  1. I know some people are like "Candiace is annoying so she was asking for it" but if being annoying, loud, with a slick mouth was a thing that justified physical violence, Ashley Darby would be dead several times over.
  2. I think everybody knows that this reunion is just so Gizelle can have a storyline, that's why everybody around it is being so honest about how ain't shit Jamal is. The daughters don't see it for him, the Dad dislikes him, and that's why the other cast members are always shadily asking where Jamal is at all these functions because they know this stuff ain't real.
  3. I would pay all of the good coin to get just ONE confessional from Rich Chris's mother about Monique and the fight.
  4. Monique truly sounded nuts when she was mad about Candiace pulling out of the podcast. You don't like her. You've made it clear you don't see it for her. Why would she participate in this, especially after the way you blew up at her at your cabin? Honestly Monique's greatest sin she's committed this season is having me siding with Candiace. That's unforgivable.
  5. The way she kept harping at Tinsley like she was some gold digger who was with Scott for his money was so weird BUT she also knew that Tinsley was raised with a certain degree of manners so she wouldn't just snap back with a simple, "I was born rich, I married rich and I'll die rich" response.
  6. Knowing what we know about Dorinda being fired, the first ten minutes of this part of the reunion was absolute gold. Dorinda had such a smug sense of hubris while going at Tinsley and even with Andy because she clearly felt like she was irreplaceable to the series and Tinsley telling her that her Achille's heel was her inability to apologize for her behavior seems like an extra stinging attack when you know that Dorinda is no longer on the show. It's like watching someone think that they are going to be proposed to while everybody else knows it's a break-up. Like it's rare when you can really FEEL the "Oh she's getting fired" energy during a reunion. I remember when it was season 4 of Atlanta and you could just feel that Sheree was getting let go, especially when they trotted essentially a GREATEST MOMENTS montage for her, and you had Nene telling Sheree she had chosen the wrong team. It felt similar with Dorinda. Also, I feel like all of her fourth wall breaking really must have driven Andy crazy. Plus Dorinda seemed so ill-prepared for a Tinsley with a backbone because I think Tinsley's strategy while on the show was not to poke the bear that is Dorinda's anger and now that she's off the show, she has the freedom to be more open with her views.
  7. I don't see a problem with it because she got the shady tone Gizelle was throwing when she said, "You don't have a home?" so you going to volley some shade, throw some shade back.
  8. Monique is like a hop, skip, and tear of a yellow wall paper away from a one of those trapped-in-a-loveless marriage heroines you would read about in your high school English class. She's also reached a level of insanity about Candiace because you can't be actively hostile towards at this cabin thing and then be angry that she's not coming to film to record that podcast you have insanely sunk 200,000 dollars into. And Robyn is completely right about Monique projecting stuff because she doesn't want people to be talking about her marriage troubles and I don't know if it is the Bravo edit or not but so far all of Candiace's comments have been strictly about Monique and haven't mentioned anything about her marriage, unlike a lot of the other ladies.
  9. I've always been neutral about Tinsley but I think she handled herself excellently on this first part of the reunion in dealing with Dorinda. Dorinda being let go makes even more sense after the season finale and Andy's growing frustration with her in the part one of the reunion.
  10. If any of these women had half a brain, they would realize that Rinna is the most obvious target to take out. And Rinna's insane so it would be wild to watch her try to combat that.
  11. I cackled with laughter when the ladies showed up for the dinner and one of them said that everybody was staring because they were dressed to go to the club.
  12. If Tinsley had stayed, Dorinda would've dragged her for only being in New York City to film the show and having this other life off-camera in Chicago. So Tinsley was going to lose in Dorinda's eyes no matter what.
  13. Because Dorinda wants Bethenny's approval. Also, as others have mentioned, she probably assumed that Bethenny leaving vacated a position to make herself the queen bee of the series.
  14. The 4th Wall breaking in this season did more to harm the show with viewers than help it because that scene with the producer talking to Garcelle to keep her mad about Denise gave you concrete evidence of production doing the most while getting the least out of these women.
  15. For all of her MANY faults, I feel like Dorit at least was smart enough to see which way the wind was blowing when it came to this entire Denise Richards/Brandi thing and not really add to the pile-on. Two years of pile-ons with Teddi and her mean babysitter energy being critical to the momentum of said plot is just too much. Kyle is a dimmer Blair Waldorf, desperately trying to contort herself into a Serena Van Der Woodsen and it's never going to happen. She's never going to be a fan favorite AND she's never going to be the true queen bee either.
  16. It's another case of Denise mishandling this whole situation. The Denise Richards we were promised in the previews for the season with the grin and returning to interview never materialized on the actual show, which is so disappointing. It's not exactly hard to out-maneuver these idiots and yet, here we are.
  17. The idea that anybody could have that much of an emotional response to the mere mention of Tinsley, who is basically sentient cotton candy, is so wild to me.
  18. This really is the era of the fourth wall breaking when it comes to Housewives with Potomac, Beverly Hills and New York all having moments. That pull-back so you could see Dorinda fully freaking out over the mere mention of Tinsley's name in front of all those cameras is one of the more sad moments this show has produced. I did cackle when Luann accurately pointed out how well Dorinda's hand/arm was while in the midst of her diatribe. I wonder if Dorinda did not expect that segment to air because it was her talking about the show on air.
  19. I mean, age-wise they're all pretty close to each other. Jimbo is 36, Rita is 32, Priyanka is 28 and Scarlett Bobo is 29. Now in drag experience years there is obviously large differences.
  20. Everything to do with Wendy seemed so wild. Like at Ashley's dinner a few episodes ago, she went out of her way to be all "Look at me, I have no problem leaving my child for a night out" which is fine and within her rights. But then to pivot to I'M A NEW MOM TOO AND I WANT MY BABY HERE was weird. Like if it was a thing, she obviously she could've asked. Monique isn't going to go out of her way to make concessions for a woman, based on the timeline of the show, she has known for a month. I bet you anything that in Wendy's outside the show life, she is treated very differently and being on the show and being new, she has found herself at a lower rung of the ladder than she is accustomed to.
  21. I feel like they needed an antagonist that isn't one of the girls in the show and Nebraska was like, "I'm ready for my close-up" with all of Friend of a Housewife energy she exudes.
  22. This season has been a bust BUT I will say Dorit's incredibly awkward greeting of Brandi may be one of my favorite things that has come from this season.
  23. Production showing its hand really makes you think back at a lot of stuff from over the years because it shows they have such a hand in keeping certain dramas going and going. And I used to be like, "Why are we still fighting about this" and now some of it is a lot clearer.
  24. It's beyond clear that the ladies had a plan to have Candiace be the villain of the season and watching this all play out while knowing that they all flip flop their opinions once the fight happens is hilarious. I don't like Candiace but I really enjoyed her stopping Gizelle from having a moment over the monster comment. Gizelle is the meanest person in the cast but doesn't want to own it at all. Monique truly seems miserable in her life, which explains a lot of her intense reactions in other situations because she cannot come at her husband that same way. The way he was like, "Yeah, I'll do something romantic for you but you better put out" was such an uncomfortable conversation to watch. Also, if that's what he says to her on camera with a crew of people. lord knows what he says in privae.
  25. And the thing is, LVP wasn't even that good at manipulation. If everybody pretty much from the jump calls you out for being manipulative, how good at it can you be? These women are forever doing horrible things on their own free will and then turning around and saying they got manipulated when things go south.
