Molly is....unique looking. I wonder if she will be one of those cheerleaders like Carey DePasquale that you barely see and never hear from, or if we will get to know her better. I sometimes dislike how the show cherry picks cheerleaders to feature. They all deserve their 15 minutes after busting their butts to even walk inside the doors to the Star.

Love me some Brittany Evans and Jordan Chanley.....two of my faves! Milan was the elbow licker. You think being a returning veteran, she would come up with a more interesting fact?

I would be a little afraid of the Barbies. Just because you get one does not mean you make the team. I think the whole problem with the group is the choreography. Some of it reminds me of 80s high impact aerobics. Get with the 21st Century, Judy.

When Kelli was doing the "turning off the lights" scene, she should not have worn that white skirt. It was painfully not flattering to her shape. My attitude softened as regards the alumni judges. All of them have a discerning eye because they have been there. I especially loved Andrea Cowan. She was direct and honest. Her, Mia and Ashton were the best judges. Cassie still bugged me. She was not a good dancer her entire career and is hardly in a position to judge anybody. When Kelli told Brianna she needed to put her big girl panties on, my first thought was, "This girl can't do it." The biggest part of her problem is absolute lack of self confidence and that might not appear for her until she gains experience and maturity. As regards Stephanie and Tasha, should they not step on the scale and weigh every day to stave off any kind of a trend that is going on? Catch those weight monsters while they are little. Don't be lazy and allow things to morph into an 8 or 10 pound chubablub you have to fight. If I were a DCC, you bet your boots I would weigh in at 0600 every day like clockwork. Stephanie kind of came across as a little full of herself when she mentioned she had never been called into the office. Once she was in the chair and got teary, I though....OK. The more she spoke, the more I liked her enough to forget about her "never in the office" remark. Kelli always tells the girls to leave their problems at the door, which explains why she came across as less than sympathetic.

The whole problem with Brianna is she does not have the maturity to handle the pressure. I think that is why she is so emotional. To me, with her fluid dancing, she would do great with contemporary or even ballet. I do not believe DCC style is a fit for her or her personality. Either she needs to jazz it up or home home. A shot of espresso and a kick in the pants from Kitty might be good for starters.

I have hypothyroidism controlled by medication. I remember how AWFUL I felt when I was diagnosed and completely understand what it is like. :( Apparently, thyroid disease is more common than we may think. Either that, or Lauren is wide eyed all of the time because she is nervous. Being hyperthyroid will do that. Not a good thing for her heart health. :(

Ugh.....Cassie. Just when I thought she'd be gone. :p I think the problem with her hair is it is too ash toned for her complexion and makes her look like she is in her 40s. Make her GO AWAY!!! The vets/rookies first meeting? I could have done without the elbow licking and the tongue to the nose, thankyouverymuch. Kelli's face regarding that was priceless!!! I think the only judges that should have been present were Tina Kalina, Ashton and Mia. The rest of them, meh. I thought it was a very nice thing of Jerry to give the girls a nice opening speech. I have never been a fan of his, but I do believe he won me over this episode. The girls are all pretty, especially with their bright smiles and flashy dance out fits. That facility, tho!

Watching this episode again. Red costumed Alexandra who tried out last year cannot kick. During Kitty's segment, I thought she would go through the dance combination, but it was skipped over. Maybe Popcorn girl did not make it back because she danced spastic. Tasha should NOT have made it back. Her interview was not good at all and she had a spare tire around the middle. I automatically do not like her right at this moment. I hope we see Kelli giving her a good talking to.

I have a feeling Jinelle has a hard time keeping weight on her frame. It is nice to see her be a more bold dancer than she used to be. In the beginning, she came across as awkward and gangly. Holly can go away, now. She has had her 15 minutes.

Not a lot of bling on the audition outfits back then. And Starr Spangler's audition sucked balls. WHY did she sorta sing??? Thank you for posting the videos @NicoleS9954! :)

Maybe she started college later on? I am not sure if her age was mentioned on the show.

I really love Kashara. She has a sense of humor, seems friendly, does great on camera and I think dances with the best of them. I think part of the problem is, we have seen her dance next to Jenna and Jenna is TINY.

Katelyn has an absolutely great figure. I just cannot get over how her hair ruins her look. If she has extensions, those babies need to come out because they are not helping. Yet, as stated before, other girls that needed major makeovers later made the team. I am mystified as to why she was not taken, just like you all. I would have cut Brianna and taken Katelyn.

Speaking of Season 3, it contains the WORST filler music, ever. Oy......AWFUL!

To this day, I have no idea how Cassie made it onto the team. Not pretty, lackluster dancer. I think her personality is the only thing that got her on the squad.
