I was never fond of Swiss Cheese - then a few years ago realized I was allergic to it. That happens a lot - usually if you don't like a food but can't fully articulate why (texture or taste) it is because you are allergic to it.

I think Zack said it first and then Carla kinda stole it. Very annoying. I know they can't shake hands (although PH is doing it on GBBO Covid Edition) but maybe just a silent thumbs up?

I wish the Food Network would buy more cooking shows from other countries instead of trying to figure out how Guy can re-imagine his shows for Covid. Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc - there are a ton of English speaking countries (for us dummies) with shows I would love to watch.

I saw something where Allison Hannigan (who hosts the other pumpkin show) said they filmed last November. It makes sense as they need a ton of pumpkins and squash. Filming in the Spring would mean shipping in a ton of produce from the southern hemisphere.

And I won't. Can't stand Rinna or Kyle. They are not the kind of people I want to support. This show doesn't bring me joy so it must GO! But not these forums - will come back here for the snark.

Regarding Denise not showing up/contacting people - perhaps her attorney was working on the C&Ds and told her to cut off communication until it was all ironed out. Kind of like not making contact with your abuser while you have a TRO.

I can't believe that Teddi confronting Denise in a very public forum about personal events wouldn't cause Denise to dislike, if not actively hate, Teddi. So regardless of how deep Denise's feelings for Teddi were before Rome, there is no way she doesn't dislike her now. If it were me, I would have thought about how much I cared for Denise's feelings. I would either request a private meeting with Denise to go over the comments or not give it another thought. My reaction to the words is much more important than the words. I don't expect everyone to like me or approve of 100% of my actions, but if the friendship is true then I would fight for it.

I'm all for firing everyone except Garcelle and Denise and getting a whole new cast.

Did anyone else watch the RHO Melbourne? There is an awesome scene where they ladies are castigating Gina and she pulls out her compact and calmly powders her nose. She became my hero in that moment.

I left my husband after 3 years of marriage because he lied, not just about big things, but about little stupid stuff. There was some gaslighting behavior - changing the text of an email to make me sound like a bitch. Not realizing I could just check my sent mail box to see the original email. I had to live with him for a year before I could move out - he wasn't working and I couldn't afford to pay mortgage for him and rent for me. During that year his behavior kept me a prisoner in my bedroom. I went to work - spent time in the evenings with friends and came home to sleep. We saw a therapist (I tried to get him to go to marriage counseling before I asked for a separation). He would only go once. I kept going and the therapist told me he had some personality disorders and I was making the right decision. He even cut his Mom out because she took my side, really trying to get him help. This has allowed me to see the other side - I didn't have a boyfriend - I just wanted out of a toxic relationship. Maybe Dan (and some, not all, of the Dan's out there) needed Linda to finally break free. So yes, Linda wasn't a great person and probably wouldn't have lasted if her behavior started to mirror Betty's, but she gave him what he needed to leave. If Betty had taken advantage of the money and therapy, she could be living her best life. My ex died about a year after our divorce was final - he let his bitterness and self pity get in the way. We all have free will and can decide not to be a victim, but a survivor.

I think they explained that Tess was visiting her birth mother at some point in the episode. I didn't make it thru one episode of This is Us. Felt like it was sponsored by Kleenex. This show makes me think more than cry. If it's cancelled, I will forget it in a month. But will keep it on my DVR to record and watch when nothing else is on.

I thought really hard before posting - I don't support the housewives when they blame the edit. But it wasn't a long scene - and I think a caring Mom would have tried to "fix" a cringe worthy event that way for their daughter.

People keep referring to the seconds long clip of Denise and Sami discussing the "threesome" conversation. That may have just been for the cameras, to keep Sami from getting teased at school. Who knows what was said off camera, or what was edited out.
