  1. The Dillards put up a thank you Instagram pic today saying they are home. Jill is in bed and Derek is sitting on the nightstand or something. It kind of looks like an IV line is visible behind Derek- like tubing, and you cant really see Jills arm all the way. Weird.
  2. The use of the Israeli flag for the birth announcement is just as tacky as they are. Maybe Uncle Josh was too busy working (heh) to make photo announcements (since he is the family graphic designer and all).
  3. I'm just getting around to watching the birthday episode. I have to say that there is just no comparison- they are loads better than TLCs mega family. Gil was so appreciative and the family did a great job. The whole season has been a joy (despite their strict religious beliefs). I'm glad they are on UP and not TLC.
  4. I feel like I will not be able to concentrate on anything until that baby is born. Way too invested in it now. I may need a support group!
  5. That first picture of them inside the ring is creepy!
  6. The pop-ups for this episode were ridiculous (as usual) It had never occured to me to care how many hours Mechelle and Boob will spend at wedding rehersals in their lifetime, or how many people will attend all Duggar weddings combined. It's like TLC just thows out random numbers. Sigh
  7. Ugh- a two hour special for the blessed event!? I'm not surprised, but geeze, not til May? TLC acts like nobody has access to social media. Im sure we will see the kid before that. I wont be watching it anyway.
  8. I hope she had the baby. I have invested way too much time in checking all the forums and social media for updates.
  9. I have the Ohio "home" tee. I ordered it maybe a year/year and a half ago and it was only $15. I love it, and it is soft, but I would've never paid $30 for it. The guy was kinda an ass too.
  10. I remember an episode where Jim Bob and Michelle go to a birthing class and the instructor tells the couples to have "sweet fellowship" to ready the cervix for delivery. Of course JB was all goofy smiling at that. He may have even said something about them being able to vouch for thwt. I really tried to block that out of my mind! Lol.
  11. I have to chime in on the Speed Bump. As soon as they said what it was, I said, "Sure, in other seasons the teams had to tie a ribbon on a tree or get a 5 minute massage." This one seemed a tad more difficult. Too bad, because I love Jon and Harley.
  12. Just got around to watching this tonight. I haven't watched in years, but this one I think I will stick around for. When Vince first came on my screen, my mom and I both said "Its Fabio. That bird that hit him that one time is still tangled in his hair!"
  13. We got a Tom+Chee here in Maumee this summer. The first time I had it, it was good. The second time was decent, and the other couple times I've had it, it has just been meh. I never see many cars out there. They do have yummy desserts though.
  14. I enjoyed the episode and laughed at Mark when he had such a reactiin to the Tycoon guy. I actually would possibly buy the phone thing, as I never really thought about all the germs lurking on my phone. I have been a subscriber to Groovebook since it first aired. It's a good way to get some fairly decebt quality prints, though the paper is a bit flimsy. The deal with Shutterfly seems yo be working out some of those kinks.
  15. Let me premisis this by saying I am pro-life and previously worked at a pregnancy center. Now, what bugs me about Josh and Anna keep wearing these I Survived Roe vs Wade shirts. Um, no, you were never in danger of being aborted. Grr... sorry, that just bugs. Carry on...
  16. I thought it was funny when he was giving his motivational speech to TO. Um, hello, TO is quite successful. I don't think he needed those affirmations.
  17. Fox News Channel is on pretty much the entire day at our house- except on Monday mornings around 7 when both Geraldo and Trump makr appearances on Fox & Friends. Those two are just too much.
  18. I love how she was at the gym in some t-shirt with a giant bow on the front. I bet other gym goers were just shaking their heads as they sped by in their Nike/nike work out gear.
  19. The bagels looked good, but I can go to the local Meijer and grab a box of Bagelfuls for $2.50.
  20. I've tried: Scrub Daddy... It is ok. I am not sure I will get another set. Simple Sugars... I bought the coffee one and another one the night the show aired. I liked both, but I haven't bought any more. U-Lace... Bought a ton of these for a family member with ALS who can't tie laces anymore. She is a little fashionista with a million pairs of tennies, so its been fun to switch up the colors. They are VERY hard to put in though. Alaskan Mud... LOVE!!! I'm on my 2nd jar. My nephews call it bear poop after Kevin's comment about the mud being pure. I've seen a few of the other products here and there, like the Jewish tree topper and the Mensch on a Bench (my friend had thar before the show even aired). I would love one of those ugly Christmas sweaters (I love thd Birthday Boy one) but they are $$$$. Squatty Potty sort of interests me a bit.
  21. Having some time to waste (for a change) last night, I was looking at some of the Duggar social media accounts. I am always so annoyed when they post pictures while they are out thrift shopping of them with other shoppers, or my personal favorite I saw last night, with a store clerk who did not look at all thrilled to be trapped in to a picture with the Divine Uterus herself. The woman had on a head scarf, which I am sure Michelle thought would make the fam look oh so accepting and tolerant.
  22. It seems Anna and Josh (and at least some of the rest of the fam) are having a ball at the Value Voters Summit (or something like that- I'm conservative politically, but it seems like the VVS is about every other weekend), as they have a ton of new pictures on their Instagrams. Seems like all the hob-knobbing with DC folk inflates that ego of Josh's as much as those giant breakfasts do.
  23. Apparently golf guy thinks he is the only person with a fiancee in another country. I thought "Wow, do you really think THAT is going to get one of the the Sharks to say 'Oh, well in that case, here's the money.'?" Get real guy. The ladies with the building kits: LEGOS!!! Wedding Van guys: Too bad they sold their Vegas rights. I don't think that concept would work in too many other places.
  24. I live in Toledo, the city where Hannah's Socks originated maybe 4 or 5 years ago by a then 8 year old girl (named Hannah, of course). It got a huge amount of attention here locally and even nationally. Anyway, the concept was nice, and I have to say I liked the design as well as the charity tie in. However, $9- nope. Not for one pair. I think a lot of businesses in that space of the buy one give one are hoping to be the next Toms. As for the rest of the episode, I did like the swaddlers, but it is just as easy to use a receiving blanket bundled up for the same effect. It has always worked for me.
  25. I just got done watching the first episode from last night. I am so not trying to be mean, but, um, stop slouching Samantha!!!! Oh, and please comb your hair. That fish at cocktail hour looked so gross. I would've been turned off by that too. I loved the Jewish weddings, especially the Orthodox one. My closest friend is converting, so I like a look in to the religion.
