That hour with Leah flew by. I sat down with dinner just as it started and it seemed like it was over just as quick and I still wasn't done eating.

All I heard and saw was grown ups tripping over their words to the point they were barely making sense and kids in cute costumes who put their sentences together better.

This Halloween episode is one of the worst I've ever seen. I keep watching thinking something entertaining might happen like an idiot.

Yeah, I felt bad for the sons even Jay seeing how embarrassed they were and it came across like it wasn't the first time. I think I was so fixated on looking at Mrs. Phub's face due to the obnixious hawking of her skincare supposed miracle crapola on Phub's show which she still sells on her site. I guess it didn't do well on HSN because it's not there anymore.

Once Faux News dumps her on her behind like they do to a lot of the female hosts for F&F she'll get a rude awakening. Some of the other hosts have gotten their own shows on the network but I'm not sure anyone would want to watch Bitsy trying to anchor her own show when she can barely even put together her own sentences. Other hosts at that network have had degrees related to broadcasting or journalism to fall back on and gotten jobs at other stations after leaving or being let go but Bitsy doesn't. She has a BOA with a concentration on large scale paintings and industrial design.

Dr. Phub's show must use special lighting and a lens lathered in Vaseline to when Mrs. Phub is on because when the family appeared on Celebrity Family Feud you could see her real face and it was scary. It was apparent she has had work done to the hilt but you could see the work hasn't done what she'd like people to believe when she's more in control of personal appearances. I wish there was a short clip on YT that showed things better. This will have to do for now.

I thought Aisha explained herself pretty well. Then Mrs. O had to go and have a huge hissy fit because it seemed like she either wasn't listening or chose to go after Aisha on purpose having known damn well that what she said. The cop shouldn't have assaulted the girl in that way and there isn't an excuse for that at all. If the girl had listened to her teacher or not done whatever she got in trouble for that cop wouldn't have ended up in that room. I saw on TV that the cop has a history at that school though but don't know if he's ever been caught on video before.

I was always kind of scared when posting at TWoP too so I stuck to one thread there for the time I finally did post before they closed. During that time I got warned twice for grammar once was for using more then one period at the end of a sentence. So being too intimidated or scared to post there sounds completely normal to me. I've found it lot easier to post and chat here like you have. So here's to hoping this thread picks up in the future. I miss the more frequent cooking segments they were doing last year and previously. It seems like they've expanded the hot topic bit at the start of the show kind of like Meredith did with her show so they don't have time for as much as they used to.

I miss Cragen and Munch. As for Stabler I miss the version from the earlier years and not the rage machine he became in his later seasons.

When the show first started I liked Holly and Leah (somewhat) but I always gave Leah the side-eye because of her being a Scientologist. Now that she's left that cult and seems to feel bad about how she behaved during her time in I feel differently about her. I quit watching for a season after they let those two go so I didn't see what Sheryl was like when she first started and I was familiar with Aisha from when she would guest host Talk Soup. I ended up caving in a went back to watching during the 3rd season. Sheryl would get on my nerves sometimes but I kind of picked up on the fact that she used comedy as a defense mechanism somewhat because I do the same. I always liked that she seemed to have more common sense and made more sense then Sherri on The View. I always liked Aisha and Sara. I like Julie too even though she's the boss's wife. It's been kind of neat to see her change since her first few seasons of robotic behavior hosting Big Brother. She told a story on The Talk a couple seasons ago about coming home and finding Les Moonves her husband and their son in the dark with candles lit and him not knowing how to flip circuit breakers. I would think that they'd have staff at their home that might know about doing that if Les didn't but the way she told the story I found it kinda endearing. As for Sharon I agree with most of you in the sense that her comments pretty much always sound like they've been made up or embellished to the point where they come across as lies. I don't hate her but can tell she's someone others with common sense would always be careful around because I'm sure getting on her bad side can be hell based on the stories she's told about getting revenge on people.

Ugh. I try to forget that character for a reason too. I hated her and not in a love to hate kind of way.

The rape subplot annoyed the hell out of me. The only thing that annoyed me more was Rollins' sister. I kinda wish I hadn't bothered with this episode since it was the first one I had watched from this new season. The rest are on the DVR needing to be viewed. I hope the sister plot point doesn't get run into the ground much more and they don't attempt to allow her to eat the show alive like the character William Lewis did. I quit watching for a long time due to William Lewis.

The blonde pregnant woman wasn't Virginia that was Kelli Giddish who plays Rollins a detective who's a regular on the show. Virginia was playing Rollins and her crazy sister's Mother. If she still had her regular face I may have thought she wasn't old enough to play their Mother but whatever she had done has made her look weird and older.

Ok sounds like she'll be on Thursday.

The guide on the TV says Joy is going to be on tonight's Jimmy Kimmel Live but I think it's Bernie Sanders instead.

I thought the pic in the DM article that included Diane Sawyer's deceased husband was in poor taste. If that producer was one of the few left from the original View crew maybe the network was waiting until they had a valid reason for firing her because they knew she'd file a lawsuit. I don't doubt that Rosie could have been difficult this time around too but with the way things would go when the show was on air I can only imagine what it was like behind the scenes. Rosie O was long gone when the incident happened where Rosie P had to apologize to Kelly Osborne and we've had articles since both Rosies vacated that have indicated drama is still going on.

I've been watching Texas Flip & Move again since it returned with new episodes. I'm liking the 2nd season ok but I liked the 1st one better. Things don't seem as loose as before and the show is coming across more scripted then it did in the 1st season.

I watch it daily when I can but don't comment much because it would look weird if I kept posting to myself. They have fluff topics sometimes but they discuss serious issues too. I kind of like that they don't try to be like The View in terms of getting into a lot of political discussions. At one time The View had multiple hosts capable of that kind of conversation but now they have one maybe two that can carry those topics. It seems like The Talk has tried to take notes of what not to do since their first season when they dumped Holly and Leah.

She actually comes across as somewhat normal when reading that Readers Digest article. It's sad that she doesn't choose to act that way when on TV or doing promo things like that stupid walk off contest that's going on now.

CBB was so obnoxious during Tepid Topics today. That bullying segment hit home for me because I was bullied in school about my weight. In middle school when my Mom and I went to talk to the vice principal her suggested solution was to eventually start a weight loss club at school (which never happened) instead of doing anything to stop the bullying immediately. That crushed my heart so bad and made me feel even more insecure.

I'm sure if it was up to Phub to disclose why his head and shoulders are like that he'd attribute it to playing football when he was young. If that's the real reason we'll probably never know either way unless Phub and Co. find a way to make money off addressing our inquiries. Of course this is the guy who continues to put out diet books and other diet related items without addressing his own weight issue and doing something about it.
