  1. I was hoping for the pigs, a la HANNIBAL, last week.
  2. On a side note, the random Ukrainians on David's odyssey are knocking it out of the park.
  3. Yes, I think so. I think David is frauding TLC/Sharpe.
  4. David, stop badgering the old man. He's not going to suddenly pull her out of a hat. She's a bit, not a rabbit.
  5. Well damn. We called that one wrong. They showed NotLana first. I, for one, am SHOCKED that it wasn't Lana...😁
  6. I've got my Sunday night lineup on the coffee table ready to go: 4 chocolate puddings, 1 cup of kratom, a Pepsi, and my charger. I'm ready for some TLC shenanigans.
  7. Don't know why my username is in the comment box. It's not my comment. I'll give Rose a pass on the hesitation/lack of sadness. In situations like that we have no idea what went on off camera or what got left on the cutting room floor. I actually feel good about her parenting because we only saw a few seconds of him, unlike most of these people who parade their kids before the camera. Anyway, I never judge other mothers for that crap. Look, I love my kids. They're the reason I get up in the mornings (okay, afternoons). They're my world. They are also with me 24/7. Sometimes, however, I enjoy alone time and adult time. And yes, while I DO occasionally show sadness and hesitation when they go to my mom's, 9 times out of 10 it's usually my husband and I doing the Carlton Banks boogie back to the car.
  8. Yep, and that feeling of power is probably what made those Americans import in the first place.
  9. And now I'm traumatized. That got wwaayyy too close to showing Geoffrey's stark white ass and his wiener. Someone please hold me.
  10. She's so used to living in her YouTube world where she has total control over her image and the final product that she got cocky. She thought she could manipulate the narrative on 90DF, too, but she was wrong.
  11. Watching some old seasons over the weekend I couldn't help but take note of the many times the American would say "I brought you to this country!" Like, chill people. They're not the coronavirus on the bottom of your shoe...
  12. Dude lost me at "deep conversations." I liked Antonio and I always thought that he had no idea that she was really into him or that he was meant to be into her. I think he thought she was just going to fly over, hang out for awhile, and film a show. Maybe he'd get some sex on the side. Their season makes it look like they're living in two different universes with him blissfully unaware that the show has anything to do with love or marriage.
  13. And so far as we know the only person who's lied in this relationship is him.
  14. Notice he's getting in as much booty time as he can before he brings up the sister/money issue. If it's the big deciding factor shouldn't it have been brought up first? I think it was @Mrshanson who brought this up first, but he'd be exhausting in bed, and NOT in a good way. Every few seconds it would be "do you like this" or "how's this". He tries to play it off like he's doing it for her benefit, but it's not. Homefry needs more positive reinforcement than a room full of first graders learning to tie their shoes.
  15. That's the problem with this-they show the skeeviest examples they can find and it casts its shadow over everyone. Big age differences can work. Different nationalities can work. Different income brackets can work. But with this crew we could have a couple with the same ages, same language, same income, and similar cultures and they'd still find some way to fuck it up.
  16. Ed and his not-dog teddy... With the way he's acted and the way he probably smells, Homeboy oughta be glad and grateful that he's getting any action at ALL.
  17. He was a beautiful man. I hate that he died a painful death. This movie was such a big part of my childhood.
  18. That was the first thing I thought, too. My kids LOVE PewDiePie and he did a reaction video to a lot of Ed's scenes. He's never watched the show, has no vested interest in it. When Rose took the money and paid the guy PewDiePie was like, "Looks like she's just trying to help."
  19. My 8yo daughter and I just used a currency converter to see how much Rose tipped the street vendor...it was $.20. Later when they went to another vendor and she got Ed to buy the shirt and he bitched about her and his money the cost is $3.55.
  20. Yep. Pretty sure I was the first one to call him a sex tourist, but even if I wasn't, he still is. Everything the man does is for his image. I have no trouble believing that he took that ring down there to help cement the whole "nice guy trying to save the love of his life from poverty" angle. I also think he lied about shipping the stuff to her; IMO what we saw was the first and it was all for show. And it all might have worked if he'd done a better job at hiding his actual personality.
  21. My friend, Silas, did a snippet. (He's right after the Cher Off). Silas is a well known author who happens to be gay. We live and grew up in an area that wasn't (and still isn't, to some extent) open to diversity. Being a gay male in Appalachia isn't easy. Not only was the show helpful to the LGBT community here, but it was just as important for the "straight" (I don't know what word to use) because it normalized homosexuality. Things aren't great here now, but they're much better than they were and this show should take a lot of credit for that. I cried.
  22. When the mermaids are in the water I can't tell them apart. I'm afraid way too many people are learning about this. Maddie's going to end up telling Robb, both of Ben's parents will know, and then Xander will tell Brennan...I didn't see a problem with Xander saying he wasn't sure what he saw. It was dark and they were drinking. So I get the whole thing about some sea life males reaching the kids, but I think the real reason the show is doing this is so they don't have to work with an infant. It's like a sitcom where they love the leadup and the birth, but don't know what to do with the baby once it arrives. I forsee then bringing Baby Hope back when she's a toddler (which may be soon in mermaid time). The Robb/Maddie thing just happened too fast and I don't get it. He can go at anytime. So I put this on for my son several weeks ago, thinking he'd like it, but instead my 8 yo did. She's binged the whole thing twice, and last night she made me stay up until 3am to watch the new episode on Hulu. I can hear her in the bedroom right now talking to Levi and Mate on the screen, "Just let her keep the Baby!" She's also watched all the interviews and outtakes on YouTube.
  23. I understand what you're saying, believe me, and I also give up. My words and point have been twisted until I no longer recognize them.
  24. I can see why she wouldn't want her dad on the show, but I can also see her upset about Rose. I think he's telling a half truth.
  25. Over on the Frauded by TLC Instagram page the admin is saying that Avery and Ash were broken up when they were cast but got back together for filming. I could believe that, cause it's basically what Tim and Jennifer did, but if it's true then I gotta side eye the first night nookie.
