TBH, I was mildly cringing at Emily's original tweet but that RT made me wanna bang my head against a wall. I get that not everyone is educated about these issues but no one with access to social media could be this dumb in this day & age, especially those who religiously celebrate Halloween and have friends/coworkers who have been called out for their ignorant costumes/remarks in the past and have apologized for that.

KC was part of the show for 4 years and she was there since the first ep, so I would allow her to claim her spot in the light. Compare that to Caity Lotz who did 20 episodes in S2 and 3 in S4, and she is hogging all the attention, trying to be in the front and center and next to the lead in every photo .... just disgraceful in my opinion, and screams desperate. My three favourite characters are Conner Rhodes, Goodwin and Sarah Reese. The ladies got good screentime but the delicious Dr Rhodes was barely there. However, he made up for minimal screentime by speaking in Spanish. It's sooooo sexy.

Office gossip is another reason. I work with a lot hardcore comic book fans and they ALL adore Felicity. Their social media is mostly devoted to comics and gaming and not to TV. Two of them had it on their DVRs and they decided to drop Arrow altogether after they heard spoilers about lack of story for Felicity & Mayocop's continued presence. I guess word of mouth is still a very strong way to get people to start watching something or to drop it.

So Stephen Amell implied, in his latest FB video, that they have managed to bring back the fans that left the show after S2. If low demo ratings for first two episodes and the fact that Arrow didn't make it to Nielsen's top 5 social media trends for 2 episodes straights after making it for all the episodes last season is any indication, I would say they lost more fans than they gained. PS: his comment also makes it unbelievably clear that the audience they seek are the 80k comic fanboys and not the already existing pool of fans that varied between 2.7 to 2.2 million viewers in USA

Goes to show how much she has changed since then. Tbh, both Stephen and Katie Cassidy look different now than they did back when S1 filmed. David Ramsey and Emily Bett Rickards look similar despite hairstyle change almost every season in Emily's case.

I have a lot of issues with the episode 4x10. I wanted more emotional beats between Felicity and three people who love her; her mother Donna, her fiancé Oliver and her friend John Diggle. Unfortunately, we only got two short scenes with Oliver and none with Donna & Diggle. However, there was one positive that I really liked. When Oliver kissed Felicity after putting on her engagement ring on her finger, he kissed her on the mouth. Sure, it was a very tame kiss and the camera was angled in such a way that we didn't see anything, but usually what happens in TV and films that a romantic partner always kiss the injured/disabled person on the forehead, thus reinforcing the idea that sickness/disability makes a person either asexual or less sexually desirable. Not sure if it was written in the script, or director asked for it or the actors chose to do it, I am really grateful that the show chose it to be a kiss on the mouth, making sure that the audience know that Felicity Smoak and all the other people in similar conditions are still sexually desirable. Sometimes Arrow gets it right and I just wanna point it out. Go Guggenheim/Wendy M and Stephen Amell/Emily Bett Rickards.

I think it was Colton Haynes last year who said that Emily Bett is the fittest person amongst the cast members. I totally believe him.

They killed Sara Lance in S3 and the whole season was designed about the consequences of that death, for Thea, Oliver, LoA and Laurel. She was resurrected in S4 which basically made the whole S3 pointless. S2 was about Slade's revenge for Shado's death. If Shado was no dead, then the whole S2 was redundant. Why do Arrow writers shit on the stories they write themselves? Masochists much?
