  1. And she got a Barbie too...
  2. I doubt anyone in this universe cares, especially because no one brought it up before making him KITN or even rallying behind him in the fight against the (then) warden of the north. And even if they did care, royal pardons can be used to pardon actual crimes, so if Dany gives him a royal pardon he’s still fine. Not that anyone cares enough to have her ‘pardon’ him. Well,no one seemed to care so I don’t even see a reason why this should even be a debate. He was still their lord commander and he wasn’t forced to stay or go. It was up to him. And whether he is a NW or not, they got sentenced for betraying and killing him. Their crime isn’t written away just because the subject is dead.... Again, no one seemed to care when they proclaimed him the KITN. Doubt they will suddenly care if he decides to go after a different crown. But Gendry is a bastard, so he’s not really a baratheon heir. Sure Dany can legitimize as she needs loyal lords (or just lords really) anywau, but he has even less of a claim than both Dany and Jon. Again, if anyone (common folk or noble) actually cared, they would have said so during his campaign against the Boltons, while he was KiTN or when he returned with Dany and they had every reason to turn against him. It is established that no one cares, so having them suddenly care would be a huge let down. I mean in this universe, everyone is fine with a Lannister Queen mother proclaiming herself Queen after having the actual Queen (and the King himself in a sense) and half of the nobles killed, right after being publically shamed for her sins. Oathbreaker Jon would actually be an improvement.
  3. I think the show did it as best as it could honestly. Jon has had epic battles and fights and was declared both lord commander and KiTN. Those are things you can show to establish Jon=hero and survivor. But Sansa and Arya’s stories are a bit more psychological and you can’t properly convey them using a visual medium. Arya had a lot of scenes proving that she is fast, a great fighter and well, sneaks up on people. It’s quite obvious she’s the perfect person for this job, especially because the enemy would know to avoid someone like Jon but wouldn’t expect this little girl to be a worthy opponent. Sansa also is really good at getting to know people and gain their trust. She knows how to act in all circumstances and for me, how she behaved in the crypts vs in KL shows that she can read the room and act appropriately. And considering that all leaders so far who had nothing but a big name and were presented as warriors/fighters were useless at the end of thr day, the fact that for one we have a leader who knows how to lead and doesn’t want to just create chaos is amazing. Last thing to end my rant, even the show told us multiple times that Sansa wanted Jon and then Bran to be restored as the lord of winterfell and yet, people accuse her of trying to get the ‘crown’ from jon. Of course those people wouldn’t believe Arya was deserving of this one win after all we’ve seen from her.
  4. And Cersei actually asked Jon to go back to WF and not get involved in the whole Dany vs Cersei thing. Let’s not forget that the great leader Jon basically told Cersei she should let the North get destroyed as otherwise, they would stand against her and in support of Dany. And then believed her when she said she would send her troops to help. That’s all the proof one would need to claim he’s Ned Stark’s son. Even Dany realized this declaration was unnecessary.
  5. The only reason why they were fine with Robert is that he was bffs with Ned and they fought together against the Targs. Ned would never go against Robert. That doesn’t mean that the North should forget everything that happened pre- and post-Robert. He wasn’t that great of a King either and he pretty much forced Ned to leave WF as well. Why would his right to the IT die with him? His oath to NW says he will serve until he dies. Where does it say that a resurrected king is king no more? She never said she should be Queen until Viserys died and that’s because he was ahead of her in the line of succession. Even if Jon was Joanna, since she would have been the heir’s (Rhaegar) heir, she would have still been ahead of the heir’s little sister. The only thing she has on her side is that she can claim to be the last dragon, which Jon isn’t. Also, in her mind, she is barren and Jon can immediately start working on producing little Targs, so I don’t see her being hell-bent on getting rid of her house’s last hope. If she doesn’t subscribe to the idea that the line of succession matters, then she isn’t the rightful heir as the last targ. She is just another noble who has the power to conquer the throne. The North can support Dany as an independent kingdom as well. If anything, that’s one more reason for them to do so- Cersei tried to destroy the north and attacked their warden/king in the north and his family, plus she would never grant them independence.
  6. These are the things I want answered in the books. Jon needed to rally the north and bring Dany to the cause is big enough, but it’s one of those things that can only be conveyed properly in a book, not on a tv show. And the fact that everything that happened from the moment Rhaegar laid eyes on Lyanna until now was meaningless (as in, no TPWWP was needed) sounds something that Martin would’ve come up with. But at the same time, I don’t want all this backstory to be for nothing. I want Starks to have their own mythos-that there is a reason why they are important and there must always be a stark in winterfell. I want Bran to have more to do than just stare at people and lure the NK out. I think at this point all major houses are gone, except for the Lannisters and Starks. Plus Baratheons if Jon/Dany say so-which would also make sense since he is a survivor of the great war and well they kinda need lords for all these abandon places anyway. The episode was spectacular, but also disappointing story-wise. We’re over here debating whether Jon was just screaming at a dead dragon or was hyping Arya and whether Sansa is a coward or tried to do her best, while there is a definite answer to both. Especially with sansa, they’ve been trying to redeem her character and are telling us she’s smart and good at politics and that’s her strength. And they just decided to cut her scenes to the point that it looked like she let the other die even though they literally filmed them fighting. Why?? This was the longest episode of the series, 6 extra seconds wouldn’t have killed them. I don’t think Martin will ever finish the book. At best, we will get one more book and I suspect that might end up being ghostwritten as well. Can’t he just release a rough draft of his plans? For example, I don’t see how Rickon could ever die at the hands of a northern traitor. I believe he will be alive at the end of the books or die during the equivalent of the great war at worse. How is Sansa going to end up ar WF and alive? Unless she dies in the next 3 episodes, then that must mean she’s still alive at the end of the books too. Would book!tyrion really ally with Dany? How is theon going to redeem himself if there’s no sansa to save from Ramsey? What about the other Aegon? Is he important? Is he the actual heir and Jon isn’t even alive in the books-some say he came back just because he took over the other Aegon’s storyline. While I love the show, I just feel like they’re separate things now. I can’t predict anything only because I don’t see how all these characters could get to the point they are now and do similar things.
  7. I definitely want Dany to let the North be independent and them backing her up anyway. Or at the very least, show Dany finally accept their request, only for the remaining northmen (if there’s anyone left, at least no nobleman made it out alive...) to decide to stay under her rule. I want her to earn this because truth be told, she needed Winterfell just as much as the north needed her. If both her and Cersei had stayed out of it, the north would have fallen and there’s no way they could have stopped the night king after that. And since she didn’t want to toast KL, she had no other option than getting the rest of the houses on her side. I doubt the north would back her up if she had just stayed in dragonstone without getting involved or gaining Jon’s approval. So what would be the plan? Stay there until Cersei dies (she’s older and an alcoholic so...)and then march to the capital and proclaim yourself Queen like she literally just did with no consequences?
  8. I know people don’t like Jenn’s choreo, but I think hers are the best prep classes. She focuses on technique and clean moves, which is really important while Michelle Keys is all about power so she comes close second. The rest are kinda all over the place. Plus she’s going through all the parts of the audition process and considering that she uses all the moves the dcc use, if you can nail her choreo you should be fine at tc.
  9. Or we would just see another Tarly getting toasted 😛 but I do want to see Sam sassing Dany tbh. No, they were shown at the end with the rest of the survivors. I thought Gilly was the one drawn awAy too.
  10. I want people to know only because it would otherwise be too easy for Dany. I’m still team Dany for the IT, but I also need some juicy storylines! I don’t disagree with this, but saying Sansa disregarded her Lord’s direct order is a bit too much. If he was ok with Sam being in the crypt or then being a liability on the battlefield, I doubt he would be mad at Sansa. And he’s not exactly afraid of Sansa. If he thought she ought to learn how to fight, he would have made a big deal out of it for sure. I think it’s more likely that they thought no one in the crypts would have to defend themselves and if they did, they were all dead anyway.
  11. No, they said that they bowed to the dragons but they now are back to we know one king the KITN whose name is stark yada yada. I could argue that they would then bow to the dragons again, which they didn’t want to do and I actually took it more like we said yes because we would’ve been toast otherwise and less omg dragons yay i’m here for that. Dany literally said that saying Jon is the KITN is treason and she demanded he bends the knee. She hasn’t even entertain the thought of leaving the north be. while Dany is sympathetic to the north, why would they submit again when the next ruler could be another Cersei, Joffrey or Aerys? I do believe they will go this route of North rallying behind Dany or Dany/Jon getting married to get there, but my point still stands. Sansa is correct that the North should stay independent, but if the people choose Dany or Jon/Aegon, I doubt she will oppose this.
  12. I assume the only people we could actually see is Lyanna and Rickon. It definitely was a wasted opportunity and it was so rushed. If they didn’t have that much time to devote to this storyline, they should have cut it altogether. While I do like Dany, I don’t applaud her for cobtributing to the war. Protecting the realm is literally the job she is trying to claim. That’s the reason why i want Cersei to face consequences for not defending the realm instead of seeing Dany conquering the throne. It is the end of the night king theme so it was fitting in that sense...it didn’t seem to out of place to me but it was obvious something was going to happen by the change in music. That kinda contradicts the fact that he himself wanted a brother of the night’s watch to stay in the crypts and was just as fine with Tyrion staying in there. Was she risking her life though? She was up in the sky, riding a dragon the whole time and the plan was for her to stay out of the battle to begin with. I was glad she went in to help, but she was just as useless when she was forced to fight and got Jorah killed defending her. I don’t see anyone blaming Dany for not knowing how to fight, especially considering she’s the Queen and Sansa isn’t. Exactly! These are Northerns who are well aware that they’re fighting the dead, not another Baratheon. I highly doubt they would appreciate prayers and songs or any stupid pep talk considering that they are dealing with the end of the world and they’re not that kind of people to begin with. ...why? The was the most minor offense out of all the offenses we’ve seen on the show and she was a teenager raised to be a rather romantic lady. If anything, I fault a seasoned northern fighter for raising such a naive daughter. How can we forgive a man who literally shoved a kid out of a window, who literally betrayed ans actively got involved in Ned’s wedding, a kingslayer who committed treason against 3 different monarchs (king aerys, fucking Baratheon’s queen and fathering all his heirs, disobeying his queen and going north), who slaughtered the tyrells just because his girlfriend needed their gold and who oh yeah, is fucking his sister, but we can’t forgive a child who made a mistake and paid dearly for that? Mind you, I actually like Jaime but I’m tired of people hating a little girl but fangirling over worse characters who just happen to be sexy guys. Don’t even get me started on theon who did worse things and still is more liked than sansa. SO MUCH THIS. How come no one has thought of asking Bran how the hell they’d successfully pushed him back the first time and kept him there for centuries? Seriously? I’m so annoyed they cut such a small scene that would at least stop the haters. I mean, it’s quite obvious something was missing as they pulled out the swords and them magically appeared in a different hiding spot. She picked up the sword but did nothing with it. If we’re going to give shit to a non fighting character who was meant to be in the crypt for not learning how to fight, we need to give just as much shit to Dany for never thinking that this outcome was very much likely. Because they are all aware of the fact that she was essentially a prisoner in KL and Robb marched north both for her (and Arya) and his father. They all know that she escaped from the Boltons and managed to take them down alongside Jon as well. And has been doing a great job as lady stark. Sure, they same Dany who burnt the food the Lannister army had just stolen from the Tyrells. I don’t doubt she could have thought about this, but how come we’re speculating on something that has never been even alluded to on the show, when we’ve seen scenes and heard characters talking about Sansa managing the north? Should they have written a whole scene of people praising Sansa for her admin skills to prove the point instead? I haven’t thought about this before but holy shit... that was a kid who wasn’t even nearly prepared for all that info and who has seen his whole family suffering. That would explain while bran!3ER is so cold and distant. Poor thing... it’s kinda sad that the youngest siblings never managed to recover. Arya became a badass, Jon went from lord commander to KITN to Aegon. Sansa survived everyone and got her home back. Rickon died at the hands of traitors and Bran lost his self... ...the whole point is that Sansa and the whole north want to be independent. They started a rebellion under Robb to get rid of the crown and did the same with Jon. It’s not just a Sansa thing, only Jon is willing to bow to Daenerys. By not letting them be after everything they suffered, Dany DOES oppress the north. I do see Dany’s point as she came back to win 7 kingdoms and if you accept the request of one kingdom, the rest will follow. But the North has seen nothing but betrayal from the crown. It’s easy for Jon to dismiss this because he’s never been a victim to politics. Sansa was forced to watch her father’s execution and then his head on display. Sansa was abused by her King while everyone was just looking. Sansa was forced to marry the dwarf and had no way of escaping. She managed to escape only to be threaten by her crazy aunt and then be sold off to the Boltons. The north suffered just as much. Why should they bow to Dany now? Yes she helped, but that wasn’t a North problem, that was a humanity problem so it was just as much Dany’s problem. At least she’s smarter than Cersei in realizing that there’s no point in fighting for a throne if the dead win.
  13. Do you honestly think she believes she is a slow learner?
  14. And she looks amazing with her hair pushed back! I appreciate the effort of shooting in different locations. I like these photos more than the ones on the beach. Am I the only one who thinks Tess looks scaringly thin as well? She always had a rocking body but it looks like her head is too big for her body now. They better not promote Gina to a GL before Heather. At least she has 2GL experience and apparently killed it last season.
  15. Ciana looks amazing! She needs to be included in the calendar for sure! I have to say, Maddie looks even more like a kid this year instead of a mature GL. The rookies all look older and sexier than her. The suit they put her in didn’t help either.
  16. I don’t mind them having a very strict ideal. If they want really skinny cheerleaders because of the uniform, that’s fine. They can get girls like Amy and Christina who are naturally really thin. There are dancers with no curves out there. But don’t take a Kashara or Megan and force her to look like Amy. That’s what’s unreasonable. Considering that Tara was obviously going through something and they decided to just get rid of her as soon as she made some progress, I highly doubt they would show real support to any other girl either. I’ve always been a Heather fan, but I think she saw an opportunity to shine and just took it. Amy is kind of showcased by default as the most senior vet, but I love how much they are featuring my girl Heather now!
  17. I’m sorry, but why would they suspend a girl for going to extremes to make sure they can sustain the dcc standards? What doesn’t reflect well on the organization is the standards they’ve set and the fact that rules are applied only when Kelli doesn’t care about the girl personally.
  18. And they were truly successful. With Heather I didn’t really see it until someone else mentioned it and Gina looked prettier to me-which is why I got it this time, as normally her smirk just ...irks me. I have to say, she doesn’t look that much Paris Hilton-y, stuck up and everything else I’ve said about her now.
  19. Gina’s top looks like she is topless and only covered by the fringes.
  20. I just said in another topic that this is one of my favorite squads purely because I like every single one of the girls. Of course they’re going to make me regret saying it by placing both VK and Malena on the team. They better not cut any of the vets to make room for them. If they are fine with mediocracy, then they should take them as part of their 7-girls rookie class. 5 new good dancers should be enough 🙂
  21. Have you seen any pictures of Maddie and Madeleine posing? How many days have they left?o
  22. I mean...those girls are amazing and their solos were great. I don’t need to see a Gina or even Lacey do a hip hop solo to be convinced. VK shouldn’t even be in the same sentence with these dancers.
  23. I don’t think Savvanah is photogenic at all. Heather is amazing as always. YES! I think that’s it! There’s no way I’m seeing a difference around the mouth area just because she changed her brows... Can i just say this is the first squad in years where I don’t really dislike anyone? I don’t care for Ashlee and I definitely don’t want Gina at point, but I don’t want any of the girls to retire and they all bring something to the team imo.
  24. Ok I think Gina has changed something on her face. I feel like I’m going crazy because I can’t pinpoint what it is, but she looks different. Great picture! But I’m just thinking that her legs must have hurt SO bad after posing like this for a while 😛 hope she makes it into the calendar at least!
  25. Have we ever seen the boyfriend? She could of course just be bi or started exploring her sexuality after moving away. Or she just wanted to fit in and talked about her boyfriend instead of girlfriend.
