Yay, it's back! The Simone/Noah thing is a little ridiculous but I don't see it lasting that long. It did give us the hysterical bachelor party (and subsequent race to the courthouse) on the train though, so something good came from it.
I wonder if the restaurant got new glasses. I noticed the wine glasses Fay and Nikki were drinking out of had an orangish tinge with a more sharp angled bottom to the bowl. Pretty.

Just watched all three and I'm hooked. I haven't read the book but I requested it from the local library so I'll start it this week. I don't really care about the show/movie matching up to the book they're based off of so it'll be interesting to see how they compare just from an enjoyment standpoint.

Wow. That was really, really awful. At the end I don't care who the serial killer is as long as they killed Velma at the end. I was here for Glenn Howerton, but even Dennis can't get me to another season of this.

Finally finished the season. Overall it was fine, not great, not horrible. Way, way, way too much focus on Garcia (bailey was annoying but I would have traded job for her in a second) but I've never been a fan so I'm not that objective.
As to who is behind the door? Anyone on the current team doesn't make sense, even in this fucked up CM universe; AG seems to obvious; Reid is too fanfic-y. If it's someone we've seen already, my money is on Rebecca. If they really want to go out there (and throw people into a trail soon) go with Hotch. 100% crazy idea, but WitSec has got to be boring after all this time and Jack is grown by now. (I also miss a Thomas Gibson so there's that...😊)

This is why I like this show and others like it. The Neighborhood, Abbott Elementary, Ghosts, Home Economics, Grand Crew, and so many others feature just nice people. They're still funny but no one has to be mean or edgy or a jackass. I like all the characters here. And I liked Neecie. I liked the differences between her and Tina.
(And I say this as someone's who's favorite comedy is It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia).

Overall, I liked it. The kids got better and I like the neighbor (I liked her in modern family too). The actors who play the kids do lack the chemistry the original group had but I don't really blame them for that. I liked it enough I'll watch next season assuming there is one.

Yeah the house looks like it's had a makeover but right now it seems mainly superficial, appliances, furniture, normal stuff like that. I'm really trying to look at the basement. It was always a little hard to layout and get a good visual of the back where Hyde had his bed. Right now it kinda looks smaller and filled with a bunch of crap.

The kids are....not great. I'll still watch, at least for awhile, mainly for the guest spots of the original crew.
Tge kid who plays kelso's son does look like him.
Am I the only one looking at the sets trying to see any changes?

The baptism thing seemed wedged in the storyline want it. It's actually an important thing that sin to be parents should have a conversation about but this was just weird.
Powell did not annoy me this episode. Miracles can happen! (Sorry ,Nichelle...🤣)
I thought overall the episode was pretty good (once I figured out why the little bit was so familiar, he's Joe from Modern Family) and I even get why Street had the attitude he did. He was wrong this time, but I get it.

@dwmarch yeah I will say that LA keepss me because the characters and actors. It also helps that I wasn't a fan of Hetty (the female, LA version of Gibbs with about 100% more mercenary mixed in) and she hasn't been around for awhile (though I do hope the actress is okay). At the end of the day, NCIS is any version is probably ridiculous regardless of location but I'd watch Hawaii if it was on. Nobody made me want to go all stabby.

I watched all three and I still find the OG crew annoying (though less do more that Gibbs is gone); had never seen the Hawaii one, but they are innocuous enough. Still prefer LA.

I didn't get the feeling she really gave a damn about Eric at all.

I didn't really like the storyline with Eric letting himself get possessed. It was a little disturbing and kinda sad and gross. And Bela did not come off well on it, at least to me.

I need to get a new flat iron. My old (favorite) one broke awhile back around the same time I got one in my Fab Fit Fun box, and while it's supposed to be really good (it's an Animal) I just don't like it. Anyone have any recommendations on a decent one that's not crazy expensive? I don't use it that much, probably a couple of time a month so a Chi or something isn't really worth it for me. My hair is pretty fine (although I currently have extensions) and just pay shoulder length. Thanks

➡️That instantly stood out to me as well. I've been shooting since I was a kid and even in the backwoods of Florida we were taught ear protection (not so much eye).

I didn't like the sister. I know we're probably supposed to feel bad for her and sympathize, but I dont care, she was a hard no for me. Ten seconds after she walks in to Janine's place (which is a lot cuter than I remember) and starts silently judging it and then ditches her sister/host for friends? Fuck that. And I already know I'm not going to like the mom.
I know nothing about basketball, are the Sixers a good team?
