    S34: Zeke Smith

Wasn't last season's scene with Brett about Zeke not being the only gay the highlight of the season? What is going on?

Zeke is engaged to Hannah? Ok, I may have no idea of what I'm talking about, but... isn't Zeke gay?
  3. Editing seems result oriented I think and it sure makes sense. Brad was edited in a terrible way last season while now he is the hero with the big heart, his ability to forgive, his great social game etc. Sierra on the other hand is shown as the unlikeable villain on this episode while Brad is nowhere to be found. In my opinion this happens because Brad is the winner among a final three with Sierra and someone else and his win should be justified. If most people see Sierra as the bad sheriff they won't vote for her to win. Brad is the winner in my opinion, that's why he gets the hero edit and the "wwmd" crap.

    S34: Zeke Smith

Maybe Zeke was right not wanting to reveal he's trans and only be identified as Zeke. It seems everything that he did or was throughout 1.5 seasons are forgotten and now he is just that trans dude who was brought back by the production to create drama.

So Zeke being trans is the main possible reason he came back. Could you tell me why he only has this reason and Sarah, Hali, Sierra, Brad and so many others have better reasons? Cause I just can't see it.

    S34: Zeke Smith

Since it was not revealed throughout a whole season why would Probst hope it would be revealed in a second season? I think we are overly suspicious. Zeke is a great guy, he loves the game, he played a great game last time, his narratives were great, he was likeable, he gave us the best moment of season 33 (the one he talks with Brett about being gay etc) and Probst asked him to come back for the next season. Why are those reasons not enough?

    S34: Zeke Smith

Are you talking abour Zeke or Boston Rob? Cause BR now is considered to be one of the best players ever and he only won cause the rest of that season's tribe were purely idiots. It is told by many people from Millenials VS GenX season that Zeke has a way to come close to every person, he has the ability to find at least one thing that has in common with everyone and he uses it to connect socially with them. I don't see why this is a bad thing in a game where social skills are one of the most crucial thing to have among with physical strength... This is a cruel thing to say :(
  8. The fact is that the show business hides secrets and interests we as common people can't even imagine. I don't want to be suspicious but I can't not consider the possibility all this was well planned by both the production and the parties involved. I don't want to think that these people have the capability to do ANYTHING for money but I sadly do to an extend that there is this possibility. I have been to a taping of a show in my country that connects people who haven't seen each other for years. On TV it is hugely emotional, the presenter shows this emotional side who cares about these people and she cries with them. In reality she was just "turning it on" when the cameras rolled. Since then I am even more suspicious about how much the producers of a show really care.
  9. Varner has said that cbs did a good job with the editing. I think that he would not be so apologetic and almost crying in his interviews if things hadn't have happened the way they were shown.
  10. I agree with you BUT Neda herself has said that she didn't want to show to her fans that this immunity she had would make her lay back and do nothing because she knew that her fans were expecting her to make good moves. If she had layed back and disappear in the background people would accuse her of being a bad player who was saved by the production. You can never satisfy people. In my opinion it was a good move from her part to try and show her strength in the game because now we will remember her as the perfect strategist who was that strong that she got voted out by her allies the second she lost immunity!
  11. Thank you for doing that Judy :) Regarding Rob, well, I never was a fan of his when he played and my reasoning was (I know, it's stupid) that he was crazy about that skinny nobody, Heidi. I mean, what on earth turns you on from bones? Anyway, it's my personal opinion and I'm sure people like skinny girls but calling her hot? Not my cup of tea. HOWEVER when I started listening to his podcasts for BB and Survivor, I started changing my opinion for him. Of course it's now more than 10 years he has participated on Survivor and, like all of us I guess, he has grown and changed. Now I find him to be really careful with what he says about people and even those who he dislikes. One major example is the way he handled this very episode with Stephen on the Know it alls. Of course Rob now is a family guy with two kids. Also I appreciate him giving oportunities to young people in podcasting. I'm not saying he is the perfect human being but I think he has matured and grown since his Survivor times. Also I never disliked Russell. In fact I was wondering today why I don't dislike him and why people dislike him and I came up with this explanation; I'm an introvert, I prefer to be mostly alone and I dislike social relations. Therefore I can't (in my subconcious mind) accept the social part of the game and Russell in my eyes was a near to perfect player only lacking the social part of the game which I find useless. There, I psychoanalized myself! :P
  12. English is not my first language, this is what I understood from what Varner said in the interview. Here is the link to it in case you want to listen to it http://robhasawebsite.com/survivor-2017-exit-interview-jeff-varner-podcast-game-changers/
  13. I listened to Varner's interview with Rob and I was not expecting the excuses he was saying. I really wanted to forgive Varner cause I believe that 100 good things a person has done cannot be erased by one bad but his reasonings were bad. He claimed that when he met Zeke his mind just went to Russell Hantz and he jumped to the conclusion that Zeke was simply Russell, that he was this vilain who had no morals and he deserved to be punished. So when in tribal council Varner was talking about a close alliance of Zeke, Ozzy and Andrea and deception, Zeke said "there is no deception" and Varner just then was "pushed" to ask him this horrible question thinking that the audience already knew from the previous season that Zeke is trans only the players didn't know. I can't even explain this idiotic reasoning that in his mind Zeke was Russell. So what? Even if he was the most villain player of all times, did he deserve to be outed, accused and humiliated in this way? Varner should just stop talking. He should have only said, I know what I did was horrible, I wish I could undo it but I can't, I apologize and that's it. The more he talks the worst things get. I'm sure Andrea and many more people knew about Zeke being trans but they were respectful enough to let him share it at his own time, or even not share it at all.
  14. Varner said in an interview that 4 hours prior to the tribal council he discussed with Andrea about Zeke being transgender and she very well knew, but during TC she said she didn't know... Is it so hard to know the true events in this show?
  15. In BB Canada this always happens. In fact Jordan Parhar was saying in his podcast that the night he was evicted in his season Bobbie had told him he could hear the crowd cheering after he cast his vote against JP and that made him think he was on the right track. Now whether this is right to be happening or not is another question.
  16. In my opinion people who will consider Zeke "not-ordinary" now would not have considered him "ordinary" just by being a gay man. I find it hard t oimagine that there are people who don't mind a gay person but they do mind a transgender person. People with closed minds and hearts will always find "these people" "not ordinary", sadly. I liked Zeke before and I adore him now, not cause he was the victim of this horrible incident but for the person he is; he handled everything the greatest way I could ever imagine and he tried to create a good thing from a bad thing. This seems a strong, gentle, polite, good character. And all this in his age of 29 is hugely admireable.
  17. I now predict that Brad, Sierra and possibly Aubry will be in the final three with Brad winning. He is getting the "hero" edit with Sierra and Aubry being his "goats".
  18. I just watched the episode and I'm shocked! I don't even remember another incident in Survivor history that was that personal and disgusting and much more from a person I used to like and who is a gay person himself! I mean, the moment he said that sentence I was so shocked I assumed I didn't hear well so I stopped, went back and heard it again, and that was what he had said. I can't believe what this disgusting person did for a million dollars and to such a likeable person who actually helped him and made him feel better. I thing words mean nothing at the moment...
  19. Well Bruno is faithful to his wife, I appreciate that.
  20. Nah. I want a man who truly knows what he wants.
  21. From what I have heard in rhap podcasts Kevin's sexuality is totally open, he is not straight or gay, he likes both sexes apparently. And according to a confession he had last week, he started saying "I feel bad that I am using William to go further in the game" and then he stopped and added "I'm kidding! No I don't feel sorry! I'll do anything to win!". So what I get from this is he does like William but not in the extreme to actually fall for him or anyone for that matter.
  22. According to rhap podcast Bruno was mad cause he has spent a lot of time and energy making Jackie come close to him and due to this twist it was revealed to her he put cookies in her jar. If the noobies can't see they are way more than the vets and do nothing about it I will start to wonder about Canadian people's IQ...
  23. Or Wanda, the woman who was voted out singing! Now this is a game changing move!
  24. Someone tell JT that when things seem to come too easy they rarely are that simple. I thought I was crazy that I have Sandra as my winner pick but damn, I may be not that crazy after all. We never found out whether Hali knew about Tai's idol. I feel we are getting little information this season. The feud between both Michaela and JT AND Brad and Debbie came out of nowhere as well. We have seen Cirie and Ozzy having their problems but it hasn't led to anything yet. I feel the editing is deficient this season.
