  1. Folks, we don't have a lot of rules here, but being civil to other posters is #1. Posts have been hidden instructing other members to "put me/him/her on ignore" as that's just rude and unnecessary. Jamie Otis' Unfiltered episodes are discussed in the threads for the episodes they accompany. A poll was taken several seasons ago and you voted for them to be included. If you don't want to read about them, bypass those posts.
  2. My question is, was Megan ovulatin' or not? Ooooooooooooo-wee. I imagine it requires a lot of loose skin, bad personal hygiene and a face like Scott's.. so the CO doing the frisking wants to spend as little time near the balls as possible.
  3. Michael: You could have fucked anyone you wanted and I wouldn't have cared. I only care because he's my boy.
  4. Listening to Lamar and his cousin Shalita... I had to check to make sure I didn't accidentally turn on the TV's slow-motion mode. Holy fuck, just spit it out.
  5. We do another one when the season is over. Things change.
  6. We're unlocking this topic now, with the understanding that from here on out there is a Zero Tolerance policy for trashing other Primetimer members and their opinions. If you choose to disregard the six word instructions blasted in red right above where you type your comment, you'll have your posting privileges revoked. End of story.
  7. I knew you'd have no problem picking a worst, but it didn't seem fair to assume anyone could ID a best.
  8. Because tearing people to shreds is a hobby of ours.
  9. Criticizing the people on this show (including how well they speak English, Americans and foreigners alike) is perfectly fine. Criticizing other posters for their comments is not.
  10. Or a more likely scenario: Chantel walks into a bar in the DR surrounded by a bunch of lifelong friends and starts throwing insults at Pedro's sister and they all beat her ass down. TLC would keep filming and a few production people would jump in, as they did during the HouseChantel debacle.
  11. Larissa pushes Debbie to her breaking point; Ashley makes a radical decision; Chantel confronts Pedro for the truth about how they met; Elizabeth's family is shut out when she goes into labor; Russ worries Pao and his mother will clash over the baby. Airs 7/7/19. *The episode like many others before it is available On Demand nearly a week before its scheduled air date. If you have not watched the episode and don't want to be spoiled, you should stop reading now.
  12. The shows are over. Post in the episode threads.
  13. A lot of negative generalizations have been made in this episode thread regarding a particular race and gender. This isn't okay here, regardless of the race and/or gender. Keep comments to the individuals on the show.
  14. The foreign spouses typically come here penniless and with no job prospects (cough, Jay, cough) so the sponsor files the packet, and the U.S. spouse needs to also file the Affidavit of Support with the Adjustment of Status.
  15. I guess this is how the true yogis do it.
  16. I think it only reads like that because it's written as an answer to a woman whose husband hasn't filed. If a man was being abused in any way, he'd have the same protections.
  17. You're absolutely right, she has no right to kick him out of the home they share without a major burden of proof. But on the evening of a 911 call for a domestic, someone's leaving that house. The police asked Jay if he would be willing to go somewhere for the night, and he was; they didn't make that decision for him. Getting him out of the house permanently if he's not willing to leave is another heavy sack entirely, and getting him out of the country for cheating on you when you've been married for a year and just haven't filed the paperwork? LOL, Ashley you crazy bitch, Immigration is going to want to know why you never filed that adjustment of status when you obviously had the time and the money to do so and haven't- just to exert your control over him. That said, they're both shit.. and neither's shittiness mitigates the other's shittiness. Ashley* is a piece of shit who tries to use the police to get her cheating husband out of the house and deported from the U.S. at the snap of her finger. (*Ashley, not "White Women.") Jay* is a piece of shit who cheats on his wife in a barber shop bathroom, and shows up to a home he knows he's not welcome in the night he gets caught out there. (*Jay, not "Black Men.")
  18. The cheating and the shove weren't the incident, though. She called the police because he walked into "her house" and didn't want to leave after she told him not to come into "her house." She wants him out of her house, he wants to be in his house, her house and his house are the same house; that's a domestic dispute. It's not an abuse of the services of law enforcement.
  19. Chantel, screeching: The bruises you deserved? Nicole, pulling out her phone: Look what you deserved, Chantel... cut to Pedro dancing: .....Nicole sucks at being a sister but DAMN she taught a damn masterclass in Petty Bitch Clapbacks last night.
  20. If you call in a domestic incident, the police are obligated to show up and check into it. Even if the caller calls back and says they changed their mind. Even if the caller's not white. Any physical aggression is considered. Bruises, broken plates, a hole in a wall, turned over furniture. If it's a bruise on one party, the other is considered responsible (unless there's overwhelming evidence/3rd party testimony it was self-inflicted.) If more ambiguous evidence like broken dishes, they have to use their best judgment and any witnesses to establish who is responsible and there is a legal obligation to arrest that party. Even a mild domestic (like this one with none of the above) will result in one party leaving for the night, most often the person who didn't call 911.
  21. Either Jay didn't tell the police she shoved him or he did and Ashley's friend didn't corroborate it- otherwise, Ashley would have been arrested as the primary physical aggressor. The police don't care who Jay's been fucking, but they are obligated to arrest the person who took it to a physical level.
