  1. But she has a GoFundMe for her medical bills! Ashley in a skanky dress? Color me shocked!
  2. So how much weight did she lose prior to starting this program? It sounds like she had done most of the work herself.
  3. I don't know what gym Larissa goes to, but I see plenty of colorful and feminine athletic clothing at the gym and sold in stores. Of course, there are also women like me to don't mind going in black yoga pants and a t-shirt. But I'd like to assure Larissa that I know I have other options. I just don't like spending money on workout clothes and neither my husband nor I care if I look cute while working out.
  4. Apparently Larissa posted that she was mistaken when she said Colt took her off of his insurance. These two need to stop posting everything online. It's so absurd.
  5. Just saw the pic of Izzy's new bed. Was he in a crib until recently? Just curious because he seems big (in size and age) to have been in a crib. Then again, my son was done with his crib early (18 months) so maybe he's the strange one.
  6. Good point. I'm a Millennial, and I'll be the first to admit that some people my age and younger are overly sensitive and have trouble doing basic things that other generations handled with ease. I do believe a part of that has to do with the fact that we were coddled by our parents. I was. But once I moved out I figured out stuff because I realized that I was an adult and had to get my act together. That being said, what Eric was saying was ridiculous. Snowflake millennials are the ones who are 30 and can't handle paying a bill from their parents' basement but still have their daily latte. Tasha, (who is part of Generation Z), is actually more mature and acting more like an adult than many of my Millennial peers (I'm 33). Eric can take a hike.
  7. I think that Ashley must be getting money from her parents or something. I don't know of any single bartender mothers who can afford kids, a nice home, a car, multiple trips to Jamaica, losing money on weddings, etc. She is not making that that much in central PA. Being that she has such serious health issues, that is yet another reason why importing a 20 year old husband was a bad idea. She needs stability in her life. Find a decent local guy who maybe isn't too good looking but can be there for you and doesn't need sex 3 times a day. Then again, I'd stay away from her if she was a decent guy because she acts so trashy.
  8. It's terrible when parents and kids don't get along. But Tasha would be so much better off to never talk to Eric again.
  9. Yes. Their lack of self-awareness is stunning and scary.
  10. I couln't sit through this. Yet another reason I would never do reality tv.
  11. Well, most of the immigrants came to work their butts off. They were the labor force who fueled industrialization and who have picked our food and served in our restaurants. America didn't want nor need high skilled immigrants for years. We needed people who would work for cheap. It's what it was/is. It is true that Larissa has not had the opportunity to work yet. But I don't see her wanting to do more than Paola- she wants to post pictures on Instagram! I would be curious to know if she has any education or skills. I wonder what she did in Brazil. I just see her as a drama queen and we have plenty of them here already. If it were up to me, I'd deport Colt too and a bunch of other people from this show!
  12. I wouldn't know who to believe if I was the police. I believe that Colt is an abuser. I also think Larissa is crazy enough to hurt herself.
  13. I agree with everything you said about Kalani and Asuelo. Kalani is very immature for a woman of her age, and she got together with someone younger and even more immature. It's not a good combination. I'd grill her about her plans for the future. Who will be working? Will they be able to support themselves, or are they going to mooch off of Kalani's parents in their old age?
  14. Bingo. If Asuelo was American people would be roasting him. Also, he worked at a resort and encountered American and foreign tourists all the time. I don't think he is as simple as people make it seem.
  15. Jonathan declaring bankruptcy is actually sad. He has a solid career and has worked presumably for many years. Did he spend all of his money on Fernanda? It seems like precious few people on this show actually have any type of appropriate financial resources. I wonder why Leida didn't want to leave Alless with her parents. And what about her ex-husband? Was he completely unwilling to look after his own son. Regarding breastfeeding... I did it. I'm a big proponent of doing it in private or public. I don't see it as sexual at all. But hubby tells me that there is something attractive about it to some men because it is a sign of fertility and health in a woman. And quite frankly, that makes sense.
  16. I actually don't think 50k is that bad in a place like Wisconsin where the cost of living is low. But I don't think he has any savings (which is sad given that he is 40) and that he was once homeless. He also needs a bigger place to live now that Leida and Aless are with him, and I don't think he can pay for that. If Eric had his act together and had some money in the bank I think he'd be okay. I live in a very high cost of living area and we live as a family of three primarily on my husband's income (I work from home very part-time because I stay home with our son), and while my husband makes more than Eric, given what we pay in property taxes and things like that, it is probably about equal to 50k in Wisconsin. The difference is we have good credit scores and have money saved from when we were both working pre-baby. We also live frugally. Once Leida gets her green card she should be able to contribute by doing something (but then again I'm sure she won't actually get a job and will instead continue with her delusional thinking that one day she'll be a doctor).
  17. It was hilarious when Fernanda was making fun of Larissa for being 30 when I think every other woman on the set was around 30 (Kalani, Leida, and Ashley). I couldn't stand how Fernanda made fun of Larissa for her looks and Larissa commented on Fernanda's butt. Really? It was like watching catty fifteen year olds fight. Ashley is the same- remember her comment about Jay cheating on with a big woman? She just couldn't believe that he would cheat on her because she is thin... Asuelu did scare me last night. I really wish the host asked him and Kalani how they intend to support their growing family.
  18. I have some more thoughts that I forgot to include in my initial post. Leida complaining about her stepkids really irked me. She can't expect to come into their lives and act like a complete a-hole and be respected. Respect is a two-way street, and it seems as though Eric's children have no reason to care about her at all. The shoes the women were wearing made me laugh. Ashley had on rockstuds, Leida was wearing terrible fake Louboutins, and Fernanda was also had on the red sole (real or not I'm not sure). None of these women are wealthy, so it seems ridiculous to me. I have heels from Payless that I get many compliments on, and I'd totally rock them on tv. Sure, I could buy expensive shoes, but I prioritize my home and my son. No shame.
  19. The ladies didn't look so good. Kolani's dress made her look bigger than she is. There is plenty of cute maternity stuff. Ashley's boob window was strange, and Leida looked like she was trying to be sophisticated, but the outfit looked really cheap. At first I didn't like Larissa. Then I didn't mind her. Now I'm back to not liking her. I would have been impressed if she did her hair and make up and was willing to go to the tell-all in her traveling clothes to show Fernanda that she was confident and mature and that she wouldn't sink to her level. But that temper tantrum shit was embarrassing. I would have thanked production for looking for something for me and made the best of the situation like an adult. Fernanda was terrible last night and quite smug. But I agree with her that Larissa was wrong to be all dramatic about the 911 call and then post the picture like nothing happened. But in the end there is so little likeable about any of these people minus Asuelu and Olga.
  20. I don't hate Larissa, but why does everyone think she's so great? She just appeared very shallow with her little temper tantrum. Not that endearing coming from a 30 year old woman.
  21. Larissa seems to be acting just as poorly as Fernanda.
  22. Does Fernanda just sit around smiling smugly during this whole show?
  23. I'd prefer that. With some steak (cut on a bias) and Family Chantel wings.
