I got a kick out of Baby being driven straight through that sign, especially when badass Meg jumped out. Now if it were Garth, I'd have been pissed.

I agree. Suicide isn't heroic, it isn't romantic. I understand why they wrote it, but I really wish they hadn't.

2 fucking thousand dollars??!! On top of the Gold Panels, photos and autographs! I'll never have that kind of money to throw around, so there's some jealousy in my reaction, but that's just an obscene amount of money.

Armadillo + squirrel + ?

Which may explain what Misha and Jared were doing in front of a mountain of sulphur?!

Agree! IMHO he would ham it up so much that you wouldn't be able to take any character he'd play seriously. And not funny in a good way but in a blech way. And I forgot to answer the question: Chuck. No Shatner for the reasons above.

Castiel: A Multi-Dimensional Wavelength Of Celestial Intent
auntvi replied to Pete Martell's topic in Supernatural
I loved the "I'm the one who gripped you tight and raised you from Perdition" and "You should show me some respect. I dragged you out of hell, I can throw you back in" badass Castiel. I know some people don't like the angels, but I enjoyed the characters and Heaven plots in S. 4 & 5. The current Castiel, however, has been given very little to do in the last 2 seasons. Even as Casifer he's only been in 4 episodes (according to IMDB). I guess they can't go back to the socially inept BAMF, which is too bad. -
Along those lines, how many concussions have Sam and Dean had over 10+ years? Hundreds? They should both be suffering from chronic traumatic encephalopathy at this point.

Off on a tangent: In ep. 10.23, it didn't make any sense to me that Death told Dean that he must kill his brother Sam himself in order to make the deal. Now it makes some sense to me (even if I don't like it): it parallels Cain's deal with Lucifer to save his brother. Cain & Abel, Dean & Sam. Dean wasn't trying to prevent Lucifer from taking Sam, but he was trying to protect him from the effects of the MoC.

Gorgeous location for ep. 20 from Serge Ladouceur's twitter. Does Chuck live in those mountains? I MUST visit B.C. someday!

"Safe House" from KSITE: JIM BEAVER RETURNS – A dangerous creature is accidentally released into an old house, attacking a mother and her child, leaving them both in a coma. Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) learn that Bobby (guest star Jim Beaver) and Rufus (guest star Steven Williams) once tracked the same entity so the Winchesters look to the past to come up with a plan to catch the monster before any one dies. Stefan Pleszczynski directed the episode written by Robbie Thompson. (#1116) Original airdate 3/23/16. Yep, that's a bit different than "Dean comforts Castiel" or whatever.

Unfortunately, the Superwiki shows the duo wrote episode 17. I'm confused: that airdate has to be wrong. I think it's March 30.

You Know You Watch Too Much Supernatural When....

Does anyone else hate Amara's costume? Every time I see her I think, "Honey, your girls need better support." -
It would be interesting if she came back as a ghost with her neck still broken, like one of the creatures in Beetlejuice.

Oh yes! I have a closet full of bins of yarn. Interesting that there are so many of us here. Have you all checked out Ravelry.com?

Sam said that he had everything for the spell, except an archangel. I wonder if there's a storage room in the bunker full of body parts of various species. Probably . . .

I think that the "God's hand" destroyed both the sub and the German ship above them. Sam reads something about the ship being lost.
