Julianne turned out to be annoying which was a bummer---and yeah I know about Derek hate (I have been a mod in a past life at a DWTS board) but at the end of the day Derek is a fantastic dancer and choreographer---yes I get the gripe that he never gets a really bad partner but I have also heard the "they give him someone who should be bad---Lil Kim---and he is able to work with that too"--may or may not be true---and yeah sometimes he does rely or smoke and mirrors and tried and true but there are times when he blows the doors off---he truly has a gift in this area---I have a friend who is a choreographer on ice and she is continually amazed by what he does---yes sometimes it gets tiring to see him win but still---he is often the best---not always and he should not feel entitled but still--he has done a lot of amazing no matter the partner and if he leaves the show (that is already suffering) it will be a sad day

I just enjoy the show--I am a longtime Nathan Fillion fan and I love the basic ensemble (although I still miss Roy) I don't care if I never see another show or hear another mention of Beckett's mother's murder---sick of that and a few other recurring story lines---move on to fresh and new stuff---more Lanie would be nice--and Espo and Alexis needs to show more growth since the disaster that was Pi---hope they get out of this dumb wedding fiasco in one or two episodes---

Hi everyone--I have been lurking here for months--was mostly in the Y&R thread but it has gotten dicey there lately and I want to be in a happier place---I lurve Nathan from way back to the OLTL days and I barely watched that show then but he caught my eye there and in the movie with keri russell---have been watching "Castle" since day one---love him and Stana and know Martha from way back too---hated the episodes with Pi but other than that I am pretty happy with the ensemble part of the show---never really got into the TWOP Castle thread as it was kinda negative but I am happy to be here and yes I watch old episodes on TNT even though I have seen pretty much every show that aired--lol

Not feeling NunuBilly either and I sure did not care for David Tom and I acknowledge that I am a Billy Miller fan from AMC, a movie he made and "Ringer" ---but I would be capable of accepting someone else in the part (even though I suspect I wouldn't have to if the showrunner was not a doofus) but this guy???? not so much, whoever called him a Jack Wagner's younger brother or something like that had it right---he just comes off as a self righteous jerk to me (I get that is the writing) but this guy playing a "charmer or a rascal"? --in what universe---sigh---he is still not Cane levels of hate but just NO--- and I agree about the whole idiot Stich story too

LOL Suby---I am still giggling especially about Nunubilly--he is one of the worst ever--- Dry toast is more interesting than he is

Yes on Davetta Sherwood--loved her and while I frequently hated Daniel's hair and for sure hated that whole idiotic porn story line I still liked the actor and yes I did love the Sharon and Dru friendship especially when you know who was spitting on her and having to share an office with her (another idiot story) As for the Ashley/Olivia thing I was on a break then--but I think my mom liked it.

I agree Blade---except I never had any interest in Devon except in the very beginning--he worked very well with Drew but after not so much---but then came the aunt and all the rest and after that Devon was useless and whinny--just did not care for any of it with SN or JC--all kinds of bad--I think that SN got a bad review due to horrid character and writing development---he could have really owned Tucker (in spite of several stoopid off ramps---insta sleeping with various characters and then the whole Harmony retcon--ick--and I love me some Debbie Morgan too but she was wasted here) and I believe based on my years of watching Patch and Stefan Cassidine that he had the range to really do something but the bad writing and then change in management ruined it all --so sad for the show---he coulda been a contender---sigh (never cared for the first tucker when he was on AW or Y&R) SN could have rocked it with better writing and not so many dumb retcons but alas just like numerous other characters that were wasted they wasted him--big mistake---they need him now but no we have Dullard and Grampire running amuck and a crap story for Tristan Rogers---why? and never forget JiMin--lol

I am about 3 days behind after skipping most of last week so I have not been treated to Nikki/animal print UGH/need another size or just another outfit---I am figure challenged on a good day but I often notice they dress Nikki HORRIBLE, especially when she minces steps which I assume is due to a bad back--I get it-----she is not the only one but really--UGH--I have battled body issues most of my life (too short, no waist, often overweight, bad ankles etc) but many of my friends (of the thin persuasion) say I know how to dress and how to hide what should be hidden---3/4 length coats and sleeves, nothing that stops at the waist because there is none--watch out for sleeveless etc and LOOK IN THE MIRROR FROM ALL ANGLES----from what I see this is never done with NIkki and sometimes Avery --Sharon and the rest of the size nothings it does not matter but to everyone else especially in front of a camera it DOES---

LOL--I hate to complain about butter tarts as a Yank--but I hate raisins (I can do currants) and I do not have a food processor (well I have a hand me down one that has been in the garage for like 10 years in the box) I like to beat things by hand or in an extreme situation get out the old $9.99 hand mixer I got at Bartells Drugs---these tarts seem to be kinda like pecan pie tarts but still I want the Canadian experience so is there a recipe that does not yak about food processors?

and I am so trying a Butter Tart recipe very soon :)

I like the CA thread and the idea that I can check over there early without having to deal with spoiler tags. I only travel spoiler-free when I have to and the only alternative is hiking around to various soap sites looking for a Canadian recap because if it is going to be a Lame day I like advance warning. I feel like I am welcome there even if I am not an official Canadian and I don't live far from Vancouver BC if that counts.

LOL P&E--the actor was better than the material and that happened on AMC too--I didn't care for him on GL either but he was the last in a long line of recasts and I never bought into his relationship with Dinah (soon to be Phyllis over here) Your story line with Nina and her sons would have been so much better and Phyllis free would have worked for me.

LOL--mom and I quit for 6 weeks or maybe 2 months to avoid the whole Delia debacle---we love Billy Miller and our love started on AMC where he played MCEs insane brother that she killed with a crowbar---I really think they wanted to keep him but they could not figure out how and they had already gone there with the yucky whatever his name was who became Ronan on Y&R --he won an emmy and they said at AMC--whoops good actor how can they fix it so they gave him a brain tumor---ick--awful---horrid--etc. To this day I do not like that actor and HATED the character of Ronan even before he got involved with Phyllis and that made it worse---- As much as I like Billy Miller I get those who don't---he is an acquired taste and as a creep he is downright scary--see Lifetime movie or that show "Ringer" --still he has a soft spot for me and that is an UO apparently--lol

Love Tristan Rogers and always will but on this show? they saddle him with the crappiest self important son ever who sucks on a good day and has a she-devil valley girl for a wife who is hateful and selfish on a good day---aaarrrggghhh--even TR can only do so much with MWT and while I like Jess Walton and all this whole storyline does nothing for me and while I know it is easy to blame JFP who treated him like crap elsewhere still---this SHOW needs to get a clue and sadly I don't see that happening but still my TR love will remember the glory days of Robert Scorpio and not the drunk deadbeat dad they tried to sell at a later date on GH--not sure if JFPs did that or some other clueless dumbass---so sorry to see the really good ones kicked to the curb---sigh

Hey boes--I kinda agree with everything you said---I thought MCE was OK (ok CRAZY sorta on amc) but she dressed better (sometimes) and while she was in the loon category often still she was OK--- I never realized that she was sacrificed at the altar of Rebecca Budig but now that you mention it---ummm yeah---I am not fond of Chelsea but I know it is the writing and not the actress because I have seen her do better----and hope she will get something better but who knows?

Loved Ji Mihn but he was not on long enough for me to be attached---he was very popular though and could have been an incredible and breakthrough character--such a dumb move by Y&R--he had fans from other places and was liked a lot --so much potential wasted--- and yeah---I am in the minority--did not care for William Russ/knew him from AW back in the day---I do like Stephen Nichols from way back but I do concede that the character of Tucker was meddled with by too many---he had so much potential and could still be there today but the alienation by those who do not know Stephen Nichols or did not like this character was already too late and there was no way to pull it back---it is the shows loss---

So happy to have Lemon back and I would have never said that once upon a time---lol.
