I apologize.... I made a mistake in replying to a personal message instead of this very public message board. I am so so sorry and I publicly apologize to you. I realize where I went wrong, and I am sorry .

Also... Why make it a cheap TMZ type story? This would be national news. Make Joel McHale a CNN reporter.... Why make him a semi nut job? The Internet conspiracy did nothing for the story The Joel McHale story made him look like a sad kook with bad make up. I hope he died.

It seems to me that the trash truck was being driven by the supernatural entity that had him stop and leave at the precise locations of the murders. I don't know why you would confuse a normal trash rotation in an episode of The X Files. It's a ghost truck or something... Don't over think

I will be sad when Mulder dies, but not really. Scully would kill me. That being said, none of these characters will ever die... If CSM is alive, so are they.
-
Scully is immortal. The sooner you are on board, the better I feel.

This was my favorite episode of the 10th season.... I can pick it apart (and I will)later, but 1 My Struggle - Mulder rambling soliloquy --- so boring 2 founders mutation- already forgot what that was about 3 Were- monster- funny, but shatters 4 th wall 4 home again-monster and mom... Don't do both 5 Babylon--- should be obvious 6 tried way to hard to fit everything in.

Every time someone called Einstien by her name, I thought for a split second they were being snarky. Then I realized Chris Carter thought this was a clever name. Ugg.

I read on another website the the intended episode order was 1 5 3 2 4 6 Could be wrong. On a limited episode series such as this one, I am quite sure scenes are often filmed in chunks and out of order to accommodate schedules. (Guest stars Pileggi and McHale) probably filmed their scenes in 1 chunk. This might explain Gillian's voice issues every other episode. I believe the "intended" order for air is stated above.

It seems like episode 1 of this season should have started with the beginning of this episode (open scene before the credits) and then episode 6 should have ended with the ending of this episode ( on the bridge with space ship). Episodes 2-5 could have be spent developing all the parts contained within this episode. As it is, this 1 episode felt like an entire 22 episode story arc. Everything was so rushed and unbelievable... For what appears to be a day or so.

Netflix Revival: Spoilers and Speculation
GreenScreenFX replied to JayInChicago's topic in Gilmore Girls
What? -
Season 6 is by FAR the worst season. sorry Amy got butt hurt, but season 7 tried to save a show that Amy tanked.

I am a home grown Texan, I do own cowboy boots but have not worn them since 1995. I have no idea how to line dance nor do I know why that dance move is so popular. No airport would have a sign on the outside saying "Welcome to Texas" at the entrance. The Exit sign might say "Welcome to Dallas" but "Welcome to Texas" infers that there is no interstate travel. I.e. Flying from Dallas to Houston. Why would there be a sign saying "welcome to tx " when you never left the state? Further, hooters waitresses aside, the implication that Any girl dresses like Daisy Duke is insulting.

The fact that this is not The Fall chat room should have been a factor.
-
Regardless, I like Lauren Ambrose a lot, and I think she was given the wrong direction. She was playing it "asshole" when she should have been "skeptic." She was really off putting. I guess we'll see what she does with the next episode.
-
Tangentially or otherwise.... I don't like her.
-
That's why I said tangentially.
-
I didn't find the " high Mulder" cute or amusing at all. It was stupid and contrived and no way would even a Jr. Agent (especially one as tight as Einsein ) ever condone or even tangentially participate in.

This episode would have been more powerful with home grown American militia, why further a stereotype? It could have made its point without maligning an entire religion, and pointed out how misguided hatred has become...(Or always has been, more accurately) The 'shroom experience was stupid .... Especially it was the equivalent of baby aspirin. Why even include The Lone Gunmen? Lauren Ambrose is such a likable person, why use her most abrasive and useless line readings? We are supposed to like her at some point, if the spin-off rumor is to be believed. The Miller guy, hot. I liked the end.... I wonder if the mysterious noise is a reference to the "Taos Hum" in New Mexico that can not be recorded, (edited for accuracy)and only a small percent of the population can hear?

One is the Loneliest Number: Unpopular GG Opinions

My post was unpopular even with my own personalities. -
I am SO glad this wasn't a sequel to HOME.... I fing hated that episode.
-
My prediction, and NOT a spoiler because, I have no idea. I would bet money that the last shot of the series includes Dana Scully on the door.
-
This definitely was an old school episode. Not something you try on a 6 epidode revival. Loved it, for maybe an epidode in season 9... 12 years ago.
-
I hated the Audi or Ford ad.... They did for the on board camera...I love that I have no idea which car sponsored it.

Sorry, I was confused at the S rating (for sexual situations) it never even occurred to me that a man hitting on Mulder might be offensive. Scully rather pointedly says (paraphrasing) in the next scene "i can't believe in 2016 this is even an issue" I wonder if the production asked for the S rating to make a point, or if Scullys line was added because they knew it would be an issue
