If they are intending to reconcile them (and grumpy bitter me just assumes the worst most days) I wonder if they would put a moment in 508 to kickstart it. Since 408 was the start of blowing them up they could put in something hopeful in 508. Or they could just send him off with Tina forever and ever!

I haven't seen the latest ep (apparently not much Felicity in it) but I don't see how they can reunite in 509. In season 3 they were pining for each other so I was fine with how they got together (ok I felt superbad for poor Ray). They barely interacted from what I've read about 507 so no idea how they'd reunite in 509.

I should watch TVD again. Was so relaxing to watch without shipping. Damn Olicity ruining my life!

They should take a leaf out of Shield and the way it executed Ghost Rider. The character is a tough guy but is very likeable imo. WD came off as extremely aggressive and then gave up Oliver’s name like a whimp when he was tortured.

How do they explain Felicity in the blue dress? Ray's date at the wedding?

I'm so sad when I see Ray *sniffles* He was a good LI imo. They were so cute together especially when they went to visit Barry. So much better than this wet dish rag who looks like he doesn't want to kiss Felicity for some reason!

The EP interviews constantly killing it don't help. Did they give such depressing interviews in season 3? I'm trying to see if there is hope because they aren't even teasing anymore imo.

If I was writing a season of no Olicity and wanted to tamper down the rage I'd redo 3x07 and have them make out against a wall. But then again it's these writers so be prepared to be horribly disappointed! Did I read somewhere that some of these writers also write for Quantico (*laughs like a banshee*) or did I make that up after the trauma of season 4?

Thanks for expanding @way2interested I get what you're saying. At this point I personally think that Felicity deserves better than him and I'd actually be ok if she remained a main character on the show for how ever many seasons it ran and in the end they gave her Smoak Technologies and a relationship with someone as impressive as her (I'd want her to have it all). Maybe I'm just bitter right now but I don't think in show Oliver has much to offer her or even loves her that much.

I don't see how else they'd act though. How would you want them to act if they are broken up and working together? In real life they'd probably never see or speak to each other again. There is no way you'd be hanging around each other if all that stuff happened. So if they need them on the show together they need to write it as if they were never engaged. ETA: Sometimes I wonder if reading a tonne of fanfic has skewed what I think is really the O and F relationship on the show. In fanfic it's always epic, he usually puts her first. If I think about the show he's always running after stupid Thea and whatever MM related disaster, didn't stay with her when she was severly wounded and paralysed, had the gall to randomly tell her he loved her just as he was heading off to die. Oliver on the show is all talk!

Honestly the way this awful season is going and with all the depressing spoilers, Oliver marrying Laurel in a dream is the least of my issues!
