Question: Who actually pays the judgements ? When a case is lost does the 'loser' actually have to pay the judgement ? If 'no' then why does the loser care, it's no money out of their pockets.
Does my question make sense ?
I was disappointed that the husband of the older sister didn't get more credit for helping to solve this case ? He steered the police in the right direction.
I assumed that the plaintiff in the stolen Tv case had proof that the Tv was actually pawned and not "stolen" Didn't she hold up papers in her hallterview suggesting that she did ?
She said..... "I have proof"
The women that was suing because the defendant said that she put the Tv in her unlocked car and someone sole it. The plaintiff said that the defendant pawned her Tv. If she knew that the Tv hadn't been stolen like the defendant said, why didn't she tell JJ that she had proof that the Tv was pawned ?
If she really just had a "dream" about the body why didn't she call the police after they all went and saw that the body was really there ? Who called the police, the sons ?

I wonder if the comment about being careful on the ATM was filmed 'after' the accident and then edited to look like he tried to warn her before hand. It just seems kinda far fetched that he said it and then the accident happened.
This is just my opinion and I hope that I have allowed to voice it. I think that is was completely selfish of Terra and Joe to purposely have a child knowing that it would be born with dwarfism. It's one thing to be average height parents and something goes wrong genetically but they knew that the child would be born with dwarfism.
That child will always be 'different' and she will know it.
I have always wonder who Byrd is speaking to when he tells the litigants to step forward. At the end he always says "have a seat"... "Sir, have a seat"
Who is Bryd talking to ?
We should probably hear exactly what his parents (Dawn's BF's) said before we can call them "rude"
Dawn said that both of her parents had brittle bone disease and were confined to wheelchairs as they aged. His parents have a right to be concerned.
The penis necklace was tacky as hell.
When the realtor told Jason that he had to make at lease $120,000 per year to qualify for that apt, the first thought that came to mind was.....
why is she showing him that apt if he can't afford it ? Didn't she ask up front what his budget was ?
