People do all kinds of shitty things, things that make them look bad, to appear on TV. Yolanda's written a cookbook that she pimps. Maybe she thought publicity would help. This show, and reality TV in general, has a long history of frauding us. Tim's entire storyline with Jennifer was faked. Lots of info out there about Yolanda... Maybe their stories DID happen to them in the past, but they're recreating it for the show. Most of these people don't seem to care if their narratives make them look dumb or crazy- they just want to be noticed. The ones that become breakout "stars" are generally not the smart, nice ones but the trainwrecks

I agree. I think THIS is fake. I can buy that it's something that happened to them in the past though. The numbers just don't work. How could David have dated 100 Ukrainian women and make several trips abroad, yet still somehow maintain a "relationship" with her for 7 years?

Way to go, TLC. In a season of Ed, Ash, and David you somehow managed to make the actual psychopath the least creepiest man on the show.

Ed and Rose were both looking for something that the other could provide, that is true. Ed, however, lied by omission and kept vital information from Rose until after he'd slept with her. He knew from the beginning that he didn't want children and she did. This sounds like a deal breaker for her. He could've told her this upfront and maybe she would have gone about it differently. Perhaps she'd have changed her mind and decided that she could let that dream go. But he didn't. Knowing that she wanted kids and that he didn't, he waited to tell her until after she became emotionally involved, after having sex with her and telling the world about it on national (international) television, after meeting her family (including her son), and after he'd already put HER through several tests to ensure that she was good enough for him.

My 8yo watches it with me, but the fact that a 9yo girl was invested enough to send him fanmail is on a whole nother level.
