I still wonder how they're getting around the teacher issue. Mechelle still supposedly teaches the littles DRT lessons until 3rd grade when they're switched to the computer program, although I'm not sure how accurate that is these days. Amara Query (oldest Query daughter, late 20's, one of Jessa's bridesmaids) supposedly handles everything else now. Now, in AR, the law happens to be that the only teachers allowed to homeschool are parents, legal guardians, or PAID teachers. I assume that by "teachers," they mean someone with certification, not just someone off the street that the parents pay. However, if the latter is true, I guess that unqualified Gothardite Amara Query is okay. The family has been IBLP for a long time; Boob kind of took them in after the father died, maybe 10 years ago (might have been even longer than that)? No college for Amara, who would have been the only one old enough at the time. So no, she can't be a certified teacher, but Boob could be paying her a nominal sum (his default) to "teach" his older kids.

This could also be JD's house, which is either right next door to, or just down the road from Chez Dullard. He was shown doing burns on his property eons ago on the show. I imagine the two are connected, and why JD lists himself as the "owner." It is, after all, his property. And even if this was the McMansion land, JD still has the "business" albeit under Boob's watchful eye.

She said that in an article a few days ago (around her actual due date). She said that she knew that first babies often came about 10 days late, and then named April 5th as her "new" due date. She didn't mention Easter; that's snarker spin. :D

Muffy may well have had the Second Coming, but since People probably has to wait until at least tomorrow morning to formally announce, it's possible that derickdullard got hold of Muffy's IG account and made that post. Derick also posted an inane proposal picture at about the same time Jill's post went up. They may well had heard about this announcement from the "neighbor," and PR got to them in order to set up "I'm still pregnant!" damage control. Works whether she had Rick James, or is, in fact, still waiting.

Poor Jilly. If Rick James really did come today, what a disappointment for her; she REALLY wanted that Second Coming Easter baby.

Well, according to a commercial preview during the blahfest Jill/Jessa clipshow TLC slapped together (and I only saw a snippet of while both basketball games were in commercial), Benessa also did the "first look." Come on people; you practically already live together. It's not like you got married at 7pm; it was a daytime affair. Why not wait and let that emotion of seeing the bride show for your photographer? Geez. My husband spent the night before our wedding at a hotel, and I had no desire for a "first look" before our 12:30pm nuptials. Our photog got a great reaction shot of my husband when he first saw me.

No they don't, but someone asked about the woman behind them. :) Jennifer Hartono is further back in the line, second to last. Ben's 14 year-old sister Michelle is last, only because I believe she either sang or did an instrument solo during the ceremony.

Thanks! The "stank face" woman behind the Seewald sisters is Amara Query, aka the new SOTDRT "teacher." Likely volunteer, given the relationship between the Querys and Duggars. Guess who is subserviant to whom.

He was definitely homeschooled; Guinn often posts about homeschooling on Instagram. However, I agree about Ben's participation in a more organized league of some kind. He was well turned-out in his uniform and people were in the stands, so it wasn't as if it was a pick-up game. The pictures I've seen were dated from what would have been Ben's senior year of high school (fall '12, or about 6 months before he met Jessa at homechurch).

He wasn't the official photog. She had the same couple who did one of the Bateses' weddings: Britton Felber (an ATI photog). His Facebook page doesn't have any pics, but does confirm that he did the wedding. They're the shots that Benessa have released over the past few months. I would have to see Jessa's program to name that elusive. stank-faced bridesmaid. I have everyone else accounted for. :)

There are pics floating around of Ben in a football uniform, in action. IIRC, he played with a homeschool co-op. I guess they traveled around and played other homeschool groups. In the south, I imagine it wouldn't have been hard to field a team, even if you didn't go to a regular school with a regular football team. Also, to address something from the first page, the girl with the hat is Peyton Weiss. She was one of Jessa's bridesmaids. Her brother is hottie Skylar Weiss, the muscular youth who helped Smuggar paint the spare bedroom of the DC house about 18 months ago.

It was a foreclosure that apparently needs a ton of work, so they wouldn't be moving anytime soon. I wonder if he had a contract situation at FRC that would be up in June? Interesting, but I would like to see the proof that HE purchased that property. The Zillow listing just says it was sold in January. And since when does Josh have that kind of cash laying around?

Black SUV is probably the midwife's, or possibly Jana's loaner. Derick likely parks in the garage. Duggar Official posted around 4:45 AR time that it was "so close" with a pic of Jill holding baby socks (likely taken at one of her showers). So, she's definitely in labor. Hopefully, everything is going well, and she wasn't taken away. Given that the SUV remained in the stalker's second shot, I think Jill is still at the McMansion.

After all, they've spent an inordinate amount of time these past couple of seasons bragging about how they can watch a professional once, then do the work themselves. On Duggar property, I think it's clear that's what happened here.

I just checked and it's 5 minutes to the closest hospital, Mercy, in Rogers. (eta: I didn't have the exact street address, too lazy, but hell, they called the house Stoney Brook all the time!)

Yeah, Bin's warehouse was detatched. A friend of mine was at the property last week, and took a picture of the Shed from the road; it is definitely self-standing. However, all of the Duggar crap was housed in one of *these* warehouses. I hope everyone's okay, but it would be ironic if this happened in the Duggar's own storage facility rather than one of the rentals.

Hospitals allowed Josie's birth, not to mention all the other kids from Jackson on down. Pickles stole that pic. Whenever someone sends her somethning, she thanks them by name. When she doesn't, it means she stole the image (then watermarked it as her own!), like she did with the Benessa image that she stole from FJ last week. I can't see an ambulance on standby. They had to call 911 during one of the homebirths shown on camera, so no ambulance on standby then. I'm afraid that the Big Duggar Head strikes again.

Duggar terminology for what little kids naturally do when they hear music is called "jumping for joy."

Right. Jessa's friends are all Gothard-approved. Every single non-family girl in her wedding party is a Gothardite. Amara Query and Jennifer Hartono were the other two; one is local, one a long-distance friendship. I'm frankly surprised that Jessa bonded with *anyone.* She comes off so cold, other than some scenes that are just emerging now with Ben as well as their social media pictures. What's weird is that Jessa never posted a selfie of her with any of these friends of hers when they were in town for the wedding. You just saw them in the background of some shots that People took, or shots of the entire bridal party. No pics of Jessa individually with any of them in her published wedding album, either (her photographer published a TON of pictures). I'm not questioning her friendships, but I do find this exclusion odd.

I dunno. Josiah accompanied Lawson and Nathan Bates to the Philippines for a month during this semester (they left sometime in February; Lawson posted a LOT during the first week or two). I don't think they would allow someone who just enrolled in January to take off a month later. I know Nathan Bates goes to Clown College (or used to), but maybe he only goes one semester a year (they went to the Philippines last year as well). It's possible he dropped out. At any rate, I don't think Josiah accompanied Joe to Crown. eta: Keep in mind that this season was filmed before Joe left for school, yet we aren't seeing HIM this season, either. We only saw JD because it was his turn for Michelle to have an interaction. Also, Josiah was still at ALERT through the end of September, so he missed that block of filming. TBH, I don't want to see and hear what they did to Josiah at indoctrination camp; I think they really did a number on him. :/

IIRC, Anna Hackel is from New York, so I was surprised that she'd met Ben at all. I hadn't seen her since the Stink Bus Book Tour right before Mikey was born; I was surprised to hear that she'd been named as a bridesmaid. Likewise, I had no clue that the Duggar girls were friendly with Peyton Weiss (sat next to Sierra on the couch during the church lady volunteer scene). Peyton is the sister of Skylar, the hottie who helped Josh paint the bedroom in DC. Pity that he's now immersed in ALERT, even more than Josiah was; he might have otherwise been good for Jinger.

Agreed on both counts, GEML. I'm just working with the material that they give us. :D (and yes, he did win some award for bible memorization while at ALERT)

Ben posted that pic of Justin, so we know that at least one Howler was there. I imagine he wasn't the only one. eta: I wonder if derickdullard is going to work tomorrow, since they are apparently going on with Life As Usual until Muffy goes into labor. I'll be interested to see how much time he takes off work, given that much of their actual income is based on what he earns. Family Leave is unpaid.

They read that here, first, from moi. :D I was pretty quick to mention the odd behavior going on during last week's Bates episode. They're a year apart in age, and Joe will hopefully stay in school and get a degree before he thinks about marriage. My only reservation is that Tori said she wants an outgoing guy, and Joe has never shown an outgoing side in 10 years of being filmed. Of the older kids, from Jed/Jer on up, I'd say that he has been the most reserved in terms of allowing the audience to learn anything about him. Even the episodes that focused on this stay at ALERT indoctrination camp just focused on what he did there (the stuff they can talk about on TV), not who he was. He may well be a derp type in the mold of JD, but we haven't even seen that.
