We spent a good chunk of the episode hoping they wouldn't bring regJuliette back but no such luck for me! I just can't with her. I could deal with it a bit when she had power (but still made all the same acting choices/faces as when she was plain old occasional vet) because it was entertaining to see the other side's WTF faces when she popped up but now it looks like they are bringing them back together with the Twig of Destiny as the catalyst. I knew no good could come of the twig. I hope Munroe burned the Grimm genealogy book but the anvils everyone kept dropping about how important it was make that seems unlikely. Yay for Diana finally whacking Bonaparte but as powerful as she is I find it hard to believe she didn't know when Boney was hurting/threatening her to begin with. One thing I still wonder about is Diana's long game as some mentioned. She was with Nick's Mom when they beheaded her, which it seems she easily could have stopped. Then in the finale Adalind mentions how Nick's mom took care of her and Diana is all I remember and willing to send the message. So, you liked her enough to send a message to Nick but you wanted to end up with Black Claw so you let them take her head? (It's possible I missed something but it seemed Diana was not displeased about going with them in the chopper post head removal but as a baby she protected and liked Nick's Mom as I recall)

This sounds sort of hilarious and great. Especially if Filion eats up all the scenery during the shoot out. Regarding Katic, to me she hasn't been so great in any of the other things I have seen her in so I figured she would be free for the scenes and why not take the easy paycheck for a few hours work? (it's possible she chooses badly written projects or projects with poor directors so it may not be her fault) I don't care about Castle having love interests though, I would like Castle PI as a humorous investigation show, though I understand many like and would miss the romance aspects.

I very much agree with this. Killing her off is lazy and cheap and undermines the story of the leads that they spent 8ish years building. Having them get divorced will also be similarly off putting for me. Not sure how they can end it in a way that doesn't make me either hate Castle, the writers, the show, or all of the above at this point.

I am one of the few (it seems) that would hate adding more Caskett scenes. Initially I wanted them together/married but since the first missed wedding every romantic scene looks painful, to me there is no chemistry between them, and they drew out the story-line too long. As others have said they should have gotten married the first time, in the Hamptons, no stupid missing time for Castle, and then they should have ended the show on a strong note. However, I kind of like the idea of Castle PI, with Alexis, Haley and Castle as leads. They still could have attempted a spin off with this theme even having ended the show at the marriage. (Beckett could have been a very occasional guest because she is a busy police captain not just a wife and it could have focused on the PI firm). (Disclaimer: I quit watching around ep 4 of this season because seeing Beckett run around on her own investigation into Lockjaw Satellite did nothing for me, it was giving me Quantico vibes)

This is a very good point I hadn't noticed til you and showsilovetohate mentioned it. In one of the eps (sorry I watched them both at once) woods-guy made a comment about the family needing a lot of prayer or having a lot of trouble or something to someone who commented on the newspaper story, this might support a con theory. Are they supposed to be incredibly wealthy? Maybe a money thing?

It was originally intended for Lifetime? Reading that line made me mix this up with South of Hell but that was a crappy demon based show for WE. So many demon shows, so many crappy networks.

Count me in the group that keeps getting drawn back in. I hate myself but I love a mystery, even one that is less than expertly told (I sat through all of Deception just so I could see who the killer was). I too want to know what his plan was for the dental records. Take an at home impression using a bunch of marshmallows? A bar of soap? Though as some said I suppose it is possible to believe that a regular person wouldn't think that far ahead. Female reporter kills me as JapMon and others have said. They had to make her a lesbian blogger who is willing to get with a man for a story? So not only does she need to use sex to get her story, she needs to completely go against who she is as a lesbian. Or is she not a lesbian she just writes a lesbian blog? Was that a joke and she is just a regular reporter? This town has more than two staff reporters?! (I lived in a small town until recently, the local paper had exactly two staff writers) The Mom is not endearing herself to me and I want to agree with all the others who said the sister is very suspicious. When creepy neighbor saw Adam outside the house I couldn't decide if he knows that Adam is not Adam (because he killed the real one ten years ago) or if the moment was just supposed to read as uncomfortable because one was accused of killing the other, nothing deeper. I suppose it could just be suspicion, since he knew the real Adam yet this one doesn't seem to recognize him. Also why all the bleach? Just to hide the evidence that Adam hung out there at all? Yet you kept gloves in your ceiling that any proper search of your property would have found? It makes me lean toward the possibility that neighbor did in fact kill him or at least think he killed him and maybe left him for dead at which point someone else scooped him up.

We hadn't see any promos for this ep so we went in blind. The first thing I said to Mr Pugloaf was "please, no.... not a backdoor pilot when there are 6 available episodes!" I love Amell but he seems to have the worst luck with cancellations. She was just the worst, I don't think I could make it through a season with her. I would take Amell with a dog partner instead and I hate animal focused shows. The dancing scene was so long that before it started Mr Pugloaf stepped out of the room, when he came back he thought I had changed shows. I liked watching him have fun with it... for the first ten seconds. Along with many others I am over the Islam terror plot, I kept saying "well maybe the leader will have some kind of coercion abilities, there will definitely be more to it than standard radicalization!" And then there wasn't. I also want to join the others who are over that song. Please no, shows, just let it die.

I now wish I had somehow realized I was watching the episode you are referring to before it was too late. Overall, so far I think I am not loving this season as much as the other two, though it might be a side effect of binge watching.

Making my way through season three now. I was sad about the turn of events for Chiana and D'argo but loved the lines it gave Rygel. I also have to admit I was a little sad about losing the core Moia (sp?) team now that they've split amongst two ships. Forgive me if I repeat thread content I didn't read through in detail to avoid spoilers as best I can.

I've just now fallen in love with Farscape. Just finished the finale of season 2. I hope they reveal the secret crais wanted to tell aeryn quickly (unless it was revealed and I missed it, I was very sleepy and might have to rewatch a bit). I'm also hoping for more hynerians! I love Rygel and want to see his planet!

I don't remember if Children of Men ever revealed the cause of the infertility but a virus as a cause is definitely part of a certain novel and possibly others. Spoiler hidden for those who haven't read the book in question and for some reason might want to.

The pastel or beige and grey color palette others pointed out was sort of bugging me. I kept wondering why so many future set shows stick with grey and beige. Is it especially future-y for some reason I'm not getting? Is there a colored dye shortage in the world of Extant?

Is Hiroyuki Sanada the number one choice for Japanese scientist and/or shadowy corporation member roles in sci-fi? For a moment I thought Helix was back to haunt me.

I've only seen it referenced as deleted myself. Reality blurred provides an (alleged?) caption. Seems he forgot his knife and had to resort to a stick. I kind of wish I hadn't read it. In my mind I hear "Every breath you take..." when I see him look at Amber. Can't wait for him to be out.
