  1. Apparently, in the second half of season 8, they started lighting the prison using candles. Everything’s so dark! Even when they searching a room, no one turns a light on. This season is ridiculous.
  2. I didn’t watch much of this episode because scenes in sex toy stores are not my thing. I’m definitely an ‘old’ now because I couldn’t believe it was shown on regular tv lol. No offense to anyone who enjoys that sort of thing, I just feel it’s private and I was cringing at what little I did see. Meghan doesn’t have a sexual problem. She has a self esteem one. Her body is changing, skin is starting to sag and her coping mechanism-junk food-can’t be her comfort anymore. It’s a lot to process and buying sex toys isn’t the answer. It’ll take time to build her confidence back, and the libido will follow. The extreme gym was dumb and irresponsible. Super large bodies should do gentle exercise that doesn’t strain joints. You won’t stick with an exercise plan that feels punishing. Duh.
  3. That was bizarre, Heather saying she respects Mary more after seeing the episodes!?! I really like Heather on the show, but she always comes off bad on the reunions. That comment was so stupid. And they had to remind her that Mary called her bestie a whore.
  4. Yes! I always laugh when I see that. No one thought “geez, maybe we should take the swivel off the cameras....?”🤣
  5. Ugh... I can already tell season 8 is going to annoy me with all these false scares and threats to the baby. Might not make it through this one because I hate that stuff. It goes from suspenseful to frustrating fast.
  6. They really need to mute the other housewives when someone is talking. No one gets to finish a sentence. It’s not only annoying, but as soon as someone seems to be spilling actual dirt, another will interrupt and hijack the conversation.
  7. That mom was creepy. Daughter, too, but she seemed at least capable of pantomiming real human emotions. They all seemed to have that dead eyed look with the flat tone of voice. I kept waiting for her to say the husband abused her and the kids, anything, but it was basically ‘he annoyed me.’ And the murder sister said of her sister ‘she wouldn’t get a job’ So bizarre.
  8. I loved Orange is the New Black, and I’m loving this series as well. Of course, just like all good shows, after season 3, the implausibility of most plot lines gets way out of hand, and you have to suspend a lot of belief to just enjoy the show because you’re not ready to leave the characters or their world. I’m only on season 6. One thing this show has over OITNB is they let their female leads have actual lines on their faces. I love how they mostly look like women you’d know in real life. No ones all Botox’d & filler’d to death with perfect makeup. I was long over Ferguson before this season and see she’ll be back (SIGH) but I’ve invested too much time to not see it through. This prison’s cameras are like cell phones in horror films-never working when stuff goes down. Lol
  9. Whitney & her husband lmao wow I really have an opposite definition of ‘sexy’ than pretty much anything I see on these tv shows. I honestly just kept thinking what a mess that was going to be to clean up, and that her boobs were probably sweaty and so was his gut and that teddy looked like a yeast infection and there were camera people watching, fully clothed /just a perfect storm of cringe. However, Jenny managed to be worse with her desperate reaching for a ‘moment.’ I think that’s why no one reacted. Not because they didn’t care that Mary was assaulted with a glass, but because they knew it was a big act and Mary was never in any real danger. It was probably a prop glass made out of sugar for as real as these shows have become. Meredith-stop threatening us with a good time and tell the gossip, already! Otherwise, shut the hell up, faker.
  10. Yes! Ugh she went on and on about herself. I didn’t hear one sentence about her father that told me what kind of man he was...nothing beyond “He loved being Mormon” then, right back to I, I, Me, Me! Starting to see why her family avoids her, and it’s not necessarily the religion. She seems unable to Stop talking about her spiritual crises. She seems fun when shes with friends and she’s not gnawing on the ‘I left the church’ bone, but every scene with family has been about her leaving Mormonism.
  11. I don’t blame Vanessa’s sister for how she got this fat, but I’d certainly blame her going forward if she keeps sabotaging her. It’s true that an addict has to learn to live with their drug of choice being available, but no drug is readily consumed in front of you like food. It’s everywhere, All the time. And when the addict is early in recovery and begging their sister not to tempt them, and she still does? That’s just evil. Of course, it didn’t seem authentic to me anyway. The sister’s not a good actress, and it seemed like she was given a script. I know how Vanessa feels having a thin sister, who can eat whatever she wants and stays skinny. It’s a challenge to get past the resentment of ‘why me?’
  12. I agree. She was all slurry and ready to dive into-probably, yet another-‘what about me?!’ speech and he wanted to stop it before it started. Does she ever acknowledge how hard he works? Maybe he’s feeling like she looks down on him because he’s a stay at home dad? Many, many moms have felt like their labors weren’t valued because they don’t earn a paycheck. She seems to need a lot of reassuring and maybe never gave as good as she got, and he’s sick of it. Who knows? But, shes boring, sorry.
  13. I also didn’t understand Vivian’s MANIC devotion to Anna. (Or the other writers cheering for her not guilty’s.) Why? Because she was very thin and could cry? Or that her parents gave up on her? That whole ‘no child should hear what they said’ So dramatic, all they really said was that They could never get through to Anna, and nothing they ever did for her was good enough. Anna used and abused everyone she knew. I kept waiting for ‘the story’ that would make Vivians sympathy for her make sense, but she even faked her suicide attempt-which Vivian Knew. The series just took a strange turn trying to make Anna the victim when it spent all previous episodes showing why she was anything but.
  14. I actually don’t blame Noella for being upset that Gina didn’t tell her Heather was mad about the cards. I would certainly expect my friend to give me a heads up on that, and definitely before I was confronted in front of the whole group. However, She gets in her own way by being unable to just say sorry and shut up. Cece was trying to be sassy-funny, but she was crossing the line and being disrespectful. Regardless of the Doctor’s (forgot her name) working-mom guilt, she should’ve put her in her place.
  15. Murdaugh Family story is fascinating. So much more to unearth there. You don’t steal that kind of money just to do drugs. And the only remaining son? Out partying in Vegas like nothing is going on? So much more to unpack there. But the father is probably in tight with powerful political people and will end up an actual ‘suicide.’ Before any answers come out.
  16. We finally get someone who isn’t impressed by or afraid of Heather(‘s money) & shes a flake who can’t keep her stories straight. Sigh. Loving that she’s got Heather’s number though. She definitely timed the visit. Her whole life is setting up scenes and reciting dialogue. I’d believe she had someone against the wall being yelled at & threatened for the lawsuit coming out on camera. Maybe not ‘shoved’ but crazy eyed and ganged up on with her husband? Definitely. Heathers go to tell is to repeat the accusation as a question. “You did X!” “What? I did X?” Followed by accusing the accuser of being mentally unstable. Gina seemed really annoyed at having to corral Drunk Emily. Must happen a lot. Emily’s ok though, just too screechy. Noella’s kind of gross. I’m old I guess, hate all the sex and vagina talk. Not clever. lol’d at Emily’s red vagina aura though.
  17. Tammy acts like every addict on Intervention. It’s time to give her some bottom lines and stick to them. Stop enabling her to kill herself comfortably. Let her see what it’s like to really be ‘left alone.’ Amy has definitely eaten through her operation. That sleeve is a football by now.
  18. It’s always so weird when these housewives have people just random if dancing or striking poses as background to their parties. Feels very....not sure of the word, but elitist? At any rate, it was exceptionally awkward at this party because it was so few people and how long did she do that posing? So weird!!!
  19. Jen will do great in prison. She already acts like a cell block boss with the demanding allegiance, screaming like a psycho over nothing, fingers in the face ready to throw down nonsense. Ugh she’d be a nightmare to hangout with. Seth seems 24/7 drunk. Meredith is a Zanny Princess. The pool party reeked of desperation and cringe. Meredith laughed at Whitney’s tit-cake, but you could see her crazy eyes filing it away as ammo in future arguments.
  20. It’s so bizarre that Mary is a ‘spiritual leader’ when she has no understanding of humility, penance or forgiveness. she can’t even fake them like the usual religious scammers. I’ll never get why people give her money. Those people usually have some charm, at least. They’re all just so weird.
  21. Heather really loves having Shannon under duress. Shannon’s insecurities are so obvious, and Heather is cruel to use them against her any chance she gets. Shannon should say “Ok, I tried.” Then, ice Heather out and love her best life right in Heathers face. Shannon’s daughters are Stunning! Noella seems like an attention sponge and exhausting. Other one with the face is stealth nasty.
  22. I won’t get to see the supersized episode-if anyone can post here what was in the never before seen scenes, that’s be greatly appreciated!!
  23. I always thought Terry was a decent looking guy, but when he walked in with Heather to confront Nicole, he looked like Leatherface. Hell, they’re all so tampered with, it was like everyone was wearing a skin mask. Can we please all go back to wrinkles?? It’s getting scary.
  24. Didn’t Jen accuse Mary of being racist last season for saying she wouldn’t go into a store if black people are standing outside of it? And tonight, the Mexican and chubby comments. Wow. What is she teaching at this ‘church?’ She’s vile. Everyone sees Lisa for who she is, and she can’t handle it. Starts fake crying, yelling cliches about ‘go ahead-run away! That’s what you do!’ Lol I haven’t heard that in a fight since I was a teenager. She ran right to Mary, not to ‘process’ but to cover her ass for spilling the Cameron beans. She and Meredith (why tho??) totally threw Heather and Whitney under the bus. Heather fell apart like Lisa hoped, but Whitney held her own. Had to laugh at the shot of Heather when Mary said she wanted her purse back. You know Heather’s keeping that bag haha
