That is not an exact quote and my memory is awful, but I do recall it was some type of vegetable. And let us not forget that SUR stands for SEXY unique restaurant . I saw definite glimmers of her craziness last season, it was just over shadowed by the tomfuckery of Brandi and Kim.

I'm in the "not a gold digger" camp for the time being. Her husband is attractive even now at 76, I'm sure he was very handsome in his day ( yes even in his Elderly 50's) Plus he's obviously smart and driven, I would find that very attractive. I would take a smart man over a handsome man any day of the week, throw in a sense of humor and I'm sold. It's not like this is a J Marshall/Anna Nicole marriage. He was off sound mind and I presume savvy enough to know if someone were after his money. Having said that, I must be in the minority but I have no inner diva or disco queen so she lost me on that one but I don't think she should be labeled. They seem to have a lovely marriage and I think that label diminishes both ofthem.

When Davis Bowie died it was like someone punched me in the stomach....I've loved him for 30 years and it was so unexpected. I wanted to call Iman and say " I wish you guys would have would have told me David was sick so I could have prepared myself a bit, this is just so shocking and unexpected. I'm not going to lie I'm a little pissed at you right now". But I didn't because she had just lost her husband and it wasn't the time ....and also I don't know them or have Iman's phone number. (Hey if Sonja can party with PDiddy on her yacht , I can call Iman). But looking at Yo's lastest selfie I'm so glad he handled it with dignity and it wasn't on display to the masses. Yo looks desperate not to mention ridiculous. Does she not have anyone who can honestly tell her to knock it off? Her Instagram is filled with comments calling her out but we all know she can't read and has no brain function left so.... I'm sure even the LD advocates wishes she would shut her pie hole. She is single handedly spreading disinformation and detracting from the cause.

Perhaps Yo is trying to be anti Hollywood but she definetly makes remarks , and has back to season one, about her kids needing to earn money, as if there father wasn't filthy rich. She joked with Gigi that she will be rich and can't support her. Even her Instagram about Anwar commented that he would be self sufficient . I beleive that those remarks show an attitude of scarcity not the way she spends. Hey, I'm a social worker I'm always searching for the deeper meaning and sometimes there just isn't one.

I beleive Yolanda has issues re her lack of formal education. She frequently comments on the fact that she is "not stupid" and that her modeling " saved" her family. Perhaps her encouraging the modeling is her way of validating her own choices.....see my kids could go to any school but they chose modeling....just like me. I also wonder if her Dutch upbringing has given her a scarity mentality (there's never enough money...more, more more) the Dutch suffered horribly during and after WWII ( some had to resort to eating grass) . I know Yo is too young but her mother is of that generation and may have , even uncounciously, passed that to Yo. Add in the instability of her father dying when she was young. I think money is more than just money to her. Or it could be an Occum's razor situation and she is just a fame whore lol.

Hi all, I've been lurking this season and not posting at all but I had to add my two cents on Yo. I'm sooooo glad Yo came back this season and everyone is now seeing her for who and what what she really is. I haven't liked Yo since the beginning. Her whole " I have such a big heart" thing has rubbed me the wrong way. To paraphrase Yo don't tell me you have a big heart, show me. Along with her saving her family of orgin (along with the free world )is just so self aggrandizing. I won't even get into the whole sick selfie thing....she loves the sick role. She has brought attention to LD....just the wrong kind.

I just saw Billy Joel last night, he is better than ever. I loved that he played the French national anthem and gave a little speech about not being terrorized and just living life as we always have. He ended with"fuck them!" And the arena went crazy. I really needed to hear that, I've been seriously depressed since this last mass shooting. I just can't bear to hear of any more deaths, then the awful aftermath of somehow tying it to poor Syrian refugees. I guess I have to accept that this is the new normal.

I find her magically thinking (that if she got back together with Donn her family would be together) very odd. Like a kid on the play ground who demands a do over.....life doesn't work that way Vicki. Those family times were long ago and there is a lot of water under the bridge. I also really loathe her willingness to throw anyone under the bus to save herself.

Oh great the wonderful gift of social anxiety, you don't have to just suffer through an incident but get to suffer for years and years. It helps if you have a "prop" like an extra copy of your resume so you can draw the focus away from you and draw it to the paper. Ex if you look at line 3 you will see that I had the same responsibilities at that job etc. Most people with SA have very little self awareness of how they actually come across. They feel so unncomfortable they assume it's written all over their face but it's not. If worse comes to worse fake a cough until you can get you thoughts together . Please repot back, I will be thinking and wondering about you all day tomorrow .

Have you ever actually been told that you suck at interviews ? Or do you just think you do? That just maybe faulty self perception run amok. Do you struggle with social anxiety? I ask that because of the latent embarressment you described. Most folks may think "I Wish I would have done better" but don't lament over it. I would bet your outside self doesn't look anything like your inside self. So don't concentrate on how you feel because it may not have anything to do with your actual performance. Aww I love this post because it just demonstrates that even though the Duggars think we are all going to hell the posters here are so caring and kind. The Duggars are getting more compassion from you then they deserve or would ever give back but that's what makes it so brilliant.
