Good question! He was on the "Abigail can do no wrong" train along with pretty much everyone else in those days. But, as we well know, SAMI was the wrong one then ((((sarcasm)))). I would have loved to have seen Sami not only blast Ben over Will's death but look him right in the eye and say "I told you so" about Abby. Ahhhh....if only.

I bow down to RSW. He was so cold and the way he lit the fire and said "bye momma" was so creepy! Great job. Well, Abifail really wanted Chad, now she can spend (what she thinks is her final minutes) with him. Chad, you missed the chapter in the Dimera handbook that states.... "When you confront an enemy, always have a plan....and ALWAYS bring backup." So, in Hope's mind (her Bo imagination) he wants her to abandon her grieving family, including THEIR children and dedicate her every moment to revenge? This shows how far out in left field she really is. Bo would NEVER want that! He would want the children and family cared for, the dust to settle, and then the justice! As much as it pains me to say this, Rafe was right. Hope does need counseling. She needs it ASAP! As for Brady, I do applaud his effort in FINALLY standing up to Victor. If this is a mistake, time will tell. Psychic Caroline strikes again!!!!!

I'm not even gonna get into the 2006 flop of a story. There was so much missed opportunity especially given the history between Jack and Steve alone. Adrienne was the glue that tried to hold them together. None of their children got to grow up together.....then again they didn't either. So Vincent is gonna be a Xander 2.0 retconned Kiriakis? I would rather have found out that Justin was really Victor's son through an affair and that would allow for a family feud between Justin's sons and Phillip for control of the Kiriakis empire. Bryan is like a really nice suit that is only brought out for a quick night out only to be put back in the closet. Such a waste!

My current unpopular opinion is.....I like Ben (telling Abifail off) that is. While I do not condone murder, I love Ben telling her exactly what he (and a large portion of viewers) really think about her. She needs a good dose of reality and put in a position to where she can't wiggle or lie her way out of her wrongdoing.

Where were..... Kim & Shane Chelsea Joey Jennifer JJ Doug & Julie Brady & Theresa Just to name a few. Besides that Bo was a cop and an ex Marine. Shouldn't something special have been done to honor his years of service?

Bo gets weeks of dragged out torture, a quick family reunion, a sudden death, and a St Luke's speedy funeral. Is that how a hero is honored in Salem? So Aiden got no funeral service and was buried (from the looks of the grave) immediately after death? Colin Weston??? Like Colin Murphy....lol Loved the "lying slutt" comment! Never thought I'd applaud a serial killer. I just had to on that one. Hope is obsessed! She can't even support her family right now.

If Salem's drinking age isn't 18, perhaps Days has instituted the "Secret Soras" with JJ and aged him at least a year. Not feeling this Fynn guy. Nicole/Dan were a snooze fest. JJ/Gabi are starting to grow on me. Theresa/Brady with Victor.....ughhh! Enough already Victor! If Brady is making a mistake, let him fend for himself. Steve/Kayla and the supply closet was pure magic :)

The biggest missed opportunity with the character of Eric was the aftermath of his rape. It would have been interesting to see how a man adjusts to life after rape. Seeing him seek counseling, trying to feel comfortable around a woman again, or even flying into a rage and seeking revenge. Something! Instead, we ended up with Brady's drugging and drinking, Shredgate, and Dr Dan the hero.

Yes Belle, Sami came back for her son's funeral, waved her magic wand for a letter from her dead husband to appear, got herself kidnapped by Andre and escaped just to upstage you for spreading your legs....oh geez. Go back to Maine and screw your side piece! Andre, Stefano didn't get this far in life by being stupid. Did you really think he wouldn't figure out that you were trying to do him in? So, Joey trapped his mom and dad in the supply closet. Hmmm....not a bad idea. That way maybe they can argue everything out without anybody getting mad and walking away and finally put an end to either their relationship or the past. Good going! Hey Abby, Ben just echoed the sentiments of quite a few viewers today. Loved it loved it loved it!

Dannifer being history WORST Bo's long stretched out captivity and torture The entire elephant storyline Sami's brief onscreen return Abifail's overblown romantic turmoil The Necktie Killer reveal Will's Paul obsession Danicole

I thought that baby was supposed to be premature? My son born at 28wks looked the same as this baby.....3 months after his birth! Goodbye Wendy. By being locked up with a psycho and forced to deliver a supposed premature baby, she and Abby should have seen that one coming. Hey Rafe, you had been suspicious of Ben since Chad's beating. What's the holdup in trying to find him? So Sami escaped and is safe. That would have been an interesting scene for the VIEWERS to have watched! Now the family knows about Bo. I survived it :) Once Steve sobers up, he's got work to do!

I 100% agree. Bo needed more time with his family. He could have came back, tried to explain everything to Hope, she could have just said that she moved on, Bo thinking that something wasn't right started watching Hope's house, as soon as he heard the struggled he came in, and then he killed Aiden. Sami's son, her first born son, had died. Sami coming back in full on revenge mode would have been more true to her character.

Abifail.......dial 9....1....1....! Leave phone on. Is it really that hard? I was sad but holding it together until Steve/Bo scene with the jacket. After then, I lost it! Once again, brilliant performances by PR, KA, SN, and MBE. This is what the younger actors should be striving for!

I put my hand over my mouth in tears and screamed out "Oh my God" at the end of the show. Almost woke up my hubby that works night shift :)

Wow! I wasn't ready for today's episode. It's been a while since Days has pulled at my heart strings. Watching today, they are not only pulled.....they are cut! As I watched today, I was reminded of how Isabella died....in John's arms. Kind of ironic considering Bo and Isabella were half brother and sister. Kudos to Peter and Kristen. This was beautifully played. I also believe that Marybeth and Stephen brought it as well. I am sure we will see many more great performances as the aftermath of this plays out.

Didn't Billie believe she was dead but it turned out that she was adopted off to a couple who named her Chelsea? Well, here goes Caroline's visions again. I loved the party and the "Cruise of Deception" flashback. Im glad that Chelsea was mentioned and called. Eric and Jenn seem to be around each other more these days. Hope needs counseling ASAP. She spent 2+ years believing that the love of her life abandoned her. She finally decided to move on. She was SO in love with Aiden and talked crap about Bo at every turn. Now, Aiden married her, had sex with her, and then tried to kill her and all we hear about is Bo Bo Bo! Until last night (STP) Bo was the worst of the worst. Now, she's had sex with Bo and is obsessed with keeping his attention. On the other hand, she has hallucinations of Aiden and cut up her dress. She doesn't want to leave the house, but then she does leave the house. Hope is all over the place! Now we have Abby and crazy Ben. He's so far gone that he is willing to risk the life of his soon to be born prematurely child just to hold onto Abby. Is she that good in bed?? Geez.

I'm glad that I'm not the only one who found the Bo/Hope sex scene to be freaky the day after she had sex with and married Aiden. This was in the same house, bed, and 24hr STP (Salem Time Period). I know that Bo's time is limited, but this was a bit much. With Hope being on the verge of a breakdown and hallucinating, you would think that the phrase "perhaps this is too soon" would have crossed the writer's mind. And we're off with the Rafe propping! What better approval can a fella get than that of a dying man? IMO, the last thing Hope needs for a while is another love interest. She needs counseling! Nice job NuTheo. I think his reactions to the news about Lani and Ciara touching him were great. Speaking of Ciara....Her bossiness is pretty much right on target. She is getting on my nerves the same way that LB did in her portrayal of Ciara. Ahhhh.....Steve and Kayla. That's what I like to see. A little mystery, a little attitude, and some good ol romance.

Well, now that Aiden has been completely been thrown under the bus....and ran over repeatedly with it, we are left with the aftermath. He is dead, and at this point, nobody will ever know why he tried to kill Hope. The two people most hurt by this are Hope and Chase. Hope is traumatized and in a state of confusion. Chase has lost his only living parent and now has been told that his loving father was a murderer. Then there is the Brady/Theresa situation. I was SO hoping that their little tryst was a dream, but I should have known better. On the bright side, at least they have now had sex while sober. Let's just hope that Brady had the good sense to use a condom this time. Now we have the Xander, Colin, Franco-ish new doctor in town. Nicole meeting a new man in town seems to be getting more common. She should be appointed the leader of the town's welcoming committee. At least it would get her away from the boring orange doctor. Nicole has been sent to the back burner along with Daniel. FREE NICOLE!!!! It looks like the alien spawn will be making its earthly entrance soon. Perhaps it's mother vessel's face will be forever in the forced scrunched up position. In the same alternate universe, I am finding Jennifer tolerable. She just had a brain fart during and after her conversation with Chad. She didn't comprehend very well. But, I'll take dense over the judge mental shrew any day! Yes, I murdered your father, but I have followed you to make sure you are ok. Ummmm ok Bo. The Steve/Kayla situation is a toss up for me. On the one hand, I can understand her anger toward Steve. Once again, he chose not to tell her what was going on and tried to handle it himself. On the other hand, her over reactions to situations probably caused him to not tell her. With Marina, the relationship had been over for years between Marina and Steve but Kayla treated him like he had an affair. With Ava, almost the same thing even though his relationship with Ava occurred during the years he was presumed dead and had no memory. I am not including what both Marina and Ava did themselves. Just the personal feelings between Steve and Kayla. Lately, Kayla's attitude has not only been directed toward Steve. Joey, Caroline, Roman and Victor (although due to history he deserves it) have had to endure it. I like a strong and confident female, but a domineering griping woman....not so much. So far, not impressed by the return of Sami. She's had hardly any screen time, barely showed any grief for her dead son, and has become obsessed with her (presumed) dead husband. This is an epic fail, much like the bicentennial celebration.

I was pleasantly surprised to see Hope fight back. I'm just disappointed that Aiden was thrown under the bus for it to happen. Kudos to both KA and DC in the scenes. Please do not tell me that what we've seen of the bicentennial celebration is all we are gonna see. If so, this is a huge epic fail! I sure hope that the scene of Brady getting into bed with Theresa is just a dream. It makes zero sense otherwise considering their last conversation. I was so surprised to see Bo walk into the house at the end.....NOT! His raging antics over Hope getting married were annoyingly over the top. Count me in on the "Hating Abigail" fan club. Here is why.... 1. Unlike others, she is adored by the whole town no matter what her actions are. If she received the same treatment as Nicole, Sami, or Kate I could possibly soften toward her a little. 2. Her way of taking responsibility for her actions is admitting what she did but when confronted by someone she wronged, she attacks them either by words or slapping. It takes the focus off of her wrongdoing and focuses on the retaliation by the wronged person. 3. She appears to be very self centered. Her actions toward JJ after Paige being murdered are a perfect example.

I watched this movie years ago. and loved it! (BB!!)

It comes as no surprise that the show has made the Bicentennial all about Hope. When you look on the NBC website about the 50 years, there are a few videos put together. One is "Couples" and the other is "Adventures". Each video is 3-4 minutes long. Bo/Hope got shown immediately and longer than anyone else. Couples such as Kim/Shane, Steve/Kayla, and Jack/Jennifer got a brief clip. A Bo/Clip shown in the "Adventures" video was just them out sailing on a pretty day. What adventure was that? Things like "Cruise of Deception" would have made more sense for an adventure. My point being that there were plenty of other couples and adventures that were captivating but are cast to the side (much like my Aiden) to prop Bo and Hope or even the two of them separately. Back to today's episode. Ben confessing to Clyde is like Jason confessing to Freddy. One psychopath deserves another. Of course Clyde is compassionate. He's killed and much worse in his lifetime. Pot.....meet kettle. I'll be glad when the bus stops running over Aiden and he is gone. It's just too painful to watch. While I'm no Abifail fan, it does kinda make sense for her to be Hope's bridesmaid. Jenn and Hope have always been close. Having Rafe be the best man is a little ridiculous to me. JJ would have made more sense to me. JJ was Aiden's client and had more interaction plus JJ is Hope's cousin. Heck, having young Chase do it would have even been plausible. Rafe propping much???

Both Ice T and Martha Plimpton were great in this one. It's not often we get to see Fin develop a connection to a victim this way. I loved it! When watching the scene when Benson was trapped with the guard in the basement, I wanted her to bite him SO bad! But the "who's the bitch now" line worked for me also :)

My dream is for Sami, Kate, Sonny, and Eve to be locked in a room that is soundproof with no windows with Ben. He has primarily attacked women. He's never been up against the likes of Sami and Kate. That would be justice enough for me.
