  1. Guess, he's robbing Peter. (sorry, couldn't help myself) Never though Theresa and Brady were married. They did a phony-baloney DIY ceremony,
  2. For me, it was Finn's reaction as he watched the llama being walked across the room. Had to laugh out loud. And even though I cannot stand Carly or Jason, my second favorite thing was hearing Jason tell Carly that he believes that Nell is the one behind all the crazy things Carly has been experiencing. Not because of either one of THEM, but because it shows what an ass Carly's husband is.
  3. I saw Carrie early on in her post-Idol career when she and Keith Urban shared top billing (though she came on before Keith). She was boring as all get out. Just stood and belted song after song--the girl can sing, for sure . And she had about 15 costume changes--I don't get that gimmick. By now, I imagine her stage presence has improved. Bet she still changes clothes, though.
  4. I saw Alan Jackson a few yrs. back and he still stands at the mic. In fact, he just sat on a stool for part of his show. But the audience was with him for every song.
  5. Johnny is looking for an explanation as to why Aiden would end his life. He believes he was fine the last time they spoke at the party and that something happened that night that made him commit suicide. If he finds out that Aiden came to the realization that the baby Toyah brought home was his, and that he visited Eva that night, Johnny will surely place the blame on them. And Peter will learn the truth and the fallout will be huge.
  6. I yelled at the TV when Carly was on her rant with Griffn, "Well I sure as hell wouldn't stay in that hotel, dammit." But you know he will. Such an idiot. And I like him, dammit.
  7. Just watched yesterday's shows. I think Shane Ward did an excellent job in his scenes. I never thought he was all that with his acting, but that final scene with Aiden and Eva had me all teary. Until yesterday, I had no idea that this was how they were writing his exit (I read it online). Glad I've been spoiled, because this is one storyline I don't mind knowing about in advance. Too, too sad.
  8. Like Luke Bryan. (I had to laugh when I saw your last comment on Caleb, Mamadrama. Great minds and all that. LOL.
  9. You were not alone. LOL.
  10. I thought I read that it was his decision to leave. Though I don't know why they had to have him leave this way. Would have preferred a happy ending for Aiden and Eva. But it seems Corrie doesn't seem to do happy these days. I imagine Kate will make it all about her...as she does.
  11. I've certainly been getting a vibe that Finn is Chase's dad, but never thought about him sleeping with his stepmon. YIKES, that's messed up, isn't it? I kinda love it, too!
  12. Seems Idol is morphing into the Voice with so much emphasis on the antics of the judges..well judge, I suppose since Katie is the real culprit. Same with critiques. Nothing of much substance on The Voice. I figure once AI has its Top 10 and America begins to vote, they figure there's not much need for critique since it really turns into a popularity contest at that point. I have to say, I did not plan to watch the AI reboot, but have really enjoyed this season. Much more than The Voice--I practically check out watching those episodes. I like that most Idol contestants have little to no real experience and are raw talent.
  13. That seating space with the odd coverings was the one thing I did not like about that room. And it drove me crazy, calling it a trunk. I have one almost exactly like it and we have always called it a Cedar Chest (used to smell quite strongly of cedar back in the day). It was part of the bedroom set my Mother bought when she got married (1943).
  14. Gee I read the actors that play Carla and Peter do not like each other (which is why Peter left last time), so I'd be surprised if they put them together. Maybe Carla will end up with Zeedan. Lol. Though I read he's leaving, which is odd since he's opening a restaurant. I had not heard about Kate Oates leaving. Fans should be ecstatic--seems almost everyone hates her stories.
  15. It's been quite a while since Cassandra Creech was on ATWT--think she played Denise, the mother of Andy's baby. Recognized her voice first. She looks fabulous--must have been a baby when she was on ATWT (God, I miss that show.)
  16. If I remember correctly, viewers were made aware that the actors playing Sybil and Matthew wanted to leave the show. I think that's where Hallmark failed. Daniel's leaving should have been announced in advance. I would have preferred that he didn't return from his assignment last season and they not marry than have him knocked off a couple of weeks after the wedding. Have the finale on DVR, but don't plan to watch the episode. I'm out.
  17. You are right about Tim and Gemma. I remember when Tim first showed up and I just hated his character. And Gemma couldn't get off my screen soon enough. I read that Jack Sheppard is suppose to leave the show later this year. Don't know if it's true or not, but I can imagine the show letting him go easily because he's one of the best on there.
  18. I keep wondering if Tyler Christopher was meant to be a long-term character at all. After Friday's show, I cannot imagine any redemption for him. By rights, he should be prosecuted and sent off to Statesville. So maybe all along this was only supposed to be a short-term role for him.
  19. Can't say I was surprised. With the talk about Jack coming home in a couple of weeks, I saw the writing on the wall. I sure hope they don't go with Jack missing. If Daniel Lissing doesn't want to do the show, then just kill off the character and move on. I'm about done with this show anyway. That General Store scene with the basket of Hallmark bows about did it for me.
  20. Who goes into that fridge anyway? Aren't Philip and Elizabeth the only ones living in the house now?
  21. So now Stefan can add kidnapping to his list of crimes. Cannot wait to see how the writers plan to keep him from being arrested once the truth comes out. I'm starting to think he's as mentally unbalanced as Abby. Maybe that's the plan. He and Abby can have adjoining rooms in the mental hospital.
  22. I don't know who I hate more, Trask for her unprofessional behavior re Gabi or Stefan for his grossness with Gabby.
  23. I liked them, actually. It was nice to have some romance on the show for a change. Instead of all that crazy DID business. I might like that storyline better if I knew who I was supposed to root for. Sadly, I liked TC on GH. Not in this role, though. But I could watch Eric sweet talking a woman all day. Even if it was Vivian. What Stefan is doing to Abigal and Gabi is so abhorrent that I just cannot stand him. Nothing against TC, it's the character I cannot stand. When the truth comes out, he should be arrested and put in jail. And I'm sure he won't be. He'll get out of it and in a month or two he and Chad will be buds. Because it's a soap.
  24. Goodness, never thought of a sexual harassment claim. I really want Vivian off my screen (along with her despicable son). I know it won't happen, but I really want the jury to come back with a not guilty verdict. Because I want to see the smirk wiped of Trask's face. She can leave with Vivian and the son.
