I agree, that fresco thing was cool. I didn't like that they closed off the doorway to the living room. Our old house had that layout and it was a pain to have to walk all the way around to yell at Mr. Knight in the living room lol. Also that area with the fake wood wall seemed like dead space - should that have been a small formal dining room ? That seemed odd, almost as odd as both H &T getting excited about a small hallway closet. The house didn't seem that big really but I did like the outdoor area. Very nice. Heather's hair stylist's mom bought an almost $1.3 mil home ? Wow. H & T do appear to like each other a lot. I don't understand why she needs an assistant though.

The Big Bear episode, dang that cabin was small, and seemed too close to a busy road right behind it. I didn't see a dishwasher and would never buy or rent a place without one. I don't love all the black, either. I am not clear what Heather's role is in this business other than co-owner. I mean, I guess she's a co-owner. But will she keep bringing in designers ? From the 1st episode, "Him and I"--> Heather is clearly a scholar. What will Tarek's new closing line be ? He is apparently no longer saying, "Time to find another house to flip !" He and Babe will need to think of something. And yeah, I don't get why they didn't take the kids to see the house. They seem to take the doggie everywhere.

Is an interior designer something you get a degree in, like maybe an associate degree ? Or some kind of certification ? If not, then I guess I'm an interior designer, just not very good. When are the Flipping El Moussas on ? I saw the 1st episode but it sounds like there have been more. Not sure yet about Heather. I am sure I don't need to see all their cuddling and fawning over each other. It's nice Tarek leaves sweet post-its but that's not interesting. One hour of any El Moussa, past or present, is too long. I couldn't watch Christina's hour long episodes either. I wish Flipping 101 would come back. Now that's entertainment !

Tonight on the Golden Girls, Dorothy has minor foot surgery. She wakes up groggy after the surgery and says, Ma, what are you doing here ? Sophia replies, you're my daughter, you had surgery, where else would I be ? Kody, care to comment ? 😁

I think having never been married bothers Christine quite a bit. I think seeing her daughters in supportive monogamous marriages is what finally prompted her to leave, among various other things. Robyn is such a snake. While violence is never the answer, Kody deserved a serious beating for that panting comment. Of course, he would never say something like that about Robyn. Kody looked like he was suffocating in that too small buttoned up suit.

I watched this episode this morning. I must have rilly zoned out because I do not recall hearing anything about donkeys, alcoholic families, beer or skittles. Robyn literally cannot go for 30 seconds without crying. Kody, you big wuss, you were not even rilly sick ! Wasn't this filmed about one year ago when everyone had Omicron ? I had it then, along with 2 of my children, and the rest of the world. I believe Omicron was extremely contagious, but usually not all that serious, Mr. 99.8.

Robin is clearly needy, a victim, a hypochondriac, etc. While I think she made the right move going to the hospital, I think I'd be a little embarrassed at the gasping, dramatic, woe is me / what if I dont see me kids again, when all the tests were fine and she was sent home same day. Esp when Kody's ass is hurting ! 😁

I can't believe Janelle's comment did not spark more discussion. I believe she even said "lots of problems " !!! As Mamagee said, I want DETAILS, Janelle ! To hear a Brown admit this on camera is very interesting. This whole season has been positively appalling to me, esp with ALL the damn $$$ going to Bitch Robyn and her staff, expenses, adult kids at home (while Janelle 's are supposed to scram at 18). Gosh, I hate Robyn and Kody. And yes, once again my phone predicted their names once I typed "I hate..."

OMG totally my concern too ! It's one thing to have just a few houses scattered here and there, for a "rustic" look. But to have a single defenseless woman with a minor child in a non-permanent dwelling in the middleofnowhere ? Are there animals that could cause trouble ? Not to mention human criminals....I'd be terrified to be alone there. Did Janelle say her family when she was a child stockpiled food in case of Armageddon ? I thought she didn't grow up in polygamy. Or maybe she meant her mom only after she married Kody's dad.

I don't know how Kody sleeps at night.

What exactly is the fast track from separation to divorce for people who are not legally married ? Janelle's rv is a disaster waiting to happen. She will have no idea how to handle all the problems that come up, and Kody certainly wont help. I wouldn't buy a sandwich sight unseen, let alone an rv. Regarding the "120-day gotta move the rv rule", Janelle should have just kept moving it around the lots without asking Meri and Robyn's permission. No one goes to Coyote Pass anyway so how would they even know the rv was there ? Ysabel is a beautiful girl that Kody has severely neglected. He's lucky he was even allowed to come to the party. Ironic that Freebird Christine and Loser Robyn wore practically the same shirt to the party. I hope they had more than that tiny little round cake for dessert. I still don't know why TLC isnt capitalizing on a show for just Christine and Janelle. It would be a goldmine as far as advertising $, and very satisfying for most viewers.
