Last night, a fire burned completely 3 yachts in the Marina where our boat docks 😮 My first thought was "Geez, Bravo overdid it this time!" 😁

what if the new stew comes without any of the other two fired? that means the cabin stopped leaking?

At this point, I am not sure if Aesha takes decisions as a chief stew or she just follows the production's wishes (more and more drama).

I would really like to have some feedback from an actual captain of a real yacht making real charters. I have the feeling even the way Ellie and Bri behave wouldn't be tolerated, actually they would probably not even dare to behave like this and their chief stew would had kicked them from the boat ages ago.

I really have no clue what I would do if I had to deal with a co-worker like "Ellie the gaslighter",probably hack her istangram account 🙃? And I also do not get why Aesha and Sandy blame those two equally. Oh wait, I do, because it is a part of the drama. That of course started from the moment they are minus one stew and Aesha has no time to observe what is going on (another manufactured drama - the leaking cabin). Iain makes you wondering if they cast the crew using an IQ test and not picking up the brightest of the lot. I so much do not care about Gael's boyfriend drama. And Poros is amazing. Always Amazingly Amazing!

Leland talking control of David, horrifying. The storm demons really scary. The Star and Stripes haunting Leland so funny. Sheryl's death scene so heartbreaking.. especially if you have lost a parent. A great episode full with emotions. I will miss this show.

So they keep seeing fires that are burning 45miles away. I officially abandon my "scripted" theory and I will go with whatever they are smoking/drinking or sniffing. It makes more sense! 🙃🤩 Hydra has a really small port, so if the other docking spots are taken you do have to dock by the rocks. Maybe the boat didn't have the little bridge (I don't know how they call it in English) that connects it with the docks, so they did the whole floating platform. I really doubt though that a luxury yacht would dock there without the proper equipment and force the guest to climb rocks instead of anchoring and use the dingey. I was pleased to see the guests roaming around this beautiful island, too bad they didn't also do it at night. Hydra is quite famous for its nightlife and bars which are much better than whatever that was that took place on the boat 😄 The situation of the female deckhand (I keep forgetting her name) and her "boyfriend" is so "meh". 😴 Ellie's behavior is still pathetic. It is embarrassing. At least Brie is just incompetent (with laundry anyway). I really LOLed with the "the ghost of the past Brie" comment at the boys cabin. So Iain counts sheep to go to sleep? hee! Aesha..Aesha... so you have a fetish with poo and other gastro functions... sigh... well ok, nobody is perfect! Dirty Laundry is also the title of one of the best songs of the 80s

The "scripting" debate. As you must already know by now, I believe the show it is "scripted". What I had in mind with the "scripted" theory, was mostly that the production creates the direction of every episode or the whole season with many different ways: hiring incompetent people or people that can cause trouble, create drama (fake or not), advise the crew towards desirable behavior or even manipulate them. Never thought they were reading pages. Until this episode. Cause the whole wildfire incident was exaggerated to the point of almost being fake drama. The specific wildfire's smoke never reached the area but that wasn't really the issue.. At one point some of the crew (I think Aesha) told they see the smoke and even fire behind a hill. Both are impossible. Completely impossible. Not only because wildfires were 74km (45miles) away but because their smoke never reached Athens area, at least in the thickness the showed us. They just said what the production told them to do.

well, if you divide 25,000 by 2,000 that is about 12 people. The crew we know are 8, 4 deckhands, 3 stews and the Chef. I guess the other 4 are the invisible crew that we usually get to see only at the 1st episode and in case something malfunctions? I do not think the Captain takes from the tip.

Info of the day: this episode was filmed last July, almost exactly a year ago (the big wildfires at Loutraki area). I actually found this episode quite entertaining. I did laugh a lot at the awkward tries of Iain to flirt Ellie. I also loled when Sandy said "I have to deal with wildfires", but do you Sandy? Not sure Greek Firefighters would agree with this statement. Poor Aesha tried to fix things and Ellie wasn't really helping, was she? She needs extra lessons on what teamwork is. And also a few lessons on styling. Wth she wore that night? Iain, Iain, Iain... you are at Sandy's crosshair.. which is not a good thing. Should we have a pool here, betting who from the crew will "leave" the boat first? Guests were so cool about loosing their flight which made me think there was no flight to loose. Or they are indeed so rich they didn't care at all. Or both! Hydra, which they gonna visit next, is an amazing island. Cars are not allowed, so donkeys are used to curry things, which is debatable as many think the animals are quite abused. Hydra also had wildfires this year.. caused by a ... mega yacht!! Yes, a mega yacht with very rich foreigners threw fireworks on a very windy day and started a fire in the island!! Hmmm.. you think this will give Bravo ideas about future BD seasons? Too dramatic? yeah probably! But it would put Sandy in jail, since the captain takes the blame. Hmmm...

What a good episode this was! Everything was perfect. So the Vatican dude had the evil shareholders gathering in mind for David to "see", but God (or David) had other priorities. I am not sure what is more dangerous, to have Leland or Sheryl against you? Ok... I can't be only one that when they looked at the revealed painting I expected to see this, right?

Corfu, Zante, Rhodes, Ios, I think Kos too, although I've never been there.

Very rich people who can afford this can just lease/own a luxurious boat so they get drunk on a luxurious boat. Not all I guess, some do appreciate the trip/scenery/etc, but many are just showing off their status. Although, it is not just a rich people's attitude. There are literally hundreds of thousands (especially British) who just visit the Greek Islands so they can pass out from drinking. Starting drinking from 10am till they just faint from too much alcohol. Never got it, never will. So we have two different "couples": the deckhands with their cute bromance and the stews with the stereotypical bitc*y girl fight over a man. If someone at my work was kept going around stating that (s)he is not to blame for something I would be sure (s)he was the one to blame indeed! Ellie's behavior is embarrassing and pathetic. We were worried about Jono's job but I see Iain having more chances to leave the boat first. Now, is he too incompetent for a bosun? has the production manipulated him? is the alien inside his forehead taking the decisions for him? Who knows! The thing is he makes Sandy angry. You do not want to make Sandy your enemy. Talking about Sandy, I LOLed with her "I need exercise" line.

Every episode without the Vatican idiots is a good episode! Always a pleasure having Sister Andrea going after demons. And she is a "star" in demon world. Go Sister! There is indeed an app called "Ghost Detector Radar Camera" and has a 4.3 rating our 5 with around 50k ratings. Happy "customers" who found ghosts in their basements? So what is going on with Ben? Did the accelerator accident made him have multiple personalities? Does the Jinn control him? Or the satanists are gaslighting him using technology against him? Maybe Renee is on this? And yes, WHY keep a hole open in your basement, especially this size? we seal tiny holes because you know, creepy six legged monsters can invade your home not a gate open for dozens of bats to come in.

I honestly have no clue who (s)he is. No I do not think she is a liar, since I have accepted that she is playing a role. I do enjoy her attitude and personality, I just do not believe her drama when she is so desperate to serve rose wine to her guests but she doesn't walk 5-10mins to buy some. My problem is not the "scripting" per se, but that the production thinks they can fool us to believe all what is happening is accidental and not orchestrated. Like for example that all the guests are real and truly rich people who pay 20000$ in tips so they can enjoy lame parties with decoration that is not even worthy for kids etc etc.

I am not sure about the writing this season. Everything Vatican annoys me so much and the frustrating way everyone "explains" things with looong pauses and not saying from the beginning what is going on: "I am showing you a bullet". "And why you show me this bullet?", etc etc etc. They think this makes the story more mysterious or intriguing? Who talks like that? I bet not even the real Vatican dudes talk like some kind of catholic Yoda. So David is a supernatural superhero? Hmmm... I guess in order to stop apocalypse you need superheroes. But common David, Catholic church has been murdering for centuries isn't a tad naive to wonder about it? So what exactly Sheryl told to her granddaughters? How she explained Timothy's existence? "This is your brother, me and a satanist fella stole your mother's eggs to create the antichrist" ? Did I miss something? I hope they make Isabella their ally. We need more Isabella! She would certainly drive crazy all those misogynists satanists.

so you do not know what a NDA is. interesting! Well their scripts episodes are like a broken record. They keep repeating the same formula again and again. They do not even try anymore. It is declining, season by season. I had stopped watching the BDs the last couple of years or so (although I was giving them a try for a couple of episodes). I decided to watch this one because it is filmed in my home city and because of Aesha. I won't stop criticizing so you can simply ignore my posts.

Yes I do. Cause this basically scripted tv that needs drama. Of course it was more ridiculous in the Sailing BD when the whole engine was broken just before the first charter started. Real yachts that do charters go through inspections, maintenance and need to be certified, same goes with the crew. Not to mention insurance. But you and me we had this conversation before. You believe everything is real in BD shows, I believe that in latest seasons most of it is scripted. That was absolutely ridiculous, there is no way they hadn't thoroughly tested the engine before the beginning of the season. Well, not in real yachts. On TV yachts things work differently 😉

Best episode of the season so far. Had some moments of evil pleasure with Leland's babysitting from hell, some entertaining with the amazing Sister Andrea going after the daemons, some moving with the talk about missing father Matt and one of the most frightening scenes of the whole show with Andy at his daughter's room. Plus, no Vatican idiots. Yay!

I was watching this while eating a pork steak (hadn't paid attention to the episode title) and well at some point I looked at my steak... I said "naaaah" and kept eating it. Yep.. I would be so easily possessed. I am weak, what can I say.

Not in luxury yachts, they are inspected, audited, certified. There are regulations and insurance policies. Plus all the problems are not dangerous for the crew or the guests, just minor issues to cause the tv drama.
