  1. I can't believe Christina and Nate beat Corey and Ashley. What a travesty that was. Devin and Cheyenne are also the luckiest duo in this competition with the amount of white skulls they've pulled to date. I guess it's only fair given the amount of times teams have thrown them in as a cop out move. Stupid Nate talking as if Devin and Cheyenne figured out some science behind avoiding the black skull. Sarah, after that speech you gave Wes, you'll get a nice pat on the back from your buddy Johnny. But first you'll have to remove your lips from his ass so that he can turn around and congratulate you. Everything Sarah accused Wes of, she was not only guilty of herself but her partner Johnny is guilty of much the same yet she was constantly trying to prove herself to Johnny so that he would forgive her. Johnny dismissed Nany as being salty for her family member blowing up her game and betraying her trust. I'm sorry - aren't you the same Johnny that has been wallowing from months over Sarah 'betraying' you? Apparently Johnny's morals and standards are by his own convenience only. Why is Vince even talking smack to Devin? What have you accomplished in the game Vince that you think you're somehow in a better position to talk down to Devin? You don't even have to play the game because you have the reputation and politics of your cousin to hide behind. Join a challenge without your cousin and see how far you get. He was making fun of Devin but Devin was at the disadvantage of having a partner with a physically weak upper body. Jenna was great. They did poorly solely because of Vince.
  2. I haven't seen episode 3 yet. Nicole, Sasha and Barbie seem like the least drama of the bunch. Though Sasha's loyalty to her friends makes her look stupid sometimes because she chooses to open her mouth rather than keep quiet. She defended Autumn's right to have an opinion on the nature of Natalie and Sean's relationship but took offense to Natalie and Olivia talking about actual stuff between Autumn and her husband. If one isn't okay, neither is the other. Autumn is a loud mouth that you wouldn't be surprised to hear got punched in the middle of the street because she likes to flap her gums too much and ended up face to face with the wrong person. Do not like her at all. All that talk about Natalie's relationship and she got offended that someone brought up real shit that her husband did? I hope you're only trying to save face for your marriage and husband because if you think that your man is all about you while sending nude pics to other girls, well you're pretty damn stupid to believe that. I really like Nicole but she is such a needy partner and I can't see him proposing to her if she continues to be paranoid about his every move when he's not by her side. She isn't cut out for this kind of life because she clearly can't allow herself to trust a man who is surrounded by women who are willing to through themselves at him at all times.
  3. Yeah while the optics of knowingly walking away with some other woman's date hardly looks good, I don't disagree about the general outlook of the situation. If a man or woman is dating but not in an exclusive relationship, I don't see any reason to feel bad if you meet with that person, connect with them and then choose to enter an exclusive relationship with one another.
  4. Yeah, that could be one possibility as well.
  5. LuAnn seems like she would be a very confident partner. So she probably isn't bothered by Tom's past because she feels that she's the woman that's converted him into a monogamous, family seeking man. Maybe she has but if that's her thought, she is not the first, nor will she be the last woman to think that she had such powers over a man.
  6. Actually come to think of it, Julia and Tori are the only two girls who are seen just hanging out and having fun with the guys on camera. I do believe that being attracted to someone's personality can influence your opinion on their physical attractiveness. If the edit is true to form and Julia and Tori are the only two girls who can be laid back with both the guys and girls in the house, that does make it more understandable why so many are drawn to them - Julia in particular. So far, they're the only two girls that we see where their interactions with the guys are not solely on the basis of flirtation and wanting a guy to want them. Are you talking about the match up ceremony? I didn't like Kaylen's look at all but perhaps that's because I was turned off by the outfit. She wore a bra wit ha skirt. Not even a crop top but it looked like a bra. It seemed like a lazy attempt to look sexy (showing skin) while classy (pulled back hair). I don't get the attraction with Kaylen. The neediness, insecurity and abrasiveness would be a huge turn off for me. Several times she spoke to Gio as though he were a child and she was his mother that needed to scold him.
  7. But the most important part to Jules address to Bethenny was the fact that things are being said behind Jules' back. The only time that Jules really tried to shut down the 'skinny' talk with assurances that she's healthy is in the beginning before she divulged her eating disorder history. Bethenny talks about it behind Jules' back. Carole will actually say or make comments to Jules to her face but she creates tension when she does it because she does it constantly within a group and she does it an way that suggests that she's looking more for an admission than a conversation. Jules isn't defining 'support' as pretending everything is okay. She's defining support as simply addressing concerns and issues with Jules to her face rather than behind her back. You can't claim genuine concern or care for someone else if you only bother to talk about them behind their back. Bethenny was rude about Jules long before the calzone incident so for her to suggest that she appears to be this way because she's retreating from Jules as a way to protect herself is a cop out excuse. It's understandable to want to remove yourself from a situation that you think may be dangerous to your health or physical and/or mental well-being but I don't think that's the vehicle behind Bethenny's behaviour toward Jules.
  8. If Luann is talking this much about her getting married to Tom, I can't wait to see how much more often she talks about it now that it's official, lol. Take it easy Luann. And not cool that you walked out with a guy who left a woman while on a date with her. That doesn't speak well to his character that he would do that. Carole is willing to behave like a mean girl to keep in Bethenny's corner and it's a very distasteful look for her. And I love how they're complaining about the way that confrontation was handled when they have had far greater offences toward other people than anything Jules did at that table. Bethenny first claimed that she had never done anything to Jules. Jules confronts her about the comments she made about Jules intelligence. She says nothing but waits for the opportunity to make Jules eating disorder about her and uses that as a away to dismiss anything she's said or done that may have been rude or insulting to Jules. Wasn't it not that long ago that Bethenny felt touched that Jules shared her struggle with her? Now there's too much angst that requires her to cut Jules off? Nah Bethenny - perhaps you think you're great at detecting bullshit because you no one bullshits better than you. Trying to rationalize the issue using semantics is a cop out. Jules took issue with you talking about her period. Saying that you've never said anything to her face doesn't explain away or address Jules' accusation. In fact, you only confirmed what was the truth. To summarize Ramona - 'just because I talk shit about you doesn't mean that I'm not your friend' LMAO
  9. Jillian has a very motherly attitude about her...in the annoying way, lol. I laugh every time she gets going because Emmett literally ignores her by keeping silent or changing the subject. I'm actually surprised by how calm his demeanour is. He doesn't lose his temper at her and even when she's yelling or barking at him, he responds pretty calmly and rationally. I felt bad for the father/son duo that got eliminated. I know he gave up on the challenge but it was a difficult challenge in scorching heat. He's an older man and I do think it would have likely been more difficult compared to the younger contestants. Let's hope teams read their cards better! But kudos to the challenges. All of these challenges have been difficult and the Vietnam challenges were even more so difficult having to do them in such intense heat.
  10. It seems that we're interpreting the meaning behind her comments differently. I don't take it as her being tongue in cheek but if that is truly the case, I would agree that it's not so bad but I take it as her being serious because I do find Heather genuine to her lifestyle and personality. No matter what grievances the women have said about her in the past, I don't think Heather has ever been anything but consistent from the beginning and for that I do appreciate about her but it's the very reason why I don't think she's joking around when she constantly talks about it. I think she constantly talks about it because it is a real source of frustration for her, however, I think it's less to do with the time and energy she's investing in it. I think she's more frustrated that with all of the details she's involved in to make this a home for her family, her husband is working too much to acknowledge it, let alone see any of it. Those are examples of lifestyle changes which understandably will have elements that are unexpected. Building a home is a huge event that would definitely be subject to the same unpredictability and would likely affect anyone in Heather's situation, regardless if they were building a palace or a decently sized home. Where the example diverts is when Heather's personality comes into play. Shes' a perfectionist and she has the money to actually afford the best of the best. So for her, the process is no longer about finding something that you love, it's about finding something that you love, that doesn't exist. When Heather gives her house tour, she would love to tell people how she designed kitchen cabinets, imported the tiles from the Europe, selected a specially shaped ice, etc. I don't think that Heather intentionally brags to make other people jealous. I think Heather looks for others to appreciate her attention to detail, involvement and energy invested in whatever the project because she doesn't really get that from her husband. He's a non-attentive, self-absorbed rich dude that feels guilty about not feeling guilty that he doesn't miss his kids despite hardly ever seeing them. That's the theory anyways but for now it just comes across as Heather complaining about things that are only so difficult because she's made it so difficult for herself. It's relatable to an extent but I wouldn't say on the scale of marriage or kids.
  11. But like I said, I don't mind that she's talking about stuff like that. I just don't appreciate her complaining about the project as if it wasn't a project that she wanted and as if the extended timeline of the project is not by her own doing. It's great if she wants to customize everything but then don't cop a 'woe is me' attitude that it's taking so long and her husband who is financing the project is always working to make the money that you're spending on your other dream house. Heather wants to flaunt her money but also complains in an effort for others to be sympathetic to her situation. I can't wait to see Heather's home when it's done. I want to see her taste, and how everything comes together. I just don't need to hear her complain every week about it is all.
  12. Asaf deserved the reaction he got from Tori and I'm happy to see how quickly she made up her mind. She knew her self-worth and didn't entertain the idea of wanting to be with someone that so easily gave in to temptation elsewhere. Francesca didn't want to give it up to Asaf when he had her as his go-to girl but she gave up the goods when she felt that he was going to be leaving the house with someone else. She said she didn't want to look pathetic by asking to be picked - too late. You already put all of your cards on the table, stop acting like you have any hand left to bluff. I think people have jumped quickly to label Gio an asshole but I honestly understood his hesitation. I didn't see it as starting at the point where she refused him sex. She jumped on him for having conversations and being light hearted with other girls in the house. He first dismissed what she was insinuating and then was giving her attention. I don't think he was offended that she said no, I think he was offended that the event left her in tears. I can easily put myself in his shoes and see that as someone who doesn't trust me. The way she was scolding him when he was hanging out with the boys - she seems controlling and yet I don't think that he minds her approach, it's the sentiment behind it that I do believe him when he says it's an issue for him. I think back to what they both said in the beginning, they're attracted to their star sign which are fiery and passionate but the same things that they fall for are the same things that eventually drive them away from those kinds of people. He's only considering Julia because she seems to have a combination of spontaneous and adventurous which he needs but also a less abrasive attitude. Speaking of Julia, I can't figure out why so many of the guys are so interested in her. Have we had a season like this where one girl caught the eye of so many guys?
  13. The funny thing is that her own husband made mention of the same thing to explain why he wouldn't invest in the place. Perhaps Melissa should have taken some heed from her husband but the likelihood is that she is probably fronted a very minimal amount of money in the business and is mainly going to use her face and the show to promote the store. Even she takes a loss, it's not going to impact her current lifestyle. Make-up is a recession proof industry and it seems like something that Melissa also enjoys. She should have probably looked to partner with a start up company but that would needed a bigger monetary investment mostly likely.
  14. I would totally get a pizza oven as well...but I would actually use the oven and eat the pizza that was cooked in the oven, lol. Heather behaves like someone of privilege but it's annoying when she drops comments as a way to remind everyone that she's rich (as if she's given anyone long enough to forget it). Talking about a pizza oven that you need to have but won't ever use because you only eat pizza once a year...or a BBQ that neither you or your husband will ever use but your personal chef could do wonders with it. I didn't mind the house stuff in the past and I wouldn't mind it now if it weren't for the fact that she's complaining about the time it's taking when that's a completely self-inflicted issue on her part. I generally like Heather. While she can be a know-it-all, I appreciate her demeanor when addressing conflict and that's a skill that many women on the housewife franchise lack. I also don't mind Meghan either so I can join you at that lonely table. I didn't even mind her last year when she was so obsessed with proving Brooks wrong but that's only because Brooks is an attention seeking human being that apparently has no boundaries to his lies and I don't mind that Meghan went a bit crazy trying to prove his sleaziness to the world.
  15. The business is Melissa's. Melissa will have to pay a set fee for licensing and trademarks, she will be responsible for purchasing her inventory and handling her expenses (she may also be able to purchase inventory on consignment). The benefit of a franchise is that you're able to use the trademarks of an existing business which allows you to tap into their clientele base and reduces the amount of advertising that you need to promote your brand (instead you only need to promote your location to generate additional foot traffic). All of the profits would be Melissa's. How much she renovates depends on how intricate the branding is. For example, sometimes only the name on the storefront has to be identical but in other cases (particularly in fast food examples), the interior decor also has to have a particular them - ex. Popeyes Fried Chicken is a franchise restaurant but the storefront, interior and decor are very specific.
  16. I'm sure some of those 'cute stories' will make it to air when she eventually finishes the house and is hosting parties there because that is very much a Heather thing to speak with pride about something as stupid as selecting the shape of the ice cubes that are dispensed. It all effing melts anyway, I sure as hell don't pay attention to the shape of the ice in my glass. I just need my drink cold.
  17. I think her sense of value has always been tied to her looks, which is sad but it's a reality for a lot of young men and women who grow up with the some distorted view of their self-worth and sadly never shake the stigma they've succumbed themselves to. Hopefully her daughter doesn't follow in her footsteps. I think surgery too young and/or too constant does no favours. I look at Vanderpump Rules and almost all of them are doing botox despite only being in their late 20s or early 30s. To me, they all look older than their age so I ask myself what was the point in sticking their faces with needles? A few laugh lines show the world that you've enjoyed laughter in your life. That isn't such a horrible thing.
  18. I'm confused about the car scene with Vicki and Briana. When they got to OC, I could have sworn I saw Briana hop out of the passenger seat which makes me question even more why Vicki didn't offer to drive at the point when Briana was experiencing a great deal of pain. Considering that your leg is an important part of the driving process, I don't think it was necessarily the smartest decision to drive cross country with two small children in the back seat but thankfully they made it without any issues it seems. It was such a Vicki thing to do when she expressed feeling bad but hurried off to work anyway and left her severely pained daughter behind with two toddlers. Another thing that confused me is that Vicki justified going to work saying that she has to take care of her family and that's how she was able to buy her daughter a home. Didn't she say in another episode that she basically loaned the money to Briana and Ryan? I never thought I'd see the day but I don't strongly dislike Tamra anymore. I like the 'new Tamra' much better and hope she sticks around. I think Eddie is a good balance to her personality because he has a no nonsense attitude with her when he needs to but he doesn't have that demeaning and abusive vibe about it like Simon did. Heather, I'm tired of hearing about your home. Do you know how obnoxious it seems when you make an appointment to discuss what kind of shaped ice cubes you want dispensed from your ice dispenser? Do you realize that it's taking two years to put this home together because YOU chose to customize everything to YOUR specifications? I don't doubt for a second that Terry would have been just fine with Heather pulling out some luxury catalogue and literally picking out all of the items from there. She could have completed her home in 2 months but it takes time when you want to customize everything and have it built from scratch. Also, $7000 for a BBQ is probably the most reasonably priced thing I've seen her shop for to date. A $7000 BBQ that neither she or husband will personally use. That says a lot.
  19. Just my two cents, but Teresa and Joe committed tax fraud, they didn't commit murder or do something heinous to humanity. I have no issue with either of them being allowed frequent contact with their children. Their inability to handle their finances and wanting the finer things in life does not make them horrible parents to their children. Teresa did her time and now Joe is doing his. I can't dislike their family as much as some other people here do. In the grander scheme of things, there are people that commit worse crimes against other human beings and still see less or no jail time so I can't bother myself to be upset about this. It's ironic that they went to jail for evading taxes and in the end, it was the taxes of other Americans that were needed to keep them in jail for 1-5 years, lol. I think Jacqueline is addicted to plastic surgery? It seems like she's always talking about wanting some other kind of procedure. I'm support people's right to do what they want with their bodies, especially if it will help with their confidence and happiness but it's always sad to see an aging person that is obsessed with admitting that they're aging. Keep some semblance of 'aging with grace' so you won't end up as some plastic surgery catastrophe years down the road. I haven't seen a single plastic surgery obsessed person that didn't come out looking absolutely horrible. The irony being that they've had some much work done and spent so much money and in the end they would have looked 10x better if they hadn't done anything at all.
  20. I believe Emmett said that they didn't notice the Detour until they were in the cab which forced them to re-evaluate their options. So they didn't read the clue properly. When they see those giggling girls show up on the next leg, they're going to realize that the EP was a gamble worth taking. I suspect that Big Brother and the Girlfriends will both make it to final 3. I know there's a lot of race left but they think strategically during their challenges which is something that is often overlooked (case in point, the two giggling girls who cornered their fish on the opposite side of the tank and had to run back and forth to empty them..so dumb).
  21. Dario is so dumb. Did he show up to play this game for third place? Not only did he pick an alliance that would be hard to beat out in the end, he outed all of the alliances in the house. He said that he needed to improve his position in the house yet he completely squandered the opportunity. Sarah had it dead on - Dario was in the position to get things from people in order to save them this week and instead he called over Johnny and Sarah and begged them to be a part of their alliance. How pathetic. Dario even acknowledged that he is only Wes and Nany's number one because of Nicole - that still counts you moron. Nicole is an idiot is equally stupid. It also sucks that she had mentioned her concern for Nate going into a battle facing a strong team with little chance to return. I feel like that also played into her decision of breaking trust with Nany's confession. She showed more for making peace between Nate and Christina so they could get on the same page to win but showed no regard for her cousin even though she just betrayed her trust. It's one thing to justify that it's a game and you're looking out for yourself but to be dismissive of your betrayal is what stings the most. Vince was dead weight in his last challenge and Johnny did everything he could to keep his cousin in the game whether that was winning challenges and keeping him safe or playing politics to save both their asses. I hope Nicole and Dario finish in 4th place. To make it that far and not get a penny - would be deserving for these two.
  22. These women can't even tell the difference or explain behaviours correctly. Lu always talking about herself and her relationship is not Lu acting better than the others. It's Lu being self-absorbed. I mean, clearly none of the other women ever act self-absorbed (note the sarcasm). Lu does sometimes act as if things or matters are beneath her which definitely can give off a 'I'm better than you vibe'. You know what else gives off that kind of vibe Bethenny? Calling someone a slut and whore and airing their personal life as a means to compare your moral compasses and suggesting that your compass is better. How rich was it that Ramona was complaining about Lu being self-absorbed and then later on we see Ramona upset and getting everyone's attention so that she can inform that they didn't give her enough attention when she walked into the restaurant. Then she lied about what she said and tried to play it off as 'the word around town'. And then another rich moment is when she called out Dorinda for telling Lu what she said about Lu...when not long ago she was doing the same to Lu with the rest of the girls. Oh Ramona, you'll never change. I thought Sonja was really mature in the way she addressed the Lu issue with Ramona. She didn't deny Lu's self-absorbed behaviour but she was took into account that her friend was happy and that she was still in her blissful stage. Sonja would rather be happy for her friend and let her have her moment. Ramona would rather say she wants all of her friends to get along as she talks shit behind one of her friend's back. Is Ramona manipulative or just plain dumb? How can she claim that she wants everyone to get along but then runs back retelling stories in the most negatively dramatic of ways that would obviously leave more distaste rather than build any bridge for peace? And Carole - it's actually quite normal that a person offer an apology and then leave some space for the offended party to reach out if they choose to accept and possibly move forward after an incident. Dorinda's Ramona impressive was AMAZING! I was laughed out loud for the entire thing, lol. Is this the resolution that Carole was talking about? Keeping it light and bright? I thought Lu and Carole were mature with their interaction and i felt that Carole was particularly gracious. I can understand being so caught up with being in love but it would have been nice for Lu to express her appreciation for Carole's attitude more outwardly by engaging in more dialogue about how Carole was doing. She did catch herself pretty quickly when she called the table bitches but made a point to apologize to Carole and clarify that she wasn't referring to her. She wasn't referring to Dorinda either but she knows that Dorinda knows that and doesn't need clarification.
  23. Ana conveniently took the intro so that she could piggy back off of Joy's presentation after she had done the work to get the crowd interested in their presentation. I mean, after all, it's not that hard to introduce yourself and your cooking partner and even then she couldn't get that right. Then she got offended when Joy was trying to reign her in. Ana sucks the joy out of any room the moment she opens her mouth. She doesn't work well with others, she constantly makes catty remarks and her presentation skills are so far behind everyone else that it's ridiculous. Yet she's so offended that others are surprised that she's still lasting in this competition...well because unlike Bobby Flay, the rest of the contestants realize how important it is to have personality when delivering a show and personality is the important half of the equation that Ana simply has shown none of.
  24. I really don't understand how Ana keeps getting saved each week. Her food may be good but as Giada pointed out, if you're as dull as a brick, no one is going to tune in and therefore will never actually eat that food. My problem with Bobby's justification for keeping Ana is that the setting of the show is not a recreation of how they would handle their own show. They wouldn't be forced to work with ingredients they don't want to work with or themes they don't want to work with and they wouldn't be limited to conceptualize last minute dishes and have to prepare them in 60 minutes. I get that this is part of the challenge of the show but when one contestant can hit out of the park with in presentation and cooking but is inconsistent, that to me suggests they they are further ahead than someone who can't present to save their lives. There is very minimal improvement on Ana's part and she's getting the nod to move forward. Makes zero sense. Can I have Yaku back?
  25. Khloe is so dense. She's hurt that Rob didn't tell her about the engagement but her comment to her friend summed up exactly why - "I don't know what she would do with us on a family trip, she's not part of the family". Is Tyga part of the family? It absolutely blows my mind that Khloe is so open and defends Tyga who was dating her underage sister and released music that spoke about her sister in such a vulgar way AND on top of all of that, he's the on/off again boyfriend of her 18 year old sister. Why is Kylie's relationship given more importance and loyalty than a relationship between two serious adults? You can tell Khloe is salty when she looks around and sees her family playing nice about Rob and Chyna? She wants to be angry and wants to have her army of supporters with her to make her feel better about her pettiness. It's hard to feel sorry for Kyle's anxiety when she has done everything in her power to capitalize on fame and puts herself out there not only by changing her appearance to be more suitable for all of the publicity, but the way she dresses, the constant need to put everything on social media. Though, aside from Kourtney, she showed the most maturity is reaching out to Chyna. She is the only person in the family that has any real reason to take issue with Chyna and the fact that she mended fences with her while Kim and Khloe sit there brewing in the corner is very telling. Kourtney was the only one who seemed genuinely honest about her happiness for her brother and she is the only one that didn't try to chastise for his decisions.
