It's the over-plucked then drawn on arbitrarily look. OK portrait artist here and I've found that if I can get the center line of the mouth and the brows (bottom) the rest is just anatomy. But that is where I (Maybe it's just me) catch the resemblance. Naya's real brows are half an inch below her stenciled(?) brows. If she plucked and ruined her eyebrows I don't mean to pick on her (It happens) but it really messes with your 'YOU' look. I remember Mr Spock's advice to his replacement- Shave your brows but never pluck, thread or wax cause sometimes they don't grow back. (You don't think he liked those super thick rimmed glasses)
