Christine Baranski is incredibly versatile. Movies, television, stage, musicals, comedy, drama....she's got them all covered. I love in her this role so far. She doesn't miss a beat. Princess Diana's great grandmother was Frances Work, an American socialite who was, at one point, married to some British baron.

Well, this show was a one and done. It's been cancelled. -
Kids Baking Championship - General Discussion

Poor Joseph, he had a really, really bad day. It was the right elimination, but I will miss his cute face. Ellora for the win!!! What a sweet personality and true talent for someone so young. Overall, I like all the remaining kids. -
How I Met Your Father - General Discussion

I hate laugh tracks too, but is it a possibility, because it is COVID 2022, that they decided against a live audience? Overall, it was okay. I'll give it a little more time. -
Thanks for the information, I didn't know that. I just thought Fornell knew Tony was a bag of wind and was poking him. As with so many things, wrong again.

Oh Lordy, the last thing this show needs is a rerun of DiNutzo (I loved it every time Fornell called him that). The first season of DiNutzo was okay, but after 17 years of the character still being having the mentality and attitude of a frat boy, and truly being a bully, I was way over him. The character can stay wherever he is.

Kids Baking Championship - General Discussion

Well, "he who shall not be named" is gone. Buh-bye. I feel kinda bad for dumping on a little kid, but he was just not a pleasant little guy, in fact obnoxious comes to mind. The rest of this cast I love. I do worry about Santiago, he's gotta pick up the pace. Ellora is an absolute sweetheart and clearly talented. All of the remaining contestants have some skills. I mean really, who'd a thunk of steeping potato chips in milk (from last weeks show). This could be the best group yet. -
I get the sense that Kim has wanted to distance herself from all things SATC for a long time. She's closed that chapter of her life and wants everyone else to also. JMO

Kids Baking Championship - General Discussion

I think from the get go, I haven't cared for Ben. There is just something about his attitude and then last night when Duff told Ben that he needed to put his cookie back in the oven, I couldn't believe the over reaction by the kid, stomping off and then mouthing off. He's not cute, he's not incorrigible, he's not funny....IMO, he's a spoiled little fart who has clearly never been told no. He should have been gone.- 2.2k replies

Cast and Crew: OK, Seriously, No Kim Cattrall?
LegalParrot81 replied to Meredith Quill's topic in And Just Like That
With each passing day, the flames eat away at Chris Noth's career and they just got a little bit higher. He's now been fired from the Equalizer -
SJP has worked steadily since this show went off, including another series for HBO. She's also getting ready to appear on Broadway again, with Matthew in Plaza Suite. Kristin hasn't worked quite as steadily as the other two, but some.

Carrie has always had an unrealistic sense of entitlement. Even when Natasha caught her and Big together back in the day, somehow, Carrie was the victim, screw that fact that she'd been sleeping with Natasha's husband.

Not good. https://news.yahoo.com/2-women-accuse-sex-city-163747866.html?fr=sycsrp_catchall -
Kim Cattrall's returning wouldn't be some manna from heaven, making everything right with the world. It's still going to be MPK and his current group of writers and until that changes it's going to continue to be a cluster. YMMV

Just going by what was on IMDB, which isn't always correct. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13821522/?ref_=fn_al_tt_2 https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13824186/?ref_=tt_eps_rec Then episode three is written by Julie Rottenberg, Elisa Zuritsky and Michael Patrick King. So hopefully the women POV may help.
-
One character returning is not going to save this. When the writing is horrendous, it's an up hill battle.
-
Who knows, she may have been clapping and agreeing because she knows she should have left well enough alone and has major regrets.
-
Going to IMDB, because you peaked my curiosity. The writers for the first two installments were Michael Patrick King and Darren Star, so..... maybe the next installment will improve with two of the female writers coming into the picture. Not holding my breath, but will check in here to see. I just can't bear to sit through another episode.
-
My guess.......Natasha's back because Big never changed his will and she gets it all. All Carrie gets are his ashes and she might not even get those.
-
Two episodes and I'm done. Not enjoying this, which is a disappointment. Personally, they should have left well enough alone, because sometimes bringing back something so many people loved isn't a good thing.
-
I must confess....I knew. Her first big break was on my soap. Nice to see her making a successful transition, so many soap actors don't. Right now, her character is my favorite. They've made everyone else major downers.

Michael Keaton as usual is hitting it out of the park. After watching Kaitlyn Dever practically grow up on Last Man Standing, I was a little curious to see how she'd transition to heavy drama. Well, that girl has some mad skills. Not everyone can do both genres well, she can.
