After witnessing Bow-gate , I cannot helpbut wonder what Heather D from OC would have handled the cake throwing. I thought it was obnoxious If you want to throw cake at your own house, that’s one thing I feel badly for those who have to clean it up Soggy is annoying, but it was in poor taste to treat her “gift” like that I am not surprised that T cannot accept any blame for her criminal financial behavior. I still see her as a narcissistic harpy, but the segment about her mother was heartbreaking. I know I’m among only a handful of people who like Jac, but I miss her not on the show. Still think Danielle is a viper so she should get along with T really well.

I once sat in an interview panel where the candidate spelled her own name incorrectly. No, it wasn't an alternate spelling. Her name at the top of the resume was wrong.

Yes. I'm sorry if I indicated anything to the contrary. But I think just typical weekend party pictures also were becoming more of an issue too. Social media has changed our world.

THIS! There have always been seasons with 18year old, straight out of college DCCs. ( Mia, Kinzie, etc) But we don't have those more respected,older vets. When the older, more mature women on the team were from your rookie class...or the year/s after...it doesn't have the same impact I imagine. Brittany Evens, Jackie Bob, Nicole B, Brittney Schram( who I think liked to have fun, but seemed to know where that line was drawn), Jen Kat, Jacie, ...Holly and Erica ARE among the senior vets now aside from Jinelle, Jenna, and Lacey (who is only 1 year their senior in DCC tenure).

I, too, think that the Whitney situation would have ended in a cut if it happened today. I think I just brought this up on another thread,but the impact of social media has changed epically since seasons 5-6. Whitney went to a private party with no expectation of photos hitting the media in the way they did. At that time, most of us were just learning that privacy settings were not really private. Social media etiquette is now in the DCC contract...I don't think it was back then.

It seems that Peggy and Kelly will be sparring a little in the future. I wonder what side of the aisle Vicki will land on.

I am so over this group. It has been said above...there is no one to like any longer; it is now who you can stand a little more than others. Andy would do better to fire the women and change the entire franchise to Real Canines / Pets of OC. THAT is a show I would watch.

I imagine that it must be unsettling to lose veteran teammates. KaShara's energy and upbeat personality are even more important and valuable when you have a team in crisis (and I know this is overstating the issue, but for a rebuilding year to lose two powerhouse vets in TCC and so many rock stars having retired, I imagine morale is not super strong). She appears to be one of those girls who makes sure everyone feels welcome and gets everyone involved. Lacey and Robin also seem like wonderful teammates. Instead of these random guest choreographers, I wish they would just show the group leaders working with their team.

The comment o the ankle weights surprised me also....that was Mackenzie Spicewood's influence. When Kelli asked, who told you to get them and she paused, I think she almost broke the 4th wall and said,"watching previous seasons". Lol. I think season 6 was the season where social media started to really shine a dangerous spotlight in the world and in the private lives of these girls. If fans ( or the women themselves) are taking and posting pix of bad behavior, there is no way to quietly warn and slap a wrist. Allowing favored vets additional time to trim down is one thing. Sweeping blatant contract violations under the rug is something else entirely. If everything that is posted about Erica is true, which saddens me so much, there would be no way for them to look the other way after the Holly/Jenna drama. They have to tighten their control. It just explains why some girls made the team that really should not have (looking at you Gina) Holly's comment about no sleep and finding time for the gym (followed by Kelli saying, go to bed...you have to be up very early ) gives me a better understanding of why they do allow some of the clearly more visibly favorite vets that wiggle room on weight (Amy T, Melissa, etc). Some of these girls are used more by DCC as their media/event go to people, particularly in training camp it seems....they trust they will get the weight down by squad photo. Ther are just so many hours in a day Not sure if I'm making sense to anyone else, but it does in my head ?

CanNOT wait until next week....and it's Back to School night for me. I am going to have to high tail it out of there fast. Tonight's episode also clinched for me why Kashara is point. Her personality and charisma oozes from her pores and when she dances,she really shines. I think Lacey may be too tall for point (like Kinzie). The position just behind point seems to be for those tall girls with long legs who can kick the moon. If memory serves, the pre-commercial teaser had Robyn starting to say something that wasn't shown in the clip. I'm betting some less than kind words about Gina were shared by both GLs but were edited out to avoid future awkwardness when the bitch joined the team. Yeah...not liking Gina at all. Completely different reaction than when Emma was brought in to discuss Ashley Pro. I know I'm probably the only one, but I am not sold on Savanah. I just don't think she looks like a DCC. She has a vapid facial expression that irritates me....I am sorry because everyone here really seems to like her. while I am being super critical, did Brennan look extremely cross eyed in those cameos to anyone else? It seemed very odd to me. And I've been a Brennan fan. I wish she could harness her stress and channel it into power pom. ?

One would think. No. You get no extras from Amazon....actually, if anything, you get abridged episodes especially the older seasons. In some cases they do the teaser before the commercial break point that shows something that happens in the studio rehearsal, but when the show resumes, it skips the entirety of that scene and they are already calling girls into the office.

Kelli has been brought together tears in other cuts for rookies in the past: Courtney Cook in S5, Alexandria in S9? Brianna grew on me in this episode. I thought she was very sweet and humble when cut. And I'm 50 and can't cook. I'm so bad, I burn water. I wonder if the rookies must audition for SG but vets don't have to ....could that explain kitty's comment to Milan? I really like Brennan. Hoping against hope she makes it. And I loved Denise's choreo. I would have loved to see the entire thing. Realize I'm apparently in the minority, but I was glad to see Kitty back with her fire and brimstone. That's the Kitty that I've grown to love. Couldn't finish watching the VA segment because it just ripped at my heartstrings.

I don't remember MTT showing us the SG auditions in season 6. Kaitlyn LaGrande made SG in S5 IIRC...don't know about S6. But if she did, she would have been the only person I remember getting cut after making SG.

I think the blurring effect on the photos hanging up is because it was of girls who were outsid the focus of the camera. Those weren't part of the large full squad photo on th 50 yard line...they were close ups of individual girls (like Erica) and because we are only seeing a small piece of the edge of those pictures, we are seeing the girls who were not in focus.
