Definitely not before your time if M*A*S*H isn't. You must have just been in a place where they didn't do it, because it's a really old game.

Yeah I both watched M*A*S*H and played MASH as a kid so close on time frame.

Personally I still don't know who did it but I hope it's Loretta. I really cannot stand her. I dislike her just about as much as I disliked whoever the other girlfriend in jail is (can't remember her name).

  2. I'm not a big fan of Theo (not really a fan at all) but I did appreciate them keeping up the episode 7 tradition. He can go back to wherever he's been now.

It was nice seeing Uma and Lester again. I always love seeing all the other Arconia residents.

I'm glad Oliver and Charles realized they fucked up with Mabel but did I miss something? Did they not realize that she was moving out did they maybe just forget or not pay attention?

  3. I'll be honest, I didn't miss Meryl Streep. IMO, unpopular opinions, I think she's the the issue I have this season, every time she's on camera all I can think is "why is Meryl Streep in this scene", heck I just watched both episodes 3 & 4 tonight and right beforehand I read the thread on the last episode and had to think who Loretta was.

They went to the White Room well too many times. Once was funny, two and three not so much.

It sucks that they turned Joy into a loon. She was fun last season.

Cinda may be a bitch but she ain't wrong with what she said to Mabel. I still wouldn't turn my back on her

Parks and Recs grew on me, but I think it was because of the supporting characters instead of Amy Poehler.

Based on the number of seasons both shows, I'm assuming that it's an unpopular opinion that NCIS: Los Angeles is much, much better than NCIS.

In my humble opinion (and having watched NCIS LA) yes it was a much, much better show. Still pissed it got cancelled and that clusterfuck original one is still on.

I’m one.  I want an update on how everyone is doing.  Is the pub packed?  How will a pub being built in the new stadium affect him?  How’s the band member?  I like the game highlights, but the people were my draw.

Me too. I think for a lot of the audience, including myself, one may have started watching because of the owners (I came here because of Rob and it's always sunny) but I stayed watching for the town and all the people they highlighted. One thing they could do is show some love to the Wrexham women's team (also owned by Rob and Ryan).

I had my reservations about this, and while the show is still clearly feeling itself out in this new place and time, its just so great to see Raylan again! TO really just stepped into those boots like it hasn't been a minute, he's still Raylan but a Raylan who has a few more years on him.

I don't really mind Willa and I think that TO's daughter is fine. Not great, but she's doing alright and she obviously has natural father/daughter chemistry with her actual dad. She's rather more naïve than I would except a daughter of Rylan to be, trusting that this random clearly sketchy guy was a friend of her dads who he's never met, even if he's also pretty hot in a sleazy way.

As much as I miss Boyd, I am fine with him not being back. He and Raylan's story together ended on such a perfect note I hope that we leave things as is.

A tiny bit of Keith David is better than none.

Yeah, I don't mind Willa either. I get her voice can be a bit of putting but ehh, there are worse things. And yeah she's annoying but she's a teenager, it's what they do (and it's also why I don't have any.

I do think that Mansell should be lucky it was Raylan and not Winona who found him having dinner with their daughter because funny think she would have stopped with a couple of head wounds.

He could have used a card, but it was a $10 minimum; that's why he bought two teas. I don't really carry cash because I use my card for miles, but I haven't run into any store that just flat out doesn't take cash.

I have, but they mostly have been smaller, local restaurants, not chains. That looked like a chain.

I've also been to a couple of places that only take cash.

  8. The Reid heavy storylines (the ones over multiple episodes) were the worst arcs the show had. Maeve, Aubrey Plaza's character, Mexico and being arrested for murder....dumb, overraught, and way too "teenage fangirl" level of drama.

  9. Everyone talks about the Chris episode and Ritchie's episode but I think my favorite by far is Marcus's episode. It was just lovely on all points.

I do miss the characters all interacting at the restaurant together. I miss the Carmy and Syd interaction as well. I would have loved to have seen the two of them so the tasting your together. I definitely don't ship them but they have such a great platonic soul mate connection that just sits at the fire is the show. The two actors have fantastic chemistry together that it would be very easy for the powers that be to make it romantic but I hope they're better than that.

I really need season 3 soon.

  10. Carmy's reputation would bring me in, at least initially. He may not have gotten the Michelin stars but he didn't lose them. And it sounds like he's got a really solid cred in the foodie/chef world.

Good service would keep me, though. I can't remember if it was the forks episode or Syds episode but whoever emphasized the importance on front of house they are not lying. I've continued to go to a lot of places that are over priced with mediocre food because the service is fucking outstanding.

  11. I lasted 15 minutes (mainly because it came on after Modern Family and I haven't quite gotten the hang of Hulu Live yet) and I'm sorry, I would find Mama Doris very irritating in real life.  The whole taking over of the bus ride and then the 10 seconds of the fashion show... I don't have a high tolerance of dealing with people who have to have it all about them, especially when others are actually trying to do their jobs.
