one? The other ones, who only hurt and killed other families...oh, they're not so bad. Really? Talk about trying to have your cheesecake and eat it... You made Morgan suck! I liked him when he was crazy.
  22. I think Roberta was part of the Georgia National Guard, and Doc was a local. So, I believe, were 10K and Addy.
  23. Yeah, but if they gave a goat to Eugene, I think we all know what kind of "experimenting" he'd do. Especially with a sexy little number like Tabitha.
  24. Dr. Cheeseman's Couch is grateful that Stinky Unshowered Man did not opt to sleep on it right away. Bucket, however, is not having a fun week.
  25. I liked Dr. Cheeseman until he moronically went into biting range and presented his back to a zombie, instead of just poking it in the head with his five foot killing stick. Tabitha's head and neck appeared strangely bloodless. Did the Walker get down on its hands and knees because it figured the middle part would taste better? Since when are they that choosy? Morgan, you suck. If you were seriously about "clearing," you would know to destroy the brain after killing people. And also? If you can't take care of a goat, you are not ready for a pet wolf. Try a gerbil or something. Tune in next week, when Morgan leaves Father Pee Pants in charge of his prisoner. And, most importantly of all, I wish people would stop comparing this bloated chunk of nonsense to "Slabtown." "Slabtown" was hilarious! It had lollicops and everything!
