I'm thinking now, could Neal say "I'm gonna take my bag" and slip his idol into Aubry's bag or something?

Such a shame, the best episode of a mediocre season is ruined by an exit of a player due to an infection. Why wouldn't they give him some antibiotics to do the tribal council and let us see what would happen and then pull him out of the game? He already had it for 5-6 days he said? Such a waste..... Other than that, I KNEW IT that Scot would sell Tai once he joined with Jason! I had TOLD ya and I'm proud :P He has revealed Tai's idol not only to Jason which would be kind of expected but also to Nick of all people who he had never played with before! I find this a little weird, I feel we have missed something. Why isn't Julia reconnected with Michelle and playing as a couple? Why does Nick call all the shots? I feel I have a huge gap that doesn't make sense. Tai is given a (even fake) alliance and he hesitates. Julia is nowhere to be seen. Suddenly Nick (who was the one to go first in beauty tribe) is the leader of their tribe. Suddenly Debbie starts to create alliances all over the place. And suddenly Jason, Scot and Nick are best friends. What am I missing?

I find it is so unfair that Dallas or Maddie will leave the house this week and Kelsey or Loveita (who were voted out last week) will get to stay. Also I think the game will become boring after Dallas leaves because the Jared alliance will be the one that prevails and this will suck. Other than that, Maddie has a boyfriend outside the house but till now she's made out with Nick and now she has her claws on poor Ramsey. And when you look at her you get the vibe of an innocent girl. Who knew she'd be such a s$^#^. I like Ramsey and I hope Maddie leaves so he gets free from her and finds his way into the house. Joel running naked? I didn't see THAT coming....

Such an articulate and good episode. Marnie needed all this episode for us to see what she is feeling and thinking. I'm happy I saw a woman realize her weaknesses and being ready to face them. I was happy that Hannah aknowledged her presence in the bed and got back to sleep. I'm happy that, as much as those women fight and stay away from each other, they still love each other so very much, no questions asked. It gives me hope regarding the female friendship that I believe so little in in my real life. Good job Lena.

You forget one thing; Peter actually campaigned to vote out Joe and Aubry and Joe found out about it. Anna did try to throw Tai under the bus but Tai never found out about it. There was no obvious reason for Tai to go against his beauty alliance except maybe some "sweet nothings" (I miss Abi...) being whispered to his ears by Scot. I didn't care for Anna at all but I can't understand why Tai throws a secure alliance in the garbage and starts looking for a new one. By doind that Tai: a) made enemies of all the beauty tribe b) showed the rest of the people that he is not a loyal person. And we know how important at least showing of loyalty (even if it's fake) matters in this game.

I didn't like this twist like at all. I hated it. I would prefer that both girls would be out for good. Now it will be totally unfair for the next week's evictee that one of the previous weeks evictees will go back. I mean, what is the logic behind that? Other than that Maddy was stupid. They had the chance to vote out one of the biggest competition beasts Jared and they didn't. I mean, even Nikki would have done better. I am disappointed, I love BBCan but this twist was lame.

This never happened. Anna said after her exit that she was mad at Tai for never having shown her his idol so she'd do her best after the merge to vote him out. This can very easily be BS because it's said after she left. But even before the swap, Nick was the next one to go. And even if Tai would have a place after the three girls, he could easily change that by winning immunity or use his skills to create conflict between the girls or whatever else. But now he has no solid alliance at all. He is just a number and he will br manipulated by the brawns until he loses his idol and then he is useless.

At this point I'm so disappointed at this season that I would only be happy if a good strategist would win. I'm afraid though that this won't happen. I predict a win like the one with Natalie and Russel, where the best evil won and nobody thought she deserved the win.
-
That's why it was a mistake of Tai to vote out Anna. At least in the beauty tribe had a secure 4th place that could change and become better along the road while now he has to beg to become a member of a new alliance. Plus a good player should be able to get this information before they make such a game changing move.
-
If he had any hope that the beauty alliance would be still valid after merge he would keep Anna. By voting her off I think it's confirmed by him that the beauty tribe is no more for him and that he has a new alliance with Scot. I have already predicted that trusting Scot will be his downfall. Lets see.

Rob noticed that they have always had double evictions before jury but they always announce them. Arisa this time talked about a wild card. Will it just be a fake eviction? Not interesting...

Scot will reunite wuth Jason and Cydney so Tai will become ... the fourth in a 4 people alliance, exactly what he wanted to avoid when he voted Anna off. So stupid. Plus he has the idol so these people will manipulate him in a way so they use it to their advantage. I would not be surprised to see Tai become the new Erik...

They shouldn't be amateurs after 30 seasons of Survivor. These people act like someone made them play a game they have never watched. Such a childish season. I dislike Jason but I feel he is the only one there with his head fully in the game.
-
What does this mean? Like they will both leave but one will come back? :o
-
It's like watching a season with amateurs tbh. Peter made a good move wanting Joe out. So what if Joe found out? Just go on with your plan and vote him out already! Plus, are you really waiting to be on tribal council to decide who to vote? Really? Didn't you have like 5-6 hours to do that? I think there is something we missed here or these players are really dumb. Merge after 2 tribal councils after the swap? Oh I can't even... Such a shame. Such a bad season. Such a waste. I would like to see what Jason and Cudney have in their minds at this point. Who are they going to align with now? Why did Joe stay loyal to Peter in the end? Makes no sense.

I'm sure what these women meant was "I wish mine was gay" COMPARED to more serious things like divorce, addictions, indifference, bad behavior and so on. A gay (or even better bi) man is in my eyes a better option than all the above. At least he would want to stay with his wife if she was ok with it. If this happened to me I would be sadder with the idea of my marriage being a lie rather than him being gay. You said it yourself "Generally what women that age want is for their husband to just love them and stay with them.". Who cares if he is gay or bi or whatever. The sexual period is over and they have more serious stuff to care about.

What I don't get was why they wanted to use Tim as a pawn to secure Kelsey would go. If you want Kelsey to go, just convince everyone to vote for Kelsey. I still think that Jared should get backdoored, he is the strongest competition in there and Kelsey - Raul could be taken care of later. What I hate is that Tim and Nikki are there just for entertainment. They have no idea what is going on with the competitions and the strategy. If you wanted to have some entertainment just put them in there to be the clowns rather than take two spots of people who would actually want to play the game. Sucks. Would Joel ever in his life have a girl like Cassandra? Not that she is that pretty but she on a totally different level than Joel. Would Joel who is such a great hearted guy and that smart care for stupid Cassandra who calls her friends bitches?......

I totally disagree. I think THIS is the reality. Women at this age care more for companionship, friendship and someone to trust rather than having a passionate love story with lots of sex. Of course it is depressing if you think about it but lets be honest; how possible is it that a woman of 60 years old finds a kind, polite, healthy SINGLE man near to her age? Even if she does, imagine all the package he must bring with him. And I'm pretty sure a 60 years old man will prefer a much younger woman, if he has the option. So yeah, in my eyes Hannah's dad is the ideal man for Hannah's mom. They have the same history, a daughter to share, they know each other's flaws and they are ok with them, they are comfortable around each other and they have same interests. If Hannah's dad can have sex with his wife being a gay man, then good for him. As someone mentioned an open marriage is the best solution. And if love comes her way, she can reconsider her decision.

This made my day!

I had said in another episode's post that I find Lena courageous and she confirms it once more. It needs courage to show a woman whose body is pretty out of what we are used to see on TV being that much confident in herself. Even if this was the only message young women would take from this crazy show, I'd be happy. Other than that Lena always finds way to surprise and shock me or I'm too old for this show already... Sometimes I'm wondering what the meaning of all this craziness is and whether she just does it to be provocative and "in". Am I the only one who thought the meeting with Jessa and her sister and the conversation about money was just a trap for Adam to step in and offer to pay for her studies?

I'm so happy for Joel winning the HoH and ever happier to see nasty Raul and Kelsey on the block. I don't know who is worse, a bitter gay man or a slutty bitch? Either way I hope to see one of them go. I knew I love Joel for a reason! He is a great person and I love also seeing him being close with Mitch.

This is a good question and I can only reply from my point of view. I prefer to take the safe path rather than risk the unknown and fail. How do I know that the new alliance I form don't tell me that I should trust them and they don't go back to their original tribe after the merge? For this to work both new alliances should remain trustworthy after the merge. If one does and the other doesn't, then the people in the one that does are screwed. The best solution not to risk that is that both groups follow their original alliance and play it safe. This means we get a boring game though but I'm talking about a better strategic game here and not an interesting one.

@Nashville I agree with you because this is what we have been shown. BUT this doesn't mean that good players should not put their problems aside and align so that they target a common enemy, just like the three brains did. We have been shown that Aubrey and Joe hate Peter but it was obvious to them that after the swap they MUST align. So Tai and Anna should forget the problems of the past and come together to save themselves and the best alliance they at that point had: the (problematic if you wish) beauty tribe. If and when the time would come that everyone else had left and Tai was in the 4th place after the three girls he would find a solution to work his way into the final three - for example win immunity. This plan is not perfect for Tai but it is better than no other plan if he loses hus beauty tribe.
-
Anna tried to throw Tai under the bus cause the turn the game had taken - the beauties were the targets because of the twist that Julia would join the tribe that would lose a member - and Anna knew it was her or Tai so she tried to save herself. This doesn't mean that in normal circumstances the beauty tribe didn't have the potential to stick together till the end. But this would only happen if Anna and the beauty girls were smart enough to create a good alliance with both Tai and Nick except with only one another. This was Anna's fault and she paid the price. In fact the opposite happens. I made 2-3 posts saying how bad of a player Anna was because I am upset that many people had picked her for the winner (mostly based on her looks apparently).

Which alliance do you (or does he at this point) consider stronger? The one with the beauty tribe that sure had its ups and downs and he was No 4 in it or a NONEXISTENT alliance that has not yet formed and he has no idea whether it will ever be formed? I mean, Tai at this point has either his beauty tribe alliance or NO allies at all. A bad alliance made by need is way better than none at all. This is what I'm saying. And I'm sure that the beauty tribe would prefer to have him in their alliance after merge rather than find new people to recruit to have the numbers.
