What's going on with Kin?

Like other posters have mentioned I've experienced non recorded episodes recently. Today I checked for next week's shows and only the July 4th episode is scheduled to be recorded , no other GH episodes. I don't know if my DVR is trying to protect me or what but I suggest you guys check your devices to see what's going on.

Would someone be kind enough to tell me how Olivia got to be part owner of the Metro Court?

As much as I want Carly to to get punished for her actions, at the same time I don't want it because it would lead to more Carly screen time. Same with the rest of their clan, punish--yes! More screen time-NO!!! I loved Monday's episode so much because not once did I need to fast forward. Characters I like we're talking about things I'm interested in, such a radical concept. I'm sure I'll be punished soon with endless Carly/Drew, Millow, Hatman, Nina/Sonny, Linc, Cody, Spinelli etc. But I can always look back on a special day when my soap was irritant free.

Today was fun. Victoria doing her wild animal impressions and Adam was so gleeful he almost levitated. On the downside, the costumes on this show are consistently atrocious.

Kiki777 according to BrockTV GH review the Michael sub played Noah Newman on Y&R. I really really hate this Nik/Esme hookup. I think there is no coming back from this. Everyone will be so completely repulsed by Nik's behavior that nothing can be done with him. Bad writing is the norm on this show.

I didn't realize the Invader was a hard copy paper, I thought it was an online thing that needs a name change. Is this the sweep up/set up time of year on GH? It seems odd that the Liz story and Hatman story are being resolved so quickly and in the same week after meandering along for so long.It's like someone got a memo: "Wrap it up before the holiday". Liz gets swooped off to Shady Brook without saying bye to her younger sons, really? And now Hatman wants to talk? Okay, those two stories are done, let's set up for the new Alexis romance; Sascha drug withdrawals; Quartermain corporate wars; BLQ BS (aka 'Heip me Chase-you've my only hope'); and of course Wiley Wars. Looks like a fun summer. I guess while they've got the court set operational we'll get Trina Trial going along with poolside teen trauma. I miss writers who wove intricate stories instead of mashing puzzle pieces together that really don't fit. Oh well.

Please forgive me for posting my GH Corinthii rant in this forum. Not drunk, just ultra annoyed. So sorry :(

I was watching a documentary about Pompeii recently and got to thinking about how nice it would be if the Corinthii en masse (like Kardashians) went to their island and all the inhabitants abandoned them there and there was extinction level event (massive volcanic eruption) that necessitated a societal reset in Port Charles where Laura and Kevin assumed leadership. They could battle against some conglomeration of the Cassidines, Cyrus, and the Wu Family. Thus ending the two decade stranglehold of the moobsters and returning sanity to the land. Happy thoughts while I mash the fast forward button with all my might. Another thought: it would be nice if seldom used characters like Felix and Deanna could pop up for quick gossip catch ups at the nurse's station or the Savoy happy hour. They could snark and sniggle about current events like Britt and Brad did for the Nurses Ball.

I'm confused by the fashion philosophy on this show. Why is it appropriate for women in GC, Wisconsin to spend the frigid winter months in slinky half-dresses and now, mid-May, Nikki and Lauren cover up with sweaters? Especially that black holiday one Lauren had on. I'm not sure what physical challenges the Nikki actress may have but those belts she wears look like unnecessary instruments of torture. And proclaiming Chelsea a world class fashion designer is ridiculous considering her personal fashion choices resemble long ago Sears catalog markdowns. Not to mention those wedding dresses for the glam 70s extravaganza, not glam, not 70s, not cute. They looked incomplete, like they waiting for embellishment. I almost understand Sally because she comes from the very fashion forward world of B&B but she needs to tone it down for GC. So I'd like to see an indefinite moratorium on sequins and satins until next December. Let's see how the costumers handle that.

It's kind of sad that I've had to use my F2F button so much during sweeps. GH should send out free battery replacement coupons. Nothing interesting has happened since poor Harmony went off. I understand that the writers have had to make some extremely awkward adjustments because cast members weren't available but GH has lots of strong actors who could sell some on the fly, replacement stories..The cast could probably improvise some more interesting action than we've been seeing.

Bad episode. Horrible characters. Bad writing. Ugly clothes.

I'm going to miss Inga Cadranel . She was excellent and her meltdown was extraordinary. Maybe Y&R will pick her up for Jack.

NOWhy is Dex so desperate for a Sonny job?

I think they arere delaying the Trina investigation so they can get double usage of the courtroom set. Trina/Nina. The obnoxious reporter/photographer duo can attack in the hallway outside the court for both trials and it all will be SO dramatic, like Matlock or Karen .Wolek

I don't recall Trina complaining about a lack of funds so why can't she have a nice manicure if she wants?

I think Bobbie is living in Carly's old house. Joss sucks and the writers will make Trina apologize to her for being angry.

I'm thinking Esme is setting up Trina to take the blame for the Joss/Cam sex tape.

Someone should ask Esme where to forward her mail to when Spencer goes to Spring Ridge. Hated every second of Carly's chat with Drew. Especially the flirty cackle. Michael waving his finger in Sonny's face while yelling should havee gotten him slapped senseless. I have no love for Sonny but that was beyond disrespectful.
