  1. Will Fabet recognize her? I know he had sketches but did he have photos? I'm trying to remember if he knows who she is or if he just has a general description.
  2. I watched the first two and am taking a break before watching #3, but I'm pretty underwhelmed. Which is disappointing because this show should poke all my happy buttons and I just find it convoluted and boring with unlikable lead characters. I don't know if reading the books would make this better. Maybe it would make more sense if I did. But, watching those first two episodes I came out with the following: 1. What the hell is Filory? Is it real or not? It seems it's a real place? But who cares? Why do I care if it's real or not? In that vein, is he supposed to stay on the path or get off of it? I do not understand. 2. I assume the lead guy is some sort of important dude to save everyone from everything (with the help of the blonde) but he is so freaking bland and boring and purely unlikable that I just can not care. 3. I had absolutely no idea that the moth guy was "the Beast". I didn't even know that there was "a Beast" until reading this forum. So that's the big bad? I did not get that at all. So, I'm going to stick for an episode or two because this really, really should be my jam. But they've got to do something to make me actually care a single iota about any of these assholes.
  3. I find it ironic that this big announcement aired during the Superbowl, considering that most Good Wife fans probably have consistent outrage at football given the uncontrollable time overruns that screw up my DTVR every damn week!
  4. I'm still watching and I still like it. The Christmas episode gave us another Rookie Blue alum which delighted me. And, I do love Demore Barnes even in minor roles. This episode though - my god, full on racking sobs. It got me right in the heart.
  5. Do you think that the entire cast of Rookie Blue is going to make an appearance on this season? I love it. Especially that Peter Mooney is on. He was great on RB.
  6. I assume that the tape player on the plaintiff's desk was to play the 911 call and I am eternally annoyed that we did not get to hear that. It would have been freaking amazing!
  7. I don't hate Dom. But I wouldn't watch him ever. When he was eliminated, I thought he may be gone and I was happy. But it became extremely obvious that he was eliminated when he was because he would have never been able to pull off the "live TV" challenge. He would have likely ruined it for everyone. And once he did that, they could never justify bringing him back. So, the easiest thing to do is to allow him to skip it and then bring him back once it was over. That actually made me really mad.
  8. But for the fact that Sarah and I are both already married to men, (plus Sarah's long-time marriage to Tara), I would have proposed on the spot after hearing that reading. It was a thing of absolute beauty.
  9. I have no problem with the terrible huge handbags or standing behind plants and couches or wearing gigantic coats. I vastly prefer it to making the character pregnant just because the actress is when there is no useful purpose to the story. Adeline's pregnancy on Grimm is enough to make me throw things at the tv. She was hardly on the show anyway. Just shoot her behind couches for a couple episodes.
  10. My initial answer was, "I'm definitely getting the Delorean." But after hearing Tara, I decided my Delorean would have an interior that was an Emirates First Class room.
  11. I have to say that this one surprised me. I was absolutely convinced that they were going to have bad Intel and all the "informants" would be innocent and none of them would pull the trigger. They genuinely shocked me when the Intel was good and they went through with it
  12. Thanks Dave. That was one of the best games ever. I would love to see the phrases that went in originally next to what came out. I am totally going to figure out how to adapt something like this for a party game.
  13. The question in the first round, something about the Upper East Side: what was the answer? I missed it.
  14. So, I'm just catching up on this now and just finished this episode. Have we gotten a explanation for the weird opening and closing scenes with Alfred in a cell? I imagine that we are watching the show as a series of flashbacks from Alfred as he sits in a prison cell, but has that been explicitly laid out? Because, right now, I'm confused.
  15. In the few short days since this episode aired, I've heard that Netflix is going to revive Full House and that ABC is looking at reviving The Muppet Show. I loved the Muppet Show and hope that's true. Full House can suck it though.
  16. Thanks for the vegetarian gravy tips. I probably should have figured it wasn't too complicated. I just always start my gravy with whatever meat drippings I have and I never really thought of where to star without the meat.
  17. Forgive my ignorance but how does one make a vegetarian gravy for a vegetarian poutine? And this is the second week in a row that someone didn't save them self and didn't go home. On MC US, I think it's automatic - don't save yourself, go home. I don't think the victory was lopsided. I think they said 1st and 2nd were only separated by 6 or 7 sales. But I never heard of they said who was 2nd and I never heard how many votes 3rd got. Did anyone hear it?
  18. "I watched all of Dorf on Golf for this," was one of the best things I've ever heard.
  19. I heard this topic and all I could think was, "Well, obviously it's Fitz. Fitz will win this category every time all of the times forever." Then Dave said Joffrey and I was like, "OH, YEAH. That little fucker. It's definitely him." So, Joffrey can win for worst and dead and Fitz can win for worst and alive, and if there is justice, they will be in the same category soon. I hate Fitz.
  20. I am going on record right now: I like Milly. And, I don't care who knows it. I've liked him from the first episode. Even if I hate his stupid beard. Something about him, makes me happy. And, it seems like he's a decent cook. And, he doesn't seem to be a big screamer/ drama bringer. Him and T are my favourites right now.
  21. Cuddly, little ninjas was just about my favorite line ever and I don't even like cats that much .
  22. I don't think that he should have had to pay back all of the reversal fee. At most, it should have been split 50-50 or even 33-33-33. I'm pretty sure momma and daughter wanted that vasectomy reversed more than the defendant did.
  23. I kind of liked Jen for about 3 minutes in the middle there. 1. She made the comment in the interview that everyone would save themselves which is true. 2. When Line went down, it looked like Jen was there helping her like a boss in one second while everyone else gaped. Now, Jen was closest, but she handled it. I do think Line was a weasel when she claimed consensus on the dishes. That was bunk. Edited because I just remembered: I am not a MasterChef. I have cooked wild game maybe twice in my life. But I know from all of the cooking show I watch that you always add pork to wild game or it's too dry. The woman who go eliminated has no excuse for not knowing that. None
  24. That game was awesome! If I had been playing, I would have gotten 14,000 points. But it was still awesome.
  25. I just want to say that my step father is one of the kindest best men I know he didn't marry my mom until I was an adult, but I love him and think he's just wonderful. But the guy in this case was a total Dick, I agree.
