Ok... So no. I don't think they were confused given the context. You would really have to listen to it, there was no confusion. They were very specific about Lorelei and Christopher. There is no way they would confuse the story lines. I thought I was going crazy. Thank you!

I can totally understand not wanting to watch myself on tv, the sound of my recorded voice bugs me. Johnny Depp claims he has never seen a finished film of his. He said it creeps him out. Lauren Graham, not wanting to watch herself on tv is understandable and sort of refreshing. Gilmore Girls was the job, the fact that fans love it and memorize every nuance is a side effect.
