I get this. I was born and raised in the Detroit area but I’ve lived in the Twin Cities about 30 years so I have a weird hybrid Michigan/Minnesota accent. But I’m also a choral singer and you do that long enough and it will affect how you form your words, especially your vowels. I wonder if living in LA will affect her speech patterns. In my visits to California I think most people speak with a very neutral accent but LA also attracts people from all over and, all things considered, Jinger exists in a pretty insular world. It’ll be interesting to see how she speaks a year or two from now.

Shingles vaccine was a breeze for me. Much easier than a flu shot. I am the only person in my immediate family to not have had shingles and I want to keep it that way. How about Succotash? 😁😁😁

I envy all you people who don’t freeze. I used to be one of them. When menopause came knocking I was hot cold hot cold about every 45 minutes. It was horrible. Now that menopause is past I am very sensitive to cold. Which apparently is the pattern for women in my family. Thanks, mom. 😞
