  1. I am beginning to cringe and fast forward so much there won’t be any of the episode left to view. It might be different if there wasn’t so much scripting but right now these people look pretty much desperate.ok
  2. I just want to say that I love your name. So many protagonist possibilities. Like for Agatha Christi...
  3. And Ella’s mom is a big downer. No wonder Ella’s self esteem is zeroed out. But I seriously do not want to know about her vibratorie stash.
  4. He had a moment when he realized he had to do all the work. Not just gentlemanly gestures but also a great deal of caretaker duties. It’s serious and a poor subject for exploitation. I feel it’s a heck of adventure for the both of them, something they would not normally have the opportunity to do. BGL2 contacted Usman herself so she is fully aware of history. I feel she is a bully who is trying to bogarde her way into a relationship.
  5. As far as Usman, it is interesting that he is still not in the US. Perhaps the lure of show is more fun right now. After all, he was nice to BGL. He could get here through a number of other means. IDK. So, with this new chick, it all makes for good trash tv snark.
  6. What is a mudle? I can't find the definition on Google...
  7. Is anyone else extremely annoyed with the pee in the dating pool ad?
  8. First of all, he probably doesn't want Ellie to support them. But what she wants is for him to repeatedly tell her how wonderful she is for doing so. Then, she isn't paying attention to what he very pointedly told her... that he took care of himself before the tourist option was even in place. Makes sense to me. I have friends who was born and still live on some of the islands. Somehow they are able to become college educated, able to take care of themselves and their families, etc. One thing I learned when I toured Jamaica is the reason there were so many unfinished houses on the island was that construction only happened when the owner was financially able to do so. It is a way of life. Ari is not in charge of when Bini can speak. It is his fault he does not tell her to shut the f**k up just like she told him. My mom had a saying in those situations, "I can show you better than I can tell you" which was quite to the point of when she stopped talking about something and made her move.
  9. I am team Victor. I like what he said about the island not being historically a tourist stop. The fist thing the Americans do is start whining about not being understood. At least Victor spoke up for himself. Unlike Michael and Bini.
  10. Many of dehydrators are moderately priced and used by the more experienced. Another option used is the oven. My attempt at jerky was not good at all. The texture was like Pop Rocks. So I would toss some in a pot of beans every once in a while. Sorry about your cat 😔. If can, try using it in your garage. Some things take days especially if you don’t run it overnight. I don’t. Drying my pickles took like three days because I ran it only eight hours at a time. Got some awesome pickle powder, though. The big thing is to dry marshmallows. I did Peeps I had for Easter decoration. You would not believe how the texture changed and how great they were. Sadly, the humidity softened them some after a few days. Your spice mixes sound great and fresh does make a difference. One thing I found out was even though there is a certain pepper designated for paprika, it can be made from red bell pepper. So that’s what I do. It makes such a flavor difference. Turmeric, also. I agree the citrus peels are fantastic.
  11. Apple slices are awesome. Even the peels if that’s all you have. Say you buy a watermelon that isn’t sweet... dehydrate the slices minus the rind. It ends up so sweet it’s unbelievable. Actually, most people can’t avoid eating all the apples right out of the dehydrator. They are so good, if you dry the peels you can grind them into a powder. If you have any questions just ask away. Also, on FB there several groups.
  12. I have a new passion- dehydrating. You find the most useful information in FB groups where people are living sustainable lives. And those who live with traditional ways of life. Anyways, I used to waste so much food before learning to preserve them by dehydrating leftovers. Vegetables, soups, fruits, seeds, nuts, rinds, peels, jerky, some candies like marshmallows and peeps. So now I make my own seasonings too from spices and vegs I could not use fast enough. Like this one: 1 1/2 Tablespoons sea salt 3/4 teaspoons paprika 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric (add 1/4 teaspoon sugar, optional, but I don't) 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch Most of the ingredients come from my garden and are organic. The recipe can be expanded to make any amount. I usually multiply by four at the very least. For Creole/Cajun seasoning use this one called The Trinity. It is the backbone of all seasonings in Louisiana: Equal parts onions, celery, and bell peppers. If you're using a small onion and small bell pepper, this equals about two stalks of celery. You do not have to dehydrate any of these to get fabulous, delicious seasoning. Just use fresh for The Trinity or purchase your spices to mix your own seasoning.
  13. She said he was disgusting. But didn't you just know Dr. Now was going to encourage her to get a grip on her own negligence?
  14. I agree. The entire episode was awkward. Probably didn’t need producer intervention. But Olivia can’t love on Ethan because Olivia is Kim.
  15. The situation with Alina and Playa SteVen is not age related. Just a right to privacy. I am appalled at the demands some of them make. Seriously, would you delete your social media accounts because your girlfriend or boyfriend demanded? Or allow them to go through your cellphone?
  16. Watching Daonte Live made me backtrack on producers being responsible for what he does on the show. I apologize to them profusely!!!!!
  17. I am still laughing at the word of the day... COOKIEGATE.
  18. While I realize that there are some questionable moves made by the people on this show I don't understand why their sex lives, partners (previous and present) is anyone else's business. Why is it a family discussion? I yell more at the those being interrogated than I do the interrogators. "It's none of your business" "get your own sex life and get out of mine" "I don't care what your mother likes or doesn't like. I'm not in a relationship with her". I mean, even for slippery SteVen there was no reason for him to confess anything to anyone, actually.
  19. I think many here are coming off reasonable and normal relationships with their parents. And are quite capable of identifying toxic home environments.
  20. This show continues to amaze me. Scripted or not there were some really fine moments.
  21. So was Alina when Steven was explaining how many sexual encounters he’d had. Actually, it was more of a smile.
