I don't think Jill wearing pants is passive aggressive evidence of her rebellion at all. If anything, it's in direct line with what she's been taught. Her husband Dreck is now her headship and spiritual leader. If he says 'for God's sake Jill, put on some pants', well then that's what Jill will do. Any blowback from Boob and MEchelle should and will be directed at Dreck, not Jill. I suspect the pants issue is only one thing on a very long list of grievances Boob has with Dreck.

To clarify my original statement, there is absolutely nothing wrong with waiting to have sex until one is comfortable and ready, whatever age that may be. However, I doubt JB's celibacy was a conscious choice on his part.

While I believe a father should be able to cook for and feed his children, in the Duggar world that's woman's work. Why didn't MEchelle make a few premade casseroles or crockpot meals before she left for her 'women's conference thing'? Or a soup? Or even leave a box of pasta with instructions? Wasnt 7 kids under 7 around the time MEchelle had her laundry room breakdown? I wonder if the 'women's conference thing' was a reprogramming and she was sent off suddenly?

Regarding bills, dont forget Sam's complicated and likely very expensive birth. Unlike with Iz's, at that point interest in the Dullards had dried up and there were no People covers or very special TLC birth episodes to help pay the bills. If we are to believe Dreck that the Dulls were volunteers on the the show and not compensated, well then, the math just doesn't add up.
