(Another) article (this one from People) on reasons to love BC - http://www.people.com/people/gallery/0,,20880249_30257642,00.html#30257641 "I play a complete idiot Martin Crieff in a radio show called Cabin Pressure" Aw, Martin isn't a complete idiot. Its just silly - he's been doing Cabin Pressure since 2008 and people in the press still are surprised that he can do comedy. And, I've probably said this already, but if anyone hasn't joined the brilliant world of Cabin Pressure, its hysterical. -
I liked the Love Actually homage. Other than that...eh.

The weekend of December 20th will really be all BC all weekend - that's when I'll (hopefully) be seeing both The Imitation Game and The Hobbit. -

Its just the month of Snozzlebert Custardbath. Next week BBC Radio Four is broadcasting 2 episodes of Rumpole with BC - Thurs 11/12 & Fri 12/12. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01p9l1s. Oh, and anyone can listen to BBC Radio 4 on their website - you don't need to be in England or have tunnelbear or anything. -

It's a small British world - Timothy West (who has worked with BC) plays the character on Eastenders that Mick thinks is his father. It's official - BC is playing Doctor Strange - http://marvel.com/news/movies/23754/benedict_cumberbatch_to_play_doctor_strange -

Oh shut up Mick Carter. And, you are wrong - before he became so well known (I'm guessing pre Sherlock), Bumberstump Candlestick would hang out at the pub all the time. Matthew Goode talked about in the press interviews for The Imitation Game. They hung out together. Hee, I didn't know what BIFA was either. I kept seeing it mentioned on twitter but had no clue. -
Andrew Scott is in the new James Bond movie! No word yet if he's a bad guy or not - but we most likely wouldn't know until the movie comes out.

DI Robbie Lewis: The Geordie Copper
M. Darcy replied to formerlyfreedom's topic in Inspector Lewis [V]
I was watching an early Miss Marple - a Joan Hickson - A Murder is Announced. And guess who played the Detective Sergeant. None of than our own Kevin Whatley. I think it was just a few years before he got the Lewis gig. Heh, and it was a very early Lewis like character. Except he wore a sweater vest. -
I got so excited when Stephen said he was going to filming in DC next week....but the tickets are all for GW students :-(

So, Lucy was killed in April (I think that's when Good Friday was)....8 months ago...and her phone battery didn't just completely die? Damn, English phones are good. Well, if Lucy was run over, then we would know for sure it was Abi. Man, the men in the Square are horrible human beings - Phil was cheating on Sharon (among his other issues), Alfie set the house on fire with Kat in it, Dean is a rapist, Aleks is living with one woman while his wife is still hanging around the Square....it kind of explains why Ian is somewhat successful with the ladies - the rest are so bad.

Oh, its going to be the biggest trainwreck of all time. Look at what happened with The Sound of Music. At least Carrie Underwood is a professional singer who didn't get the job because of who her Daddy is. Plus, with Alison Williams lecturing people not to hate watch - she is just asking for the criticism.

A guide to why everyone is in love with Bumbleshack Cumberbund (I'm being boring with just BC so I'm going to use the name generator) http://www.vox.com/2014/12/3/7326077/benedict-cumberbatch -
Nancy Snyderman was back on The Today Show this morning http://gawker.com/nancy-snyderman-is-sorry-or-whatever-for-breaking-ebola-1666119175. There was an earlier article on Sunday about whether she is fired or not http://gawker.com/nbcs-nancy-snyderman-fully-fired-or-just-sort-of-fired-1664911250. And, which hat led you to break quarantine?

Andy really did sound a lot like BC. Of course, his non Gollem voice could sound like that anyway. Heh I bet they laughed about how people were so obsessed about it for a while. -
I lasted longer in the interview than I thought it would but just shut up McCain. Just shut up.

I believe we the viewers will find out before they officially solve it on the show so I think we'll find out in February. By which time, no one will care. Which is already me. And, I remember hearing about a live show too but can't remember when or why its supposed to air. I know realistically in "real life" murders aren't solved that quickly. But they are just dragggging it out. But honestly, just give the police the wallet and phone. Jeez.

Andy Serkis confirmed at The Hobbit premiere today in London that it's himself voicing the Star Wars trailer. BC was also at the premiere. A Smaug figure is now available for sale http://www.amazon.com/Funko-POP-Movies-Hobbit-Action/dp/B00NGVJKPQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1417477401&sr=1-1&keywords=smaug. I still haven't seen an Classifed ones though. -
