I appreciate the editors trying to give us the whole picture of all three tribes but it seems that with 6 people tribes it's kinda inevitable that we know who is going home after the immunity challenge. I mean, Marya telling the story with her brother was the clue that she was going to be booted. I liked the segment with Omar talking about his faith and being respectful about others' faith. This is how things should be in the world. Why is it so hard for some people to be like that? Respect and be respected. (I remind myself of Julie Chen Moonves "Love one another" lol). The blindfolded challenge is one I can't watch. I rarely do watch challenges but this one is something I don't want to watch ever. I think 42 minutes of Survivor every week is not enough. Waiting a whole week to hear from these people again, I don't remember much, we don't even have previously on Survivor anymore.

Many things, people and stories in this show appear and disappear. The most notable for me is Kate's dog. Where is he? Also many things in this show don't make any sense and we've all talked about them through the years. Btw did someone else notice Kevin co-star's voice? She sounded like a cartoon character or something 😂

There was no nanny when Madison had vomit all day on her hair.
-
Apparently not that much because poor Madison has to drive herself crazy having vomit on her hair for hours because they can't get a nanny to help her. 😶

Kevin is learning how to be a father --> I don't care Cassidy needs urgently to see a therapist --> I don't care What this episode left me with ---> disappointment and boredom

I get what you are saying and there have been times I was mad at juries and winners as well, but the social game is part of the game and we can't dismiss this fact. :) -

Who said that only people who deserve to win actually win? Have you watched Season 1 of Australian Survivor? :P -

What you don't take into consideration is that both Chrissy and David have no idea of the game. Both came to play just to be with their loved ones. Especially Chrissy has not even watched a season of Survivor. She thinks what you are supposed to do is stay with your alliance until you are voted out and if you happen to find yourself in the final tribal council and the jury likes you enough, you may win. This is how far her strategy goes. -
As I have said before, when Randall calls Toby he is REALLY sad, not "omg my life sucks" sad, rather than "something tragic happened to me" sad. Could it be that Kate had an accident and Toby was to blame? Maybe he was driving the car and they had an accident and she died that's why he was surprised Rebecca wanted him there? Madison is also Kate's best friend, but also her and Kevin have kids together, it's normal that they talk a lot about things.
-
Even if Miguel wanted to invite his fishing buddies once in a while, I don't see how this is such a big deal. Kevin has a lot of money, it's not like he doesn't have money to feed his kids.

Regarding BB, I always know the result when I watch the episode so I don't care to actually watch that competition. Re Survivor, I don't watch the challenges, I'm bored, I don't care to see half naked, dirty, hungry people carrying water or other things, solving puzzles etc. I just feel sorry for them more than anything else. The only thing I want to see on Big Brother and Survivor is a) the strategy and b) the social relationships. Most of the time I also skip the tribal council cause the discussion there is fake. I just get to the reading of the vote.
-
I had posted it again.
-
Don't worry, he is used to being carried. 😅 I'm a person who skips all big brother and Survivor competitions - challenges so I don't think I'd be interested in that.
-
And Kate's future husband "mean jerk".
-
Kyle won HoH, a boring week of taking out Jess or Betty ahead. I was really hoping someone not in the 7 alliance would win.
-
I can't find someone who says "I don't care about the million, I want the title of sole survivor to show other kids like me out there that they don't have to change anything on them" immature. Quite the opposite.

Zach told her that Drea mentioned her name and she told everyone that "someone" had told her that Drea had mentioned her name. I thought it was obvious that this is what happened. She knew she was in trouble and she betrayed Zach to save herself. They could change it like not having to also pull the boat along with the crates or they should pull only the boat without the crates in it.
-
Amen to that.
-
Yes you are right. I rewatched carefully and Kate even has the same nails but she is wearing summer clothes. I really thought the little girl was a little older than at the Thanksgiving dinner.
-
But if he is taking this medicine, he would never have a chance to actually play unless he spends some time getting off it. Maybe a doctor can gice us some more info? I loved Maryanne, her smile at the beach just made my day. I'm sorry for Zach, he is a superfan and he must be devastated. Regarding Tori, she has said in interviews that people see her and think of her that she is the typical mean girl, but she is not and she is very caring and loving etc but she showed the exact opposite; throwing poor Zach who tried to help her under the bus and being mean about it (her eyerolls and the sarcasm while he was leaving "good job with the puzzle". Why are you doing that Tori? I think it's unfair that Jackson's tribe was just left with 5 people. If they didn't have the beast person in their tribe, they would have lost that immunity challenge. Also I think this immunity challenge was made for 6 people but they had to switch to 5 after Jackson left that's why it was that hard.
-
But why did we see Kate saying this to her daughter a couple years later than the present day? I found this weird.
-
A mother - daughter relationship is very complicated and it is not limited to 4-5 occasions. Every woman who has a living relationship with her mother knows that there are moments of love and hate, of fights, of absolute destruction, but this doesn't mean that in the end they don't adore and forgive each other.
-
I hear you all saying that Mandy played this really well but to be honest I have a problem connecting with seeing the same actress in 3 different ages. I mean, when I look at 65+ Rebecca all I can think of is "lol you don't look 65, you look like a 40 years old who had a lot to drink and didn't sleep for 3 days". This distracts me from actually feeling the act. I wish they had used another actress for older Rebecca. We would have been used to it by now.
-
I skipped the past scenes with Jack but other than that I loved this episode and I cried during various scenes. The weight thing is sensitive for me and some things just touched my heart. Regarding the last scene where Kate tells her daughter she will tell her the secret ingredient some day, I think it is a sign that she won't because she won't be there. Why else did they make this scene? And it was also the last scene of the episode that always means something. Anyone else saw it this way as well?

Australian Survivor - General Discussion

David was a villain from the start wasn't he? He never pretended to be nice. I'm sure people commented his moves as well back then though :P Josh made a new 6 with him and his brother, Mark and Sam and he included David and Chrissy so that's why he went with Josh. I think Chrissy will find herself in the final two :P
