  1. No, I am a descendent of Martha Allen Carrier. She had ,I believe, 5 kids. They were also imprisoned, tortured and forced to testify against their mother. Others also had kids. A few were older males, including Giles Corey who had many kids.
  2. Erica went on a hunger strike demanding her husband buy her a designer Parisian gown. Since he couldn't afford a real one, he convinced her it was a designer dress by sewing in a Jacques Marcel label. She strutted her stuff in it all over Paris.
  3. Just had to pop in and say this might be the best thread title ever. Kadooz(TM ramona singer) to the person who came up with it
  4. Im 49 and you will pull my glitter eye shadow out of my cold dead hands. Although the colors i use tend to be more earth toned. They were not too old! It looked great on Iris. That color would not work on me
  5. Not even a good eye shadow kit. I mean if it was Pat McGrath or Natasha Denona i would understand.
  6. If the pan is hot, it should not be too greasy. If you put it on a cold pan it will definitely be greasy. I want it nice and caramelized
  7. If someone said the shit that Mila did, Im sorry, but I would tell everyone.
  8. A lot of other countries including much of Europe dont use a top sheet, They have a duvet cover that they change
  9. Again? If you ask, that’s what she’ll say, Its not your business anyway
  10. Im the one you sacrifice to the zombies while everyone else escapes. Trust me, it will be better for everyone this way.
  11. Its pretty common in Europe, but seems less common here. a Wall St Journal article from 2016 says that 90% of students who choose a gap year go to college. https://www.gapyearassociation.org/data-benefits.php
  12. Its a shame because I have been to Norway few times. Its beautiful and interesting and well worth the time. One of my travel Highlights was running into Morten Harket of Ah-ha. He lives near a friend
  13. You can become a citizen of another country and retain US. citizenry and collect all benefits due. The only way you lose citizenship is to formally renouce. Then you lose American citizenship. A small amount of people do it and usually its because if tax issues. About 5000 people a year renounce citizenship. Its really rare. Being military, i know a ton of people who are now dual EU and US citizens, They collect retire, disability and SS benefits wile citizens of another country. Im actually considering and eventual move to Europe and would never relinquish my US citizenship
  14. i didnt have to sign, neither did my husband or mother. They came via fed ex and were left in my mailbox
  15. She had to send her passport in with her visa application. The passport then is returned with visa attached
  16. They cant stop you from having it. They just only recognize the US citizenship. If you hold dual citizenship, you show your US passport to get back in. I have many many friends that are dual USA/UK citizens. They did not lose their citizenship and still can and sometimes do collect their SS. Becoming a citizen of another country does not mean renunciation of American citizenship Some people do choose to renounce their US citizenship but that is a choice. The amount of people who actually renounce their US citizenship is very very low ETA, the problem in this case is India not the USA. India legit makes you renounce citizenship.. She should just become a permanent resident then
  17. The boxes shells do taste stale which is why you are supposed to bake them in the oven for a few minutes before you serve them. Is that not still on the directions on the box? I had some training to be a cook in the Marines and have worked in my share of kitchens. We would not have fed Marines that shit. She could have at least made some hard shells by frying tortillas. Its not hard to make salsa or pico de gallo. Make some carne asada, chilaquiles or Chimichangas if they ask for mexican not Old El Paso
