Sonny gave Kristina Charlie's? I know Phyllis is in the attic with Judy Winslow and Chuck Cunningham but was that even mentioned at all? like she was the manager and everything that's why Nina and Sonny bought Charlie's for her because of the Tan-O or whatever it was called.

i'm very behind. but i am going to simply say - it is one of my main pet peeves to be in a group project and someone passes it off or doesn't do their share or anything like that. it's her grade it could impact other things and it's just frustrating to just not have your partners take it as seriously as you do. and I'm also with you - that Trina did have the right not to study in a semester in Paris. not every chef studies at the Cordon Bleu and not every Art lover needs to study at the Sorbonne. it doesn't diminish their love in the industry. Trina suffered great heartache there and even though the big brunt of the grief is over if she still didn't want to go - it doesn't diminish her love in the field

the GH clip of the day was behind for me so i got to see Molly and TJ going at it. and I am just like. i know you lost your kid TJ but as a doctor you should really know that people just grieve differently. I know a loss of a child is what generally breaks couples apart but it just felt like "why aren't you didn't it exactly like me." and it bothered me so much

lol not as southern as she does ;) No it was just me remarking that she has her drawl/Babe's accent. In TORCHWOOD it wasn't as strong there so i thought she'd use that accent to sound less Southern. it';s not a biggie. though

yeah i know. and i get it. like sometimes it's nice to have the line. but i am just saying in the show as we knew. Robin's in California, and Lucky was doing whatever in Ireland [or Africa] while it would be nice to say "yeah they are there." sometimes it's just a given that people can't be there. [again real life example, me and my grandma. I couldn't go and it's not like my mom needed to explain it to everyone]. it's just one of those things where I'm not really gonna fault the show on (as there is WAY too many things to grouse about lol)

honestly for me it makes sense. sometimes you simply can't make it. when my grandma died I couldn't go to her funeral because I lived 1/2 way across the country and it simply wasn't possible. somethings don't really need to be stated sometimes.

Wally probably had DOOL duty but i really wonder if sometimes it jsut doesn't make sense to have "the role of Ned Quatermaine is...." ya know? Laura not being there makes sense. it's a sad, fraught time, and I don't think she wants to be a visual reminder of why this is happening.

it will be hard to watch so i have to depend on Youtube/Clips of the Day but i pray the writing will be good. and they heavily lean into Good Soap. [not campy soap like Passions lol] The big thing will be, they hit the ground running. if it can succeed maybe we can get some new soaps. (or a Revival of some of the older ones). it will be interesting having what it looks to be a fully black soap opera, and i am also very much of the belief that the best soap are ones that are Romance & Social issues - so ideally they can tackle the social issues with great nuances

also. there's only 3 lawyers Dianne won't do it Alexis is dealing with Sam that leaves Ric

honestly as they are all Sister Shows it makes sense if they came up from time to time (regardless if you watched one or the other). it shouldn't matter and it kind of makes the world of PC richer. But on the other hand. considering how this show loves to butcher up their own history, I'd prefer if they'd leave AMC/OLTL alone period. hmmmm..... okay i'll give it a chance. :) In regards to Michael, I wonder if part of the reason why he is freaking out is because he's remembering the excuses they told themselves when they were cheating with each other over Chase. "we love each other it's okay." I also have to tell Mr. "We always lie to each other we should be honest." that until you tell your wife that you screwed her best friend before you knew about them screwing each other in the nursery, you're equally wrong here. Cheating si cheating my dude.

didn't they do a hysterectomy because of the fall? i swear there was something that they weren't sure of Kristina could have kids again [or maybe i am just being very hopeful #nomorebabies) But i've been saying this from the word jump. like it doesn't matter that this baby was for Molly and TJ - it was Kristina's baby too, and honestly, i am still rather disgusted that TJ/Molly planned everything in regards to the baby's name, burial and everything (I remember TJ's wailing it means something to him) and not include Kristina in it at all. Whatever the drama was if the baby had lived is moot because the baby was gone, and for all intents and purposes. Kristina lost just as much if not more and it really drives me bananas that no one on the show is mentioning this at all

yeah. but i'm consistent. i whinged about that too. especially because it was Tony Geary throwing a tantrum that he wanted a son who wasn't Greg Vaughan. I know that it's a soap and they make retcons happen, but make the retcon make sense is all i'm asking. I would have bought Ethan being Robert's a LOT more than Ethan being Luke's. and the fact that they're basically running the same story again just.. it's a no for me. Like I can actually buy this Drew. and again I don't even think it's slimy. outside of it's your nephew's wife. but the reasons why Drew could be acting this way is actually pretty sensical. [mostly because this show refuses to have anyone actually EVER visit Kevin). he was captured [didn't really get anything for that], rushed into a relationship with Carly, was pushed aside for Jason, got beat up in jail and is probably just triggered a LOT of stuff. and now here is a woman blowing smoke up his butt and obviously doesn't "want him to leave." and he feels important. that all makes sense to me. what would make more sense if they realized that they BOTH need to see Kevin. and i'm not talking about the story plots and the obvious We're repeating stuff that we did with Sam & Alexis stuff. I just mean. it would have worked equally well with Sasha and instead of having a massive. obvious "I always hated you. oh look we're close." thing. you could have it like "i was Conning you but oh acutally. you actually ARE who i want you to be." it still works, and as I said Sasha & Nina work a lot better together than Willow and Nina. just my cents on that. Like. honestly sometimes i feel (and i'm guilty of it too) we just say "it's a Soap Opera" as if it's supposed to wipe away everything that we have a problem with. Yes. soaps do bend time and space to their will but it should also be stemmed in realism. it's one thing to adjust someone's age (and sometimes you just.. have to be "whatever tell the story" (someone brought up on how DOOL, Sami who was already a teen mother, had a massive relationship AND KIDS with someone who was born on screen about 2 years after her kid was). but when you're actually destroying characters and a lot more actual relevant history to shove a square peg into the round hole it should be, no. respect the history. find some way else to introduce the story that doesn't spit on it. that's all.

it's fine being the rebel hehehe goodness knows i'm on that side all the time. For me. it's just more that they are literally warping history to make this fit after warping history to make Cody fit, and in my mind.. Nina was right there.. So I am like it would be kinda cool if Holly was working some kind of con and she was the kidnapped baby anyway. (Because for me Sasha/NIna make more sense that way than Willow or Nelle) not to mention GH basically makes EVERYONE related now so we're really heading into 2000-2008 DOOL territory that basically everyone was dating their relatives because EVERYONE was a DiMerra, a Black, a Kirakis or a Brady/Horton. like my rebel thing is this - I really don't think Drew is being creepy. (I think CamMat is trying really hard bless his heart to make this work) but the COTD on youtube was the "you're blushing" scene and I was like i can buy this. it doesn't seem creepy or stalkerish or whaever it seems soap operaish. again i kinda like Sasha. but legit. let's just buy her a puppy. or at least a stuffed elephant. those are cool. (and i am also severely rolling my eyes at people wanting Michael to basically read Drew and WIllow for filith as if he hasn't cheated on Willow too AND hasn't cheated in the past. he is not as pure as the freshly fallen snow here).
