  1. From Blast magazine: Twenty Facts We Learned About Psych: The Movie Some facts are already known, from other sources, others are new to this source.
  2. I remember someone saying Rob Lowe posted there every so often too. But I forget the screen name he used; it might've referred to Sam Seaborn in some way.
  3. From the Washington Post: Blanche Blackwell, Mistress and Muse of James Bond Creator Ian Fleming, dead at 104
  4. From TV Guide--Lucifer: A New Love Triangle Will Bring Out the Worst in Lucifer!
  5. From TLC: Here's a NEW sneak peek video for the new season starting September 19th on TLC
  6. And I think they did it when CJ was told about Simon Donovan (the Secret Service agent she was assigned--& fell in love with, in spite of herself--after receiving a death threat because she spoke out for women's rights in Qumar/the Middle East after reading the Press Corps a news item about a number of female factory workers in Qumar/the Middle East who were allowed to burn to death because they somehow were deemed to be inappropriately dressed to be seen in public). I remember there was a fairly long montage of CJ being told Simon had been killed (he stumbled into a robbery at a NYC bodega while trying to buy a Milky Way candy bar when CJ was with POTUS, & under the protection of his agents at a Broadway show; Simon caught 1 perp but was ambushed by another hiding in the back of the store), followed by CJ kinda wandering aimlessly around NYC to Jeff Buckley's song Hallelujah.
  7. From USA Today: Former MLB American League MVP & Manager Don Baylor dead of cancer at 68
  8. NBC News: Betty Cuthbert, 4-time Olympic Gold Medalist from Australia, Dead at 79; she'd had Multiple Sclerosis for a number of years.
  9. Former Democratic Texas Governor Mark White Dead at 77.
  10. And here's an article on the same subject from Deadline. It mentions that Sorkin is currently working on the live TV play adaptation of A Few Good Men (which NBC is supposed to air next year--I think next spring--with Alec Baldwin playing the character Jack Nicholson played in the film), & (to me, anyway) may be implying that Sorkin currently being busy reworking his theatrical script for the TV version of AFGM might be what's keeping him from doing anything on a possible TWW reunion idea.
  11. To be fair, I think the article I linked to in addition to the trailer said that the trailer doesn't give any hints as to what the new version of the show is actually like.
  12. The First Trailer for Channel 4's Great British Bake Off From People magazine: An article about the new trailer for Channel 4
  13. Matthew Interviewed on the Today show--I think August 3rd, 2017
  14. Stockard Channing is apparently currently appearing in a play, titled Apologia, on London's West End (their Broadway equivalent). Here's a review from Variety.
  15. DDK's been doing some world traveling since S7 wrapped. I'm about 99% sure at least some of this was to promote The Good Doctor, the new ABC show he's an Executive Producer of through his production company, in overseas markets which have either already picked up the show or which they're trying to get to pick it up. So, he either just was, or still is, in Vancouver. And he met up, & got a photo, with a now former cast mate. Here's the pic link from DDK's Instagram And Entertainment Weekly (& People magazine, which isn't linked because their article is Entertainment Weekly's) somehow covered the reunion
  16. And TV Guide: From TV Guide: CBS Execs Address Diversity Issues, Hawaii Five-0, and "New Palette" I agree with you; CBS does seem to be rather tone deaf about their lack of diversity in casting, for the most part. In 1 of the articles I read &/or linked about, 1 of the bosses mentioned something about the casting department at the network (which is different than that run by Rachel Sutton in Hawaii for local actors to work on the show) consisting of all white men. And they don't get that may be part of the problem they're having with diversity at CBS--that they're only/primarily scheduling shows with white men in the leads because white men are the only ones currently doing the casting on CBS' behalf?
  17. Ara Parseghian, former Notre Dame football coach, dead at 94
  18. From Variety: Joey Lawrence to Guest Star on Two Episodes of 'Hawaii Five-0' Lawrence will appear in 2 episodes in the upcoming eighth season, playing Aaron Wright, the brother of world-class hacker Ian Wright (who was played by Nick Jonas until the character was killed off in the Season 4 finale), who Five-0 encounters when he uses his computer to free a dangerous arsonist from prison.
  19. And this is from Variety on the same subject: CBS Chiefs: 'Hawaii Five-0' Actors Were Offered 'a Lot of Money to Stick Around' And from Deadline: New CBS Toppers Face Tough Questions About Diversity, 'Hawaii Five-0' Asian Actors Exits
  20. From The Hollywood Reporter: Matthew was on Late Night with Seth Meyers last night. Since most/all of us missed it, there's a Tweet with what they say is the entire interview embedded in it linked below (but I don't think it's the entire video). http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/amp/news/americans-star-matthew-rhys-jokes-he-knew-trump-russia-scandal-would-happen-1025865
  21. From The Hollywood Reporter: Legendary French film actress Jeanne Moreau dead at age 89.
  22. From The Hollywood Reporter: Lois Laurel Hawes Dead. The daughter of comedian Stan Laurel was 89.
  23. She also liked Barry Manilow. Just saying. @Blergh: Diana's brother who was interviewed is actually titled as the 9th Earl Spencer, which he inherited upon the death of his & Diana's father; he's not a Duke like William is. And Harry is also continuing the work Diana started in trying to destigmatize HIV/AIDS, to encourage testing for it, & to encourage showing compassion to those with the illness instead of treating them like lepers or worse.
